Massive rallies by Nakliyat-İş demanding the increase of minimum wage in Turkey

Amid the negotiations of the minimum wage fixing commission, Nakliyat-İş organized massive rallies for the demand of the minimum wage in Turkey to be increased to 3.600 Turkish liras net in such different cities as Istanbul, Ankara, Eskişehir, Konya, Kayseri.

In all the rallies, the hypocrisy of Turkish government was pointed out and it was stressed that minimum wages should be fixed by taking the starvation and poverty lines into consideration.
Flags of WFTU and such militant unions as CGT were in the hands of the workers during the rallies.
