dear collegues,

the Left Bloc in the Austrian Trade Union Federation expresses ist class oriented solidarity with the General Strike in Greece on 9th of November.

Now we have also in Austria more and more poor peoples, more and more can not pay their living costs.

On 8th of November we will have actions of the workers in the social branche, including a demonstration in Vienna – they fight for their collective agreement, better salaries and to reduce the working time.

Also our railway workers and the employees in the trade sector are fighting for their rights.

Your struggle in Greece is also important for our workers and for the working class in the European Union.

Our solidarity is with you and we wish your General Strike on 9th of November great success!
