Our union, (SETIP), expresses its solidarity, to the workers and the people of the US that demonstrate against poverty, misery and racism. Against the barbarism they are faced with everyday from Trump’s administration and the state of the big monopolies.
The murder of George Floyd has pointed out on camera the state to which capitalism has rotten as well as the ”american dream”. In the richest country of the world where racism is overflowing, workers, unemployed, the poor are plenty, as it was also made evident during the days of the corona virus pandemic. The mass graves where not filled with millionaires. They were filled with workers, poor people of the popular strata, like George Floyd, and the rest that are murdered everyday from the police forces, with some of those that are unmployed, with some of those that are faced with hunger.
We express our class solidarity, to the Unions and the workers that these days are struggling in the streets of the US against racism, poverty, and the forces of suppression that are dealing with the protestors as enemies.
Several bourgeois political forces in the US, in Greece and the rest of the countries of the world , are trying to make the best of these developments by hiding the basic cause for everything the American people are protesting is the system of exploitation, capitalism. It is the exploitation from one man to the other, that causes poverty, unemployment, wars, refugees, causes racism, nationasim and fascism. The president of the US has called terrorists and enemies all those that oppose fascism, proving the close relationship, among capitalism and fascism.
We join our voices with the people and the workers of the US, as well as the whole world, against racism, poverty and injustice. The workers we have the power to overthrow this rotten exploitation system and build a world within which we will live in brotherhood, a world without exploitation from one man to the other.
Solidarity is our weapon!
