Dear colleagues,

We are sending you a resolution – call adopted today, Tuesday June 29, 2010 by all the workers of Athens, who participated in the strike demonstration of PAME in front of the Greek Parliament.

“All of us, the tens of thousands of people who demonstrate in Athens, we express once again our radical contrast to the brutal anti-labor measures of the social democratic government. Measures that radically reverse conquests that we had achieved through decades, in favour of the monopolistic capital.

We uncompromisingly continue the class-oriented struggle, with the demands of the class-oriented trade union movement in our country which is expressed and represented by PAME that gathers thousands of workers in its lines from hundreds of first-degree and second-degree trade union organizations.

Struggles of workers in many other European countries against the policies of their governments are in progress during this period. We express our support and solidarity with them. Some common conclusions come out from all these small and big struggles:

1. The working class in all the European countries faces a unified elaborated strategy of the monopolistic capital. This strategy does not only aim to transfer to the working class all the consequences of the capitalist economic crisis, but rather to ensure its long-term profitability by the complete abolition of all the labor rights and the increase of the exploitation degree. We witness the most brutal and coordinated, pan-European attack and simultaneously the most furious struggle of each separate capitalist country to ensure the lion’s share for itself. This competition will bring new sufferings to all the people.

2. The governments either neoliberal, or social democrats apply the same harsh measures. They express the same interests.

3. Conquests and fundamental rights that had been achieved through hard struggles, blood and sacrifices, are being now abolished with the excuse “to exit the crisis”, a crisis that was born by the capitalist anarchy and the capitalist super-profits. It is a deep crisis that indicates the historical limits of capitalism, a system which rots and gives birth to mass unemployment, poverty, war, oppression.

4. The European Union is proved to be a union of capitalists. It is a union which together with International Monetary Fund and the U.S, together with the governments, forms a coalition that steals the people in favor of the capital.

5. The European Trade Union Confederation is constantly proved that it is not a trade union organization, but a bureaucratic staff of the European Union, which essentially supports the strategies of the European Union. The responsibilities of these forces are huge, because they have disarmed the labor movement through the policy of reconciliation with the capital, the policy of class collaboration, of submission.

Dear colleagues,

Facing this situation, it is necessary today for a pan-European coordination of all the militant trade unions and all the European workers as a main priority.

Today we need, more than before:

• Internationalism and Labor Solidarity

• Militant Trade Union Coordination

• Common class-oriented struggles with common goals

in all the countries of the Eurozone, throughout Europe.

The reversals in social security, working relations, public Health, Education, privatizations in all sectors, mass unemployment, reduction in wages and pensions are not temporary, but permanent. Through these reversals capital tries to strengthen the capitalist system itself, condemning many workers to unemployment and degradation. Women, young people and teenagers will pay a heavy price.

Dear workers of Europe,

We can not wait! We must be coordinated!

We Greek workers, unemployed people, migrants, women, young people and pensioners express our solidarity with the people of Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Italy, Romania, France, with the workers of all the countries who go out on the streets and demonstrate.

We express our internationalism to all the European workers who overcome – leave behind – the subjugated, bureaucratic trade union leaderships and trace new paths, with new militant, honest trade unions which organize our counter-attack.

The target of our struggles must be the counteraction of these antilabor measures. These policies should not be implemented.

We should demand measures that will meet the modern needs of the popular families.

We must help the working class of Europe to understand that capitalism is not our future.

We struggle to abolish the exploitation of man by man”.

PAME will continue its efforts to coordinate our forces, for common struggles. We suggest to have a meeting in the close future in Athens or in other European country.

Estimados compañeros,

Les mandamos la resolución-llamamiento que aprobaron en el día de hoy, martes 29 de junio 2010, todos los trabajadores de Atenas durante el gran mitin que realizó PAME, con la ocasión de la huelga general, frente al parlamento griego.

Nosotros, los miles y miles de manifestantes atenienses, declaramos una vez más que estamos totalmente en contra de las bárbaras medidas antilaborales, que está tomando el gobierno socialdemócrata. Unas medidas que están derrocando de raíz los logros y conquistas, de muchos años, a favor del gran capital monopolista.

Continuamos firmemente nuestra lucha clasista, apoyando los objetivos del movimiento sindical clasista de nuestro país, representado por el Frente Militante de todos los trabajadores, PAME. Un frente que aglutina en sus filas miles de trabajadores a través de centenas de organizaciones sindicales de primer y segundo grado.

