We express our solidarity and support to your fight against the 10 layoffs and for an effective improvement of working conditions and wages.
In Call Center around the  70% of workers are women, the common conditions is involuntary part-time (contracts of a few hours), the reduction of professional backgrounds, obsessive control over performance, and often  very hursh environmental conditions.
We recently obtained an important victory with the internalization of the workers of  COMDATA, that will hired in the  Call Centers who worked of the public the Social Security Institute (INPS).
A first victory that does not change the general structure but is an important signal, not only for the Call Center sector but for all the workers that are suffering the procurement system (private and pubbic)
Enough with wild tenders, enough with precariousness and exploitation
Stop  layoffs :  our sisters and brothers have to came back at their job
No more poor workers
