Με την παρουσία αστυνομίας, με άμεσες απειλές, με τριπλή ζώνη face control και αρκετούς φουσκωτούς ακροβολισμένους σε κάθε χώρο περιμετρικά και μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο που επέλεξε η συνδικαλιστική μαφία να πραγματοποιήσει το νέο συνέδριο-παρωδία, επιχειρούν να νομιμοποιήσουν την εργοδοσία και τη νοθεία μέσα στα συνδικάτα.

Δεν κρύβεται ούτε με τις χορηγούμενες-πληρωμένες διαφημίσεις που σπέρνουν στο διαδίκτυο προκειμένου να κρύψουν τους εργοδότες, τους διευθυντές και τα ανύπαρκτα σωματεία που έχουν στις γραμμές τους.

Speech by George Perros at the event of PAME for the 20 years since its foundation
20 years ago, on April 3, 1999, with the participation of hundreds of trade unionists from dozens of Unions, was founded the All Workers Militant Front, PAME, as a necessity of the times, opening a new page for the class trade union movement, continuation of the rich traditions and values of the working class of our country.
Beginning then, we were aware of the difficulties that we would have before us, the obstacles we would encounter, the unfavorable correlations we would need to overcome. On the basis of this reality, we must confess that, at the beginning, we were hesitant until the initiative was public and the first actions in workplaces and branches began to be organized. This was the momentum, enthusiasm was created as the messages from the workers said: “Move forward”, “this situation cannot continue any more. Act”!
Two days later, on April 5, the PAME trade unionists resigned from the GSEE Presidium, based on these moods, “disturbing the stagnant waters” of subordination to the leadership of the Confederation.
PAME in its 20 years of life has given clear and obvious examples of its character. Overcoming threats, intimidation and dirty assaults, itwas on the first line ofthe organization of struggles and strikes, it gave courage, strength and inspired thousands of workers, it delayed antiworkers’ measures, itwas present in every workers’ demand. During the years of capitalist growth and the last difficult years of the capitalist crisis, it did not put water in its wine, did not enter into social dialogues, did not adopt opinions and ideas of the social partnership, which opened the pit for the workers. No one, until now, has been able to put PAME in their hands.
PAME proved in practice that it is not a summation of factions but a fighting-class front of unions, regional trade union centers, federations, workers’ militant committees and workers. It does not derive its strength and prestige from flashy titles and fights of the image but from its daily and unwavering presence in factories, work sites, offices and shopping centers, hotels, harbors and every workplace, from the rich action and its struggles.
That is why, today and from this step, we call for a joint struggle all those unions that, despite their reservations, look forward to the strengthening of the workers’ movement and understand the importance of a strong class pole. We give our hand to trade unionists and workers who oppose the trade union Mafia, who are troubled, who are looking for a shoulder next to them.
The steps that have been recorded in PAME’s action since 1999, its roots in many branches and places of work, the pioneering action of the PAME forces in the workers-people’s struggles, the strikes, the small and big battles that have developed the previous years-withoutstepping back aninch from the slogan “law is the right of the worker”- constitute the ground for the continuation of the counter-attack of the workers together with those affected by the dictatorship of the monopolies.
PAME since the first day of its foundation, learned hard! It immediately received the attack from the capital and his people. At the beginning, the trade union forces of PASOK (social democrats), ND(conservatives), SYN, which today is SYRIZA, and others accused it of “dividing” the workers, then changed their tactic and slandered PAME as political party faction, aiming to undermine PAME and its role.
It takes a continuous struggle to isolate the slanderers and liars. What disturbed and disturbs is the line of struggle, the orientation with which hundreds of unions are rallying and seeking this line to dominate the workers’ trade union movement.
Orientation and fight against the plans of monopolies, business groups and companies, against the political parties that represent them, against the EU as a one-way path. With demands formulated under the criterion that today workers are to live and work on the basis of the vast potential of science, the development of productive means, the wealth they produce and not the criteria of the capitalists, business and competitiveness, and maximum profit. Under the criterion of the well-being of the many who work and suffer and not the profits of the few.
The new thing that PAME brought is the distinct rallying and action of the working class organizations that reject the dangerous for the workers’ interests theory of “social partnership”. The alleged “common interests” of workers and employers who will sit around a table and fairly share the wealth produced, the fraud of social dialogues, the unconditional surrender of the workers’ trade union movement.
