Solidarity with Genoa Port Workers’ Strike

Δημοσιεύτηκε στις

PAME expresses its solidarity with the port workers of Genoa who started a 48-hour strike in the early hours of October 25th.

Port workers denounce the efforts of employers and the government to impose a series of anti-labor measures using the pandemic as an excuse and shift the responsibility for health protection measures on the backs of workers. Last week, port workers in Trieste were violently attacked by repressive forces.

The workers and the USB demand the implementation of the law that imposes the measures for the protection of health and against the coronavirus to be implemented at the responsibility and cost of the employer and the state.

PAME expresses its solidarity with the port workers of Genoa and in their fair fight.
