PAME (All Workers Militant Front), the trade unions, the Regional Trade Union Centers, the Federations that are class oriented and rally with PAME are the support of every worker.

They fight for the daily problems of the workers in the workplaces and the neighborhoods. For the problems that are born by the capitalist machine so as to multiply the profits of the capital.

Today Greek and migrants, we are victims of capitalist brutality. Under memorandums, laws and legislation they abolished basic workers’ rights, while today the new coalition government of SYRIZA-ANEL buys time for a so called “hard” negotiation, so as to confuse the people. But the result is already decided.

New, undearable measures for the people, profits for the bosses.

Social Security, labour, tax burdens are the first on the agenda and affect both Greek and migrants, no matter what their color. The new legislation of the Greek Government for citizenship, is not new. It is continuation of all the reactionary laws of the previous governments and only solves issues that the employers demanded.

It makes even more difficult the requisitions to take Greek citizenship for migrants’ children. Native and foreign workers will not receive equal treatment but the legalisation of the migrants will depend by the needs of the capitalist economy.

It gives free pass to the employers who do not fulfil their obligations to the working migrant, while it deports the migrant.

It keeps the unacceptable requisitions of revenue stamps and expensive fees for Green card.

Colleagues,

Noone should be confused by the so called “democratic sensitivity” of the government for Migrants’ Concentration Camps, which PAME condemned from the beggining.

On one side the government empties them and on the other side it fills them, because it is bound to the European Union, which has financed them.

The coalition Government SYRIZA-ANEL has agreed and cosigned the choices of the European Union and NATO, which will créate greater migrant and refugee’s waves, with more dead in the mountains, more drowned at sea.