In the years of capitalist development it was at the forefront of struggles for increases and widening of rights, against the logic of expectation and “social peace.” Prior to the outbreak of the capitalist crisis, it pioneered against the climate of waiting and illusions. Greece was among the top 10 countries in the world at rates of capitalist growth. It urged workers in a “War Against the Black Front of Business Groups-Government-GSEE” that cultivated inaction, argued that “money exist” and “green growth”
With the outbreak of the capitalist crisis, all governments irrespective of color, one-party, or coalition, enforced and imposed brutal anti-workers’ measures and Memoranda to secure the profitability of business groups. They cut wages and pensions. They legalized massive layoffs and increased unemployment. They imposed privatizations and attacked trade union rights and freedoms.
PAME was in the vanguard of the struggle against all memoranda and anti-workers’ laws. The slogan “No sacrifice-The plutocracy must pay for the crisis” gave the tone for struggles and the ideological struggle against the logic of “everyone bearing the burden” to “share the burdens of the crisis.” Its slogans were adopted by broader forces of workers and popular strata. PAME was strengthened with new trade unions, sectoral and business-level, Regional Trade Union Centers. Its influence grew, hundreds of new elected trade unionists are working on its line, struggling to alter the correlations of forces in all branches to re-construct the movement.
PAME took steps for unified among workers, self-employed, poor farmers, women’s radical organizations and youth, in conditions of brutal antiworkers’ attack it intensified its intervention.
Against the action of PAME and the class unions, came a huge attack from the capital and its people. Measures of repression, employers’ intimidations, the legal arsenal of our class opponents, but also mud, slander.
PAME’s action did not only concern wages and solely working conditions issues. It made efforts and took initiatives to develop trade union action on all issues relating to the worker and his family. It supported initiatives for amateur art creation. It created theater, dance, choral groups that have performed hundreds of events in workplaces, neighborhoods and theaters. It took initiatives for the needs and problems of the youth, the apprentices. It developed action against drugs. The football tournament of the PAME Youth Secretariat became an event that involves thousands of workers. It took initiatives for the working woman, protection of maternity. It organized blood bank and took dozens of solidarity initiatives for the victims of disasters in Greece and around the world.
True to the principles of proletarian solidarity, it had a firm stand against xenophobia, racism and fascism. From the very beginning, it organized solidarity and the struggle for the rights of refugees, for those uprooted by the imperialist wars and interventions. It was firmly at the forefront of organizing immigrants in trade unions and for the common struggle of Greeks and Immigrants against capital, and that is why it is permanently at the aim of the employers and their lackeys the fascists of Golden Dawn.
PAME, steady to the principles of Internationalism in 2000, becomes a member of the World Federation of Trade Unions. The recognition of the role of PAME in the WFTU was also expressed in awarding the 16th Congress of the WFTU in 2011 in Athens.
PAME was founded during the struggles against the imperialist massacre in Yugoslavia and against the participation of Greece in this massacre. Today, our whole neighborhood is in fire! More than a million victims, uprooted by wars, have fled the Aegean Sea, the sea has flooded with the drowned, and the refugees’ drama continues without end.
We have a duty to strengthen the fight against nationalism in the trade unions, against chauvinism, racism and the imperialist war. To strengthen solidarity with the peoples, solidarity with refugees and immigrants. To strengthen the isolation of the criminal Nazi gang of the bosses, the Golden Dawn, in all working places. These problems cannot be outside the trade unions, because the workers have no interest in spilling their blood for oil barons, arms dealers, industrialists and bankers.
We do not accept our country, our harbors, our islands, our airports, to become bases and platforms for the imperialist massacres and our children serving in the army to become meat to feed their cannons. To close down the military bases of death, no involvement of Greece in the NATO and EU slaughterhouses.
In our country, the damage caused by government-employers led unionism is great. The wound that has opened in the trade union movement is deep, it does not close easily.
Their dominance in strategic sectors, large trade unions in industry, energy, telecommunications, ports, transport, former state companies, is a major obstacle for the unity of workers and the class orientation of the struggle.
They still refuse today to accept to their unions thousands of workers who work through contractors, contract workers, poorly paid workers of slave-trading outsourcing companies, who are working in the same premises. They keep the younger shift of workers unorganized. The difficulties we encounter in organizing workers are many.
