PAME expresses its solidarity and support to the just struggle of the maritime workers of Greece, to class maritime trade unions members of PAME, who continue their strike for 4th day.
The strike of the maritime workers is a response to the brutal policy of the SYRIZA Government, which imposes new wage cuts, new brutal taxation to the maritime workers (with the new measures, maritime workers will have to pay for taxes almost 54% of their income). At the same time, with the new measures, the ship owners, will have 56 tax exemptions, in addition to their other privileges.
