General Strike on November 27th

PAME calls on all unions, associations, federations, the Regional TU Centres to continue more vigorously their action. To proceed with confidence to the working class the discussion on organizing GENERAL NATIONWIDE STRIKE on November 27th to escalate our struggle.

The road has been opened through the preparation for the rally of November 1st. The organization of the working class, the coordination of forces must continue with a new dynamic, nationwide, in every sector, in every region, in every work place.

The forces of PAME at the meeting of the Executive Committee of the GSEE, insisted that a prerequisite for the organization and militancy of the working class is the context of the demands. They are required to meet the modern needs of the workers, the unemployed, youth, and the women. They must demand increases in salaries and pensions, measures for the relief of the unemployed, to be against the government’s plans for new attack on social security. They must reveal the cause that creates the suffering of the working class, the direction and orientation of the movement in line of conflict with the interests of the monopolies, the EU and the governments.

On the other hand, the leadership of GSEE remains committed to demands based on the “strength of the economy”, the needs of the monopolies. That is a line that undermines the movement and creates conditions for illusions, waiting and finally submission.

We urge all unionists who have sincere concerns and anxieties, any trade union that is interested in the progress of the labour movement and that is fighting against the policy that impoverishes the people, to take all measures for the organization and the success of the General Strike.

By our actions, our struggles and our demands depends our “salvation”, our decent life, us having steady, full time jobs, with rights.

With faith in our right and our power, the General Strike to be an even more strong message of resistance and demand.

We do not accept the conditions of modern misery

Οι πρωτοβουλίες του ΠΑΜΕ στα πλαίσια της Καμπάνιας για την Ανεργία αναγνωρίζονται ως σημαντικές δράσεις για το διεθνές εργατικό κίνημα, σημαντικές οργανώσεις του οποίου, που εκπροσωπούν δεκάδες εκατομμύρια εργαζομένους σε όλο τον κόσμο, εκφράζουν τόσο την αλληλεγγύη τους με τις δράσεις του ΠΑΜΕ, όσο και την καταδίκη των διώξεων συνδικαλιστών του ΠΑΜΕ.

Μηνύματα Αλληλεγγύης με το ΠΑΜΕ και στήριξης του Πανελλαδικού Συλλαλητηρίου της 1ης Νοέμβρη έστειλαν επίσης οι οργανώσεις,:

«Η Διεθνής Συνδικαλιστική Οργάνωση Εργαζομένων στις Κατασκευές, εκ μέρους εκατομμυρίων εργαζομένων στις κατασκευές και στην επεξεργασία Ξύλου, από όλες τις ηπείρους σας μεταφέρει αγωνιστικό, ταξικό χαιρετισμό στο ΠΑΜΕ και στα μέλη του και χαιρετίζει την απόφαση τους για οργάνωση πανελλαδικής καμπάνιας με συλλαλητήρια, συσκέψεις κτλ για το ζήτημα της ανεργίας και για να απαιτήσουν Δουλειά με Δικαιώματα, Μέτρα Προστασίας για τους Ανέργους και Μισθό ώστε ο καθένας να μπορεί να ζήσει αξιοπρεπώς.

Η Ανεργία είναι ένα από τα πιο ισχυρά όπλα του Κεφαλαίου και των Μεγάλων Επιχειρήσεων ενάντια στην εργατική Τάξη, χωρίζοντας τους εργαζομένους, καλλιεργώντας την ξενοφοβία και το ρατσισμό, προσπαθώντας να χτυπήσει το ηθικό και να ακινητοποιήσει τους εργαζόμενους…Η Γραμματεία μας εκφράζει την αλληλεγγύη της με το ΠΑΜΕ και την πρωτοβουλία του, η οποία θα οδηγήσει στην πραγματοποίηση Γενικής Απεργίας στα τέλη Νοέμβρη.»

«καλωσορίζει και εκφράζει αλληλεγγύη με τον αγώνα του ΠΑΜΕ για το ζήτημα της ανεργίας και ποιοτικής εργασίας. Εκφράζουμε την αλληλεγγύη μας στο Συλλαλητήριο που οργανώνεται την 1η Νοέμβρη. Είμαστε βέβαιοι ότι μόνο θετικά αποτελέσματα θα έχει η ελληνική εργατική τάξη. Πιστεύουμε ότι θα πρέπει να είναι αίτημα ειδικά του ευρωπαϊκού Συνδικαλιστικού κινήματος η παύση της ποινικοποίησης της πολιτικής δράσης συνδικαλιστών, όπως συμβαίνει με τους συντρόφους Άκη Αντωνίου, Πέτρο Πουντίδη και Γιώργο Βασιλάκη, των οποίων το μόνο «έγκλημα» ήταν το να αγωνίζονται και να οργανώνουν τους εργαζόμενους στην πάλη για τα δικαιώματα τους»

The direction of PAME to organise the response of the working class against the attack we suffer has met great reception and acceptance to the workers, the unemployed, the young workers, the self-employed, the women of the working class and the popular strata, the small farmers, the students.