En este período los trabajadores de varios países europeos están luchando en contra de las políticas de sus respectivos gobiernos. Expresamos nuestro apoyo y solidaridad. De todas estas luchas, pequeñas y grandes, podemos sacar algunas conclusiones:

1. La clase obrera en todos los países europeos se está confrontando con una estrategia única, bien elaborada, por parte del capital monopolista. Una estrategia que no sólo tiene como objetivo descargar todas las consecuencias de la crisis económica en las espaldas de la clase obrera, sino garantizar sobre todo la rentabilidad del capital a largo plazo, con la eliminación de cualquier derecho laboral y el aumento del grado de explotación. Somos testigos de la agresión más salvaje coordinada a nivel europeo, y al mismo tiempo de la lucha más feroz que lleva a cabo cada país capitalista para garantizar por si mismo la parte del león. Una competición que traerá nuevas calamidades para todos los pueblos.

2. Los gobiernos, sean neoliberales o socialdemócratas, están implementando las mismas medidas crueles. Están representando los mismos intereses.

3. Logros y derechos fundamentales, conquistados a través de luchas duras, con sangre y sacrificios, se están quitando con el pretexto de “la salida de la crisis”, una crisis generada por la anarquía capitalista y la sobreacumulación de ganancias. Una crisis profunda, que demuestra los límites históricos del capitalismo, un sistema que se está pudriendo y genera a escala masiva el desempleo, la pobreza, la guerra, la represión.

4. Se está comprobando que la UE es una Unión de Capitalistas. Una Unión que junto al FMI y los EE.UU., junto a los gobiernos consisten una coalición para el saqueo de los pueblos, a favor del capital

5. La CES está comprobando continuamente que no es una organización sindical, sino una plana mayor burócrata, que en efecto apoya las estrategias de la UE. La responsabilidad de estas fuerzas es inmensa, porque son éstas que han desarmado el movimiento obrero adoptando la política de reconciliación con el capital, la política de la colaboración entre clases, la sumisión.

Estimados compañeros,

Frente a esta situación, la necesidad hoy en día, por una coordinación de todos los sindicatos militantes a nivel europeo y de todos los trabajadores europeos es una PRIORIDAD fundamental.

Hoy en día, más que ayer, necesitamos:

• Internacionalismo y Solidaridad Obrera

• Coordinación Sindical Militante

• Luchas clasistas en común, con objetivos comunes

En todos los países de la UE, en toda Europa

Los derrumbes en el Sistema de Seguro Social, las relaciones laborales, la Salud Pública, la Educación, las privatizaciones en todos los sectores, el desempleo masivo, el recorte de salarios y pensiones, no son medidas temporales, sino permanentes. A través de estos derrumbes el capital intenta fortalecer el mismo sistema capitalista, condenando a vastos sectores de trabajadores al desempleo y la indigencia. Mujeres, jóvenes y adolescentes van a pagar caro.

Trabajadores de Europa,

No podemos esperar más! Tenemos que coordinar nuestros esfuerzos!

Nosotros, los Griegos, trabajadores, desempleados, inmigrantes, mujeres, jóvenes y jubilados, expresamos nuestra solidaridad a los trabajadores de España, Portugal, Dinamarca, Italia, Rumania, Francia, los trabajadores de todos los países, que protestan en las calles.

Expresamos nuestro internacionalismo a todos los trabajadores Europeos, que superan -dejan atrás- las direcciones sindicales conformistas y burócratas y abren paso con sindicatos nuevos, militantes, honestos, que organizan nuestro contra-ataque.

El objetivo de estas luchas debe ser el rechazo de estas medidas antilaborales. Que no se implementen estas políticas.

Debemos exigir medidas que satisfagan las necesidades actuales de las familias populares.

Debemos ayudar a que la clase obrera en Europa comprenda que nuestro futuro no es el capitalismo.

Luchamos para que cese la explotación del hombre por el hombre.

PAME continuará sus esfuerzos para la coordinación de nuestras fuerzas, para luchas en común. Proponemos un encuentro en Atenas o en otro país Europeo próximamente.

Liebe Kollegen,

wir senden euch diesen Beschluss – Aufruf, den heute, den 29 Juni 2010, alle Arbeitnehmer Athens auf der großen Streik-Kundgebung der PAME, vor dem griechischen Parlament, bestätigt haben.

“Wir alle , die zehntausende Versammelten Athens, drücken noch einmel unseren schärfsten Widerspruch aus gegen die barbarischen, arbeiterfeindlichen Maßnahmen , die von Grund auf die jahrelang geltenden Errungenschaften in Maßnahmen zugunsten des monopolistischen Kapitals umwandeln. Wir setzen unseren unbeugsamen Klassenkampf fort, mit den Zielen der klassenbewussten Arbeiterbewegung unseres Landes, die durch die PAME (kämpferische Arbeiterfront) ausgedrückt und vertreten wird und die in ihren Reihen tausende von Arbeitnehmern in hunderte von Grund, und Dachorganisationen vereinigt.