All these years, they appear in common ballots, a common opposition against PAME in big federations and trade unions, where they see a step in overturning the correlations. They maintain a mechanism of controlling the correlations in cooperation with the employers and the state. All this is accompanied by phenomena of corruption, squandering of millions of funds and programs of buying out. The correlation in GSEE ADEDY organizations, their line and their work have resulted in the depreciation of trade unions to workers.
For a whole period during the crisis they did not hesitate to adopt the most reactionary slogans. They also embraced the slogan “Out the parties and the unions from the struggles”, a slogan jointly cast by all the bourgeois forces, adopted by SYRIZA and other well-known opportunists. The fascists of the Golden Dawn in the squares of the indignados became a tool of entrapment of popular protest and rage. They became a breeding ground of Nazism, and became another blow to the value of participation and struggle in the unions and the struggle in the factories, the places of work where the employers and the exploitation dominate.
The heritage of PAME’s action is the highlighting of the two lines inside the trade union movement. Emphasizing the need for unions militant, massive, of workers. Unions that will fight for workers’ rights against employers and their mechanisms within the trade union movement. Unions that will struggle for the peoples to live without poverty, unemployment and wars. For the live and active forces in the workplaces, who are demanding to put the people’s needs in the front line, it is solved that the way of conflict with the anti-people’s policy and the strategy of the business groups goes through the unstoppable struggle against the political and trade union servants of the business groups.
That is why the conflict that is currently taking place against the trade union mafia is a precondition for the reconstruction of the workers’ trade union movement! At a time when the rot of employers’ and government led unionism covers everything, and the union mafia tries everything so as to preserve its union survival in any way and prioritizes the interests of the business groups, PAME, with its positions, initiatives and its action, seeks to emerge as the main factor of class rallying and unity of the working class.
All these years we have given and we are giving all our strength, using all the ways that we have to reach even to the last worker and to pull them away from the nails of employers, to convince them to organize, to fight, to claim the satisfaction of their needs.
The correlation of power was never the result of a ballot or a congress. We measure our strengths differently, we have other criteria for the organization of the workers’ union movement. We are proud and we walk with our heads high, we look the workers in the eyes. We can talk about the struggles of the steelworkers, construction workers, food and hotel workers, commerce and of every workplace.
All these days we talked with workers who were watching us with skepticism until a while ago. No one agrees with the provocative intervention of the employers themselves inside the unions, the federations, the GSEE. Many tell us not to step back! To cleanse the unions from corruption and employers. The struggle between the two lines in the trade union movement will not stop in Rhodes, as it did not stop at Kalamata, Alexandropoulis etc. The fight will continue and intensify.
However, in the face of what is happening at this time, workers have every right to overcome pressure and extortion and defend their right to have organizations independent of the intervention of the employers and the state! This is PAME’s greatest contribution to the workers-trade union movement.
And we want to make it clear in every direction that this contribution will also seal their next attempt to impose new parody-congress tomorrow in Rhodes. A congress once again away from the workers and in the arms of the employers in luxury hotels. Our claim to cleanse the workers ‘movement from their dirt will be done by the Workers’ Regional Unions, the Federations, the Trade Unions and the Workers.
Rebuilding and reconstructing the workers’ movement is not just a slogan for us. It is not possible to have the reconstruction of the movement, without attacking the dominance and the interests of monopoly groups, without questioning the EU’s strategy, without conflict with anti-people’s policies, with the employers and their mechanisms, without overturning the correlation of forces in the trade unions.
Today there are all the prerequisites, productive, scientific and technological, for there to be a pro-people development, to have a decent life, jobs with rights. We are the ones who produce all the wealth! Our sweat, our struggle is stolen by a handful of monopoly groups.
This can change.
With the struggle for new demands, recovering of our losses, for a dignified life, along with the struggle for another path of development with disengagement with the unions of the imperialists, the EU and NATO. With the working class and the people in power.
20 years later, we are committed to continuing unwavering and class oriented. No step back is permitted.
We open the path to the next day, to the tomorrow of the working class!

