USB expresses full solidarity and support to the struggles of PAME against the new reactionary bill

We unite our voice to the ones asking to the Greek government to withdraw the law against the right to protest.

The Rights To Strike And To Protest are Non-Negotiable!
The Struggles Will Not Be Stopped!

The attack to the right of struggles and the repression are some of the instruments governments and employ are using against us and our class.

Not even in the face of the most blatant demonstrations of the failure of their model of society and development, the governments, companies and the complicit trade unions show some signs of rethinking.

Instead of reversing the order of priorities, of seizing the terrible opportunity that the pandemic gives us to reduce inequalities, to overturn the logic of support for businesses, to rethink the privatisation process, and the continued and aggravated dismantling of our welfare systems, governments and their associations continue undaunted in the wake of the political, economic and social system that has opened the door wide to the massacre we are experiencing.

Today, once again, the losing side will be the same and the tools will be the repression of struggles and the restriction of freedoms such as strikes and demonstrations.

We must continue our struggle to impose a total change of direction and against repression.
