Workers, unemployed people, young people,

They shatter our lives!!

Do not step back. Do not get scared. You have the power!

Industrialists, bankers, Troika, the government and all the parties that support it, want to seize everything.

They want to abolish every single workers’ right that has been left. They aim to crush the salaries and the Collective Agreements. Their political servants PASOK(social-democrats)- ND(christian-democrats)-LAOS(nationalists) strengthen their ideological terrorism, they provoke, they threaten and they blackmail.

We must cancel now the new crime. We have to overthrow them. Everyone in the struggle.

• NO to the new memorandum.

• NO to the abolishment of the Collective Agreements.

• NO more burdens to the workers.

• NO more wage cuts, no more pensions cuts, no more holidays bonuses´ cuts.

• Plutocracy must pay.

• Out with the Troika from our country! Overthrow of those who chose to bring TROIKA in Greece.

• Elections now! Severe punishment of the coalition government and their political parties PASOK- ND-LAOS.

They worry about the pressure applied through the mobilizations, the strikes and the strength of the resistance and struggle. All these set obstacles to the crisis management for the benefit of the monopolies, the entrepreneurs and the ship-owners. The struggles we have been conducting are not in vain. Our struggles apply pressure, make it hard for them and delay new measures. The people´s mobilizations overthrew PASOK’s government. These mobilizations can overthrow every government of the plutocracy.

SOLIDARITY AND CLASS- ORIENTED REPLY MUST BE STRENGTHENED

PAME calls the working class to vigilance and struggle. No more waiting or delays to the reply that has to be given. Either we will surrender and they will destroy everything, or we will go after them. We should not let our lives prey to the wills of the industrialists and their political servants.

All the workers, young people, unemployed people are necessary for this struggle. The reply has to be given in every workplace, in every neighbourhood and every school or university. The attack they attempt to organise against the workers, has to be turned like a boomerang against them.

We have to be fearless when facing their threatens and their blackmails. The workers in the Greek Steel Industry in Aspropyrgos (outskirt of Athens), have shown us the way of the struggle. It is a difficult way, with sacrifices, which are not so many compared to the slaughter they prepare for us, TROIKA-government-Industrialists. Our slogan “worker you can make it without bosses” has to be heard in every workplace. This is the worker΄s weapon, it gives power in the conflict with the strongest opponent.

PAME, tens of trade unions, Federations, Regional Trade Union Centres called the Greek General Confederation of Labour (GSEE), governmental and employers΄ trade unionism in the private sector, for a general strike on February 9^th . GSEE against the the mobilization of all these forces, hid itself, denied the strike and at the same time takes part in the discussion with the thefts of the working class. GSEE is an obstacle, gives advantage to the government and TROIKA, in order to promote painlessly the new overwhelming measures against people.

This rally has to become a basic part of the escalation of the struggle and the preparation of a panhellenic, general strike. We must take the situation in our own hands. We should not leave any initiation to the forces that cooperate with our class. No trust to them.