Long Live the 20 Years of PAME
Discurso de George Perros al Evento de PAME por los 20años desde su fundación
Exactamente 20 años antes, el 3 de abril de 1999, con la participación de centenas sindicalistas de decenas de sindicatos, se fundió como necesidad derivada por las condiciones el Frente Militante de Todos los Trabajadores, afiliado a la FSM (PAME), abriendo una nueva página para el movimiento clasista sindical, continuación de las ricas tradiciones y los valores de la clase obrera de nuestro país.
Empezando, entonces, teníamos en cuenta que habría dificultades, que encontraríamos obstáculos y que habría relaciones difíciles por sobrepasar. Basándonos en esta realidad debemos confesar que en el principio teníamos dudas y estábamos humildes hasta que se publicó la iniciativa y empezaron organizarse las primeras visitas en los sitios de trabajo y los sectores laborales. Así se dio el impulso, se generó entusiasmo mientras los mensajes de los trabajadores mandaban: «Avanzad»«No podemos aguantar esta situación. ¡Hay que hacer algo!»
Dos días después, el 5 de abril, los sindicalistas de PAME se renuncian de la presidencia de la Confederación General de Trabajadores en Grecia -(GSEE), basándose en estas tensiones, «disturbando las aguas calmas» el rendimiento a la jefatura de la Confederación.
El PAME durante los 20 años de su presencia ha dado pruebas claras de su carácter. Sobrepasando amenazas, la intimidación y los ataques sucios, encabezó la organización de luchas y huelgas, dio coraje, fuerza e inspiración a miles de obreros, frenó a medidas, se presentó en cada reivindicación obrera. Tanto durante los años del desarrollo capitalista como también durante los últimos difíciles años de la crisis capitalista no se confortó, ni participó a diálogos sociales ni adoptó juicios e ideologías de los socios sociales que hacían daño a los trabajadores. Nadie y nunca hasta hoy ha podido manipularlo.
El PAME ha comprobado en acto que no es una suma de agrupaciones sino frente luchador-clasista de sindicatos, sindicatos regionales, Federaciones, juntas luchadoras, sindicalistas y trabajadores. No recibe su fuerza y su prestigio de grandes títulos y luchas por la vista sino de su presencia diaria y firme en las fábricas, las construcciones, las oficinas y las tiendas, los hoteles, los puertos y cada sitio de trabajo, de su rico acto y sus combates.
Por eso hoy desde este pedestalllamamos que caminen a nuestro lado a todos aquellos sindicatos que a pesar de sus escrúpulos miran al fortalecimiento del movimiento obrero y comprenden la significancia del fuerte polo clasista. Damos la mano a sindicalistas y trabajadores quienes no soportan la sucia mafia sindical, afrontan problemática, buscan un remedio.
Los pasos que han registrado en el acto del PAME de 1999 hasta hoy, su difusión en más sectores y sitios de trabajo, la acción pionera de las fuerzas que componen el PAME en las luchas obreras-populares, las huelgas, los pequeños y grandes combates desarrollados los últimos años sin «descuentos» en el lema ¨la ley es el derecho del obrero¨, constan la base para la continuación, el contrataque de los trabajadores junto a los afectados por la dictadura de los monopolios.
¡El PAME desde al primer día de su fundación, se ha entrenado en condiciones difíciles! Recibió enseguida el ataque del capital y sus afiliados. En el principio las fuerzas sindicales de PASOK (socialdemocratas), ND (conservadores) DAKE, de entonces SYN, SYRIZA actual, entre otros hablaban de acción desintegrante, luego cambiaron la actitud presentando el PAME como partido político para hacer daño al PAME y su papel.
Se necesita lucha constante por que se callen los calumniosos y los falsificantes, lo que molestaba y sigue molestando es la línea del combate, la orientación con la que se concentran centenas de sindicatos pretendiendo que esta línea que domine al movimiento obrero sindical.
Orientación y línea del combate contra las pretensiones de los monopolios, de los grupos empresariales y las empresas, de los partidos políticos que les representan, de la UE presentada por ellos como el camino único. Con demandas formadas por el criterio que hoy los trabajadores se merecen vivir y trabajar según las enormes capacidades de la ciencia, del desarrollo de los medios de la producción, la riqueza producida y no por el criterio de los nuestros aprovechadores, las empresas y la competición, la renta máxima. Con el criterio del bienestar de las muchas personas trabajadoras que sufren y no el bienestar y la renta de las pocas.
