Persecutions against PAME’s cadres do not stop. Once again the Justice System runs to the service of the government and the capitalists. They call the President of the Pensioners’ Federation of Greece, who is also member of the Executive Secretariat of PAME, comrade Dimos Koubouris to submit his defense because as they state
“he convinced others, whose personals information has not been confirmed, to establish a collective body of aggression as physical and emotional support of the crowd and with joined forces to invade into the lands and public property of the tolls Malgaron(outside of Athens) granting -without right- the power of use and unimpeded entry to the drivers without a toll”.
They attempt to frighten us, to block the efforts of the class trade union movement to organise the struggle of the working class and demand its contemporary needs. They can be certain that the class movement and its cadres will not be intimidated and won’t retreat. With greater determination we will continue to organise the struggle of the working class.
We call the trade union organisations, the whole working class, to condemn such acts of the government and the capital. Our answer must be the even better organisation and planning of the General Strike of November 27th. Massive demonstrations of PAME all over the country.
