We publish the letter of WFTU and PAME to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece and the Ambassador of Israel in Greece, sent of 26 of April, 2017, demanding the immediate release of the Palestinian political prisoners from the Israeli prisons and the visit of a WFTU-PAME delegation to the Israeli prisons.

 The World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) and the All Workers Militant Front (PAME) have repeatedly condemned the imprisonment of Palestinian political prisoners.

We have been informed that about 1500 Palestinian prisoners have started hunger strike in protest against their brutal and inhumane conditions of imprisonment.

With this letter we restate our demand for their immediate release!

We ask that a delegation of the WFTU and PAME visit the prisons in Israel and meet with a delegation of those in hunger strike.
