The Youth Secretariat of PAME (All Workers Militant Front)that represents the class youth trade union movement of Greece, and the Militant Students Front (MAS) express their support and solidarity to the 3F youth trade union organization and the young workers and students of Denmark who organize mobilizations for their right to education.
The Danish Government in their budget has planned cuts in the education system of 8.7 billions. This will result in a significant deterioration in the quality of our education in Denmark. It will put obstacles in the education for the children of the working class. Against this development, the 3F Trade Union Youth along with other youth unions, trainees and the student movement are organizing demonstrations on October 29th in the two largest cities in Denmark, Copenhagen and Aarhus.
No matter if there are Memoranda or not, the youth is the victim of capitalist growth. Of a class society that gives everything to the privileged and sends the children of the working class to a future, with unemployment, flexible working relations, poverty and illiteracy. They want us to live worse than our parents. Against this situation the Youth Secretariat of PAME and MAS call the young workers, the trainees, the students, the unemployed to join the unions. To take the situation into their hands against the Employers and their puppet-Governments. Against the employers’ trade unionists. We will not become slaves of the 21st century.
