On February 21st, PAME held dynamic events and mobilizations in Athens and a many cities of Greece against auctions and seizures of houses by banks and the government.
The Trade Unions stated that the SYRIZA-ANEL government talks about “fair development” and funds with money and tax exemptions the business groups, while using all previous anti-workers’ measures that destroyed wages and labor rights. Now SYRIZA throws out of their homes of workers’ families who are unable to respond to debts to the state.
This is the “fair development” that every day suffer thousands of workers, with new wage and pension cuts each year, worse working conditions, and greater health and safety conditions.
