The  Trade Union of Press and Paper, after long and continuous struggles , forced the employers to accept the demand for  raise in outsourced workers, to give the 10% unhealthy allowance to those workers who do not get it, and night shift work to be paid with a 50% surcharge for all employees.

Also, The company was forced to make increases in permanent staff from autumn as well as directly recruit the outsourced employees