Lo nuevo llevado por el PAME es la concentración distinguida y el acto de la organización de la clase obrera que rechazan la teoría de la sociedad de los socios dañosa para los intereses de los trabajadores, los comunes intereses entre empleadores y trabajadores quienes en una mesa se compartirán justo la riqueza producida, los diálogos sociales planteados, del rendimiento total del movimiento obrero sindical.
Durante los años del desarrollo capitalista, el PAME encabezaba a las luchas por aumentos salariales y ampliación de los derechos, contra la lógica de la espera y la ¨paz social¨. Antes de que se estallara la crisis capitalista encabezo contra el clima de la espera y de las ilusiones. Grecia estaba catalogada a nivel mundial entre los 10 países de ritmos de desarrollo capitalista. A tiempo llamó a los trabajadores a ¨Guerra contra el frente negro de los grupos empresariales, del gobierno y de la GSEE¨ que cultivaba la espera, la teoría del lema ¨hay dinero¨ y del ¨desarrollo verde¨.
Desde que se estallara la crisis capitalista todos los gobiernos, independientemente de su orientación, de un partido o de coalición, han aplicado e impuesto bárbaras medidas antilaborales y memorandos para asegurar la renta de los grupos empresariales. Han golpeado salarios y pensiones. Han libertado a los despidos y han disparado el desempleo. Han fomentado privatizaciones enormes y han atacado a derechos sindicales y libertades.
El PAME encabezó la lucha contra los memorandos y las medidas antilaborales. El lema ¨ningún sacrificio, que paguen los ricos la crisis´´ entonó las luchas y el combate ideológico contra la lógica de ¨todos que respaldemos´´, ¨que nos compartimos la crisis¨. Lemas adoptados por fuerzas obreras y populares en general. El PAME se fortaleció de nuevos sindicatos, sectoriales y empresariales, Centros, fortaleció su influencia, centenas de nuevos sindicalistas electos trabajan en su línea, combaten para que se cambien las relaciones de las fuerzas en todos los sectores, para la reconstrucción del movimiento.
Dio pasos de acto común de trabajadores, autónomos, agricultores, organizaciones feministas radicales y juveniles, en condiciones de extremo ataque calumnioso fortaleció su intervención.
Ante el acto del PAME y del de los sindicatos clasistas se levantó un ataque enorme del capital y sus aliados. Medidas de represión, intimidación de los empleadores, el arsenal jurídico del rival clasista y también calumnioso.
El acto de PAME no tenía que ver sólo con los asuntos salariales y laborales. Dio pasos y tomó iniciativas para el desarrollo del acto de los sindicatos de todos los asuntos vinculados al trabajador y su familia. Respaldó iniciativas para la creación artística. Fundió grupos de teatro, del baile, coros que actuaron miles veces en sitios de trabajo, barrios y teatros. Tomó iniciativas para las necesidades y los problemas de la juventud, el aprendizaje. Desarrollo acción contra las drogas. El torno de futbol de la Secretaría de la Juventud del PAME se ha hecho institución en la cual participan miles de trabajadores. Tomó iniciativas para la madre trabajadora, la protección de la maternidad. Organizó banco de sangre y tomó decenas de iniciativas para la solidaridad a las víctimas de catástrofes en Grecia y todo el mundo.
Fiel a los principios de la solidaridad proletaria mantuvo frente firme ante la xenofobia, el racismo y el fascismo. Desde el primer instante organizó la solidaridad y la lucha por los derechos de los refugiados, los desraizados por las guerras imperialistas y las intervenciones. Encabezó constantemente la organización de los inmigrantes en los sindicatos y el combate común de los obreros griegos e inmigrantes contra el capital, por eso está en el centro del ciclón de los empleadores y sus secuaces, los extremoderechistas del Amanecer Dorado.
El PAME fiel en los valores del Internacionalismo el 2000 se incorporó en la FSM. El reconocimiento del papel del PAME en la FSM es expresado por el encargo de la organización del 16 Congreso de la FSM el 2011 en Atenas.
El PAME se fundió dentro de las luchas contra la matanza imperialista en Yugoslavia y la participación de Grecia en ésta matanza. ¡Hoy nuestros países de fronteras comunes están en el fuego! Pasaron por el archipiélago del Egeo más de un millón de víctimas desraizadas por las guerras, el mar se llenó de muertos y el drama de los refugiados sigue sin parar.