General Assemblies take place in the work places of every branch. Discussions and meetings at neighborhoods, villages, that contribute to the effort for even bigger participation at the National Rally of PAME on November 1st. We extend the call for more unions to discuss collectively and decide to participate.

Until today the number of organisations that will join PAME’s National Rally on November 1st has reached 889.

To ΠΑΜΕ καλεί όλες τις συνδικαλιστικές οργανώσεις, τα σωματεία, τις Ομοσπονδίες, τα Εργατικά Κέντρα να συνεχίσουν πιο αποφασιστικά τη δράση τους, να προχωρήσουν με εμπιστοσύνη στους εργαζόμενους τη συζήτηση για την οργάνωση της ΠΑΝΕΛΛΑΔΙΚΗΣ- ΠΑΝΕΡΓΑΤΙΚΗΣ ΑΠΕΡΓΙΑΣ, στις 27 του Νοέμβρη κλιμακώνοντας τον αγώνα μας.

 Ο δρόμος που έχει ανοίξει η προετοιμασία για το συλλαλητήριο της 1ης του Νοέμβρη στις 12 στο Σύνταγμα, στην οργάνωση της εργατικής τάξης, στο συντονισμό δυνάμεων, να συνεχιστεί με νέα δυναμική, πανελλαδικά, κατά κλάδο, κατά περιοχή, σε κάθε τόπο δουλειάς.

 Οι δυνάμεις του ΠΑΜΕ στη συνεδρίαση της Εκτελεστικής Επιτροπής της ΓΣΕΕ, επέμεναν ότι προϋπόθεση για την οργάνωση και μαχητικοποίηση της εργατικής τάξης είναι το πλαίσιο των αιτημάτων που πρέπει να ανταποκρίνεται στις σύγχρονες ανάγκες των εργαζομένων, των ανέργων, της νεολαίας, των γυναικών, για αυξήσεις στους μισθούς και τις συντάξεις, για την ανακούφιση των ανέργων, κόντρα στους σχεδιασμούς της κυβέρνησης για νέες ανατροπές στην κοινωνική ασφάλιση. Η αποκάλυψη της αιτίας που γεννά τα βάσανα της εργατικής τάξης, η κατεύθυνση και ο προσανατολισμός  του κινήματος σε γραμμή σύγκρουσης με τα επιχειρηματικά συμφέροντα, την ΕΕ και τις κυβερνήσεις τους.

Στον αντίποδα η πλειοψηφία της ΓΣΕΕ παραμένει προσηλωμένη σε αιτήματα προσαρμοσμένα στις αντοχές της οικονομίας, στις ανάγκες των επιχειρηματιών στη γραμμή που υπονομεύει  το κίνημα και δημιουργεί προϋποθέσεις αναμονής , αυταπατών και τελικά υποταγής.

 Καλούμε κάθε συνδικαλιστή που έχει ειλικρινείς αγωνίες και προβληματισμούς, κάθε σωματείο που ενδιαφέρεται για την πορεία του εργατικού συνδικαλιστικού κινήματος , που μάχεται ενάντια στην πολιτική που εξαθλιώνει το λαό να πάρει όλα τα μέτρα για την οργάνωση και  την επιτυχία της .

 Από τη δράση μας,  τους αγώνες μας, τις διεκδικήσεις εξαρτάται η “σωτηρία” μας, η αξιοπρεπής ζωή, η μόνιμη και σταθερή δουλειά με δικαιώματα.

Με πίστη στο δίκιο και τη δύναμή μας η απεργιακή κινητοποίηση να είναι ακόμα ένα πιο ηχηρό μήνυμα αντίστασης και διεκδίκησης.

 Δεν ανεχόμαστε τις συνθήκες της σύγχρονης εξαθλίωσης .

Δε συμβιβαζόμαστε με τα ψίχουλα

Διεκδικούμε τη ζωή που μας αξίζει.
