Δημοσιεύτηκε στις

Workers in tourism sector and hotels in Greece, with unity and solidarity, are organized against the acute problems they face every day. Organized in their trade union, they launched a strike on June 19.

Among them, workers in large business groups, such as Marriot, Hilton Hotels and Vivartia food sector, demand:

  • The signing of collective agreements with increases.
  • 7 hours per day, 5 days per week, 35 hours per week of work, with two consecutive days off.
  • Resetting and widening of heavy and unwholesome jobs and of the lump sum.
  • Measures of protection of health and safety in workplaces.

We call upon the class-oriented trade unions and the workers of Europe and the world to express their solidarity with the fair struggle of workers.
