PAME in the International Tele-Conference of TUI BIFU

 On Tuesday, October 20, PAME participated in the International Conference of Trade Unions of Employees of Banks-Insurance-Finance Unions (TUI BIFU) of the World Federation of Trade Unions.

The Meeting was attended by Federations from India, Cuba, Argentina, Congo, Lebanon, etc., while PAME was represented by the National Federation of Finance & Accountants of Greece. The topic of the meeting was the developments in the sector, especially in conditions of pandemic and escalation of the anti-workers attack, as well as the preparation of the World Congress of the TUI BIFU.

The meeting was greeted by the President of the WFTU, Michael Makwayiba from South Africa and the Secretary General of the WFTU, George Mavrikos and TUI BIFU General Secretary C H Venkatachalam from India.