In vielen weiteren europäischen Städten kämpfen zur Zeit Arbeitnehmer gegen die Politik ihrer Regierungen. Wir drücken unsere Unterstützung und unsere Solidarität aus. Aus diesen kleineren und größeren Kämpfen ziehen wir einige gemeinsame Schlüsse:

1. Die Arbeiterklasse in allen europäischen Ländern ist mit einer gemeinsam ausgearbeiteten Strategie des monopolistischen Kapitals konfrontiert. Eine Strategie , die sich nicht nur zum Ziel setzt, alle Lasten der kapitalistisch – ökonomischen Krise der Arbeiterklasse aufzubürden, sondern vor allem seine langfristigen Gewinne mit der endgültigen Abschaffung jedes Rechts der Arbeiterklasse und der Erweiterung der Ausbeutung abzusichern.

In ganz Europa sind wir Zeugen des barbarischten und koordiniertesten Angriffs und gleichzeitig des härtesten Kampfes jedes einzelnen kapitalistischen Landes, für sich den größten Anteil zu sichern. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Konkurrenzkampf, der neue Leiden für alle Völker bringen wird.

2. Die neoliberalen, sowie sozialdemokratischen Regierungen wenden die selben harten Maßnahmen an. Sie vertreten die selben Interessen.

3. Errungenschaften und Grundrechte , die durch harte Kämpfe und durch Blutvergießen gewonnen wurden, werden jetzt zurückgenommen unter dem Vorwand “des Austritts aus der Krise“, einer Krise die die kapitalistische Anarchie und die kapitalistischen gigantischen Profite verursacht haben. Eine ernste Krise, die die geschichtlich festgesetzten Grenzen des kapitalistischen Systems aufweist, eines Systems, das fault und Massenarbeitslosigkeit, Armut, Krieg und Unterdrücken gebärt.

4. Die Europäische Union erweist sich als eine Kapitalisten – Vereinigung. Eine Vereinigung, die gemeinsam mit dem Weltwährungsfond und den USA, gemeinsam mit den Regierungen eine Allianz der Ausbeutung der Völker zugunsten des Kapitals darstellt.

5. Die Konföderation der Europäischen Gewerkschaften stellt sich immer wieder nicht als eine gewerkschaftliche Organisation, sondern als ein bürokratischer Ausschuss des europäischen Kapitals heraus, der im Grunde die Strategien der EU unterstützt. Die Verantwortung dieser Kräfte ist immens, da sie die Arbeiterbewegung durch ihre Versöhnungspolitik mit dem Kapital und durch ihre Politik der Klassenkooperation und der Unterwerfung entwaffnet.

Liebe Kollegen,

angesichts dieser Situation ist die europaweite Koordinierung aller kampfbereiten Gewerkschaften und aller Arbeitnehmer heute notwendig und hat absoluten Vorrang.

Heute, mehr als gestern benötigen wir

• Internationalismus und Solidarität unter den Arbeitnehmern

• Kämpferische Koordinierung der Gewerkschaften

• Gemeinsame Klassenkämpfe mit gemeinsamer Zielsetzung

in allen Ländern der Eurozone , in ganz Europa.

Arbeitnehmer Europas,

wir dürfen nicht länger abwarten! Wir müssen kooperieren!

Wir, die griechischen Arbeitnehmer, Arbeitslosen, Immigranten, Frauen, junge Menschen und Rentner erklären uns solidarisch mit den Arbeitnehmern Spaniens, Portugals, Dänemarks, Italiens, Rumäniens, Frankreichs, mit den Arbeitnehmern aller Länder, die auf die Straßen gehen.

Wir erweisen unseren Internationalismus gegenüber aller Arbeitnehmer Europas, die den bürokratischen, sich mit den Kapitalisten versöhnenden Gewerkschaftsriegen den Rücken kehren und neue Wege, durch neue kämpferische, ehrliche Gewerkschaftsorganisationen öffnen und ihren Gegenangriff organisieren.

Ziel unserer Kämpfe muss die Blockierung dieser arbeiterfeindlichen Maßnahmen werden. Sodass diese Politik nicht in die Tat umgesetzt wird.

Unsere Forderung nach Maßnahmen, die den heutigen Bedürfnissen der einfachen Familien im Volk entsprechen.

Unsere Hilfe der Arbeiterklasse Europas gegenüber, zu verstehen, dass der Kapitalismus nicht unsere Zukunft darstellt.

Wir kämpfen gegen die Ausbeutung des Menschen durch Menschen.“

Die PAME wird weiterhin alle Versuche unternehmen unsere Kräfte für gemeinsame Kämpfe zu koordinieren. Wir schlagen in diesem Sinn im nächsten Zeitraum ein gemeinsames Treffen in Athen oder einem anderen Land Europas vor.
