PAME First Delivery of Material Aid to the Unions of Turkey

The Regional Trade Union of Lesvos Island, near the borders with Turkey, on Thursday, February 16 transferred and delivered to Ayvalik, Turkey the first 3 tons of material aid gathered by the workers, the people and the students of Lesvos.

The RTU of Lesvos delivered the materials and met with the comrades of Birlesik Metal Is of Turkey in a great moment of internationalism and solidarity.

Massive Solidarity to the victims of the Earthquake in Turkey and Syria

 At the same time continues the massive solidarity of the workers and the people of Greece with the victims of the earthquakes.

The supply of materials by workers and peoples from all over Greece is so great that many unions spaces are filled, as shown in the photos, with dozens of volunteers assisting in the preparations.

From Crete, to Patras, to Ioannina trucks were loaded the last days in preparation for their transfer to Turkey, in many occasions the packages are with drawings of little children from schools, who send their solidarity and friendship to the children of the affected areas.
