All Workers Militant Front-PAME, which represents the class trade union movement of Greece, expresses its Solidarity with the workers of South Africa and NEHAWU for the their National Day of Action in the Social Development Sector on February 10.

NEHAWU goes forward with the Action Day against the austerity policies imposed under the pretext of the capitalist crisis. Policies that victimize both the workers of Public and Social Development Sector, as well as the people who should be able to use high quality public and social services.

PAME and the working class of Greece has many times benefited from the class solidarity of NEHAWU and other WFTU affiliates in South Africa. NEHAWU also had great contribution for the success of the World Trade Union Congress of WFTU in Durban, South Africa, on October 2016. Today, once again, NEHAWU is at the vanguard of the fight for the protection of workers.