Es deber nuestro que se fortalezca dentro de los sindicatos el combate contrael nacionalismo y el fascismo y l aguerra imperialista, la solidaridad con los otros pueblos, la solidaridad a los refugiados y los inmigrantes, el aislamiento en todos los sitios de trabajo de la clan asesina nazista de los patrones, el Amanecer Dorado. Estos problemas no pueden estar fuera de los sindicatos, porque los trabajadores no tienen ningún interés de dar su sangre por los empresarios petroleros, los mercantes de armas, los industriales y los banqueros.
No aceptamos que nuestro país, nuestros puertos, nuestras islas, nuestros aeropuertos se conviertan en bases y puntos de asalto de las matanzas imperialistas y que nuestros jóvenes quienes están al servicio del ejército se hagan carne en sus cañón. Que se cierran las bases de la muerte, ninguna intervención de Grecia en las matanzas de la OTAN y de la UE.
En nuestro país el daño provocado por sindicalismo gubernamental-empresarial, es enorme. La herida que han producido en el cuerpo del movimiento sindical es profunda, no es fácil que se cicatriza.
Su dominación a sectores estratégicos, los grandes sindicatos de la industria, de la energía, de las comunicaciones, de los puertos, de los transportes, de las ex empresas de beneficio público, es gran obstáculo para la unidad de los trabajadores y la orientación de la lucha. Se niegan hasta hoy de ingresar en sus sindicatos miles de trabajadores de contrato, interinos, mal remunerados, de las oficinas de la ´´esclavitud¨ que trabajan en el mismo sitio. Mantienen sin organización el nuevo turno. Las dificultades que afrontamos en la organización de los obreros son muchas.
Todos estos años participan en papeletas comunes, mantienen postura común contra el PAME en grandes federaciones y sindicatos donde ven que se den pasos de derrumbe y relaciones. Mantienen mecanismo de formación de relaciones junto a los empleadores y el estado.
Todos estos son acompañados por fenómenos de corrupto, pérdida de millones de recursos económicos y programas de compra. Las relaciones de GSEE y ADEDY, su línea y sus actos generaron la discriminación de los sindicatos entre los trabajadores. Por un periodo entero dentro de la crisis no tuvieron ninguna duda de adaptar lemas anti drásticos. Llegaron a abrazar el lema ¨los partidos políticos fuera de los sindicatos y las luchas¨, lema echado por todas la fuerzas burguesas, adoptado por el SYRIZA y sus lazos, otras fuerzas oportunistas reconocidas. Los fascistas del Amanecer Dorado en las plazas de los indignados se hicieron vehículo del encerramiento de la indignación y manifestación popular, cuna del nacismo y provocaron una herida más al valor de la participación y del combate en los sindicatos y de la lucha en las fábricas, los sitios de trabajo donde dominan los empleadores y la explotación.
Legado básico del acto del PAME es que destaquen las dos líneas en el movimiento sindical. Quedestaque la necesidad de sindicatos luchadores, masivos, obreros. Sindicatos que luchan por los derechos de los trabajadores contra los empleadores y sus mecanismos dentro del movimiento sindical. Sindicatos que luchan por que los pueblos vivan sin pobreza, desempleo, guerra.
Para las fuerzas que actúan en los sitios de trabajo, que reivindican de modo luchador poniendo las necesidades populares por delante está claro que el camino del choque con la política anti popular y la estratégica de los grupos empresariales pasapor el combate constante con su personal político y sindical.
¡Por eso el choque desarrollado y creciente este periodo con la mafia sindical es presupuesto de la reconcentración del movimiento obrero-sindical! En un periodo cuando destaca el sucio sindicalismo empresarial y gubernamental, la mafia sindical lo hace todo para mantener su sobrevivencia sindical poniendo por delante los intereses de los grupos empresariales, el PAME con su postura y sus actos pretende destacar como el factor principal de la concentración clasista y la unidad de la clase obrera.
Todos estos años hemos dado y seguimos dando todas de nuestras fuerzas, aprovechamos todos los modos que poseamos para llegar hasta el último obrero y la última obrera, para sacarlos de las uñas de los empleadores, para convencerlos que se organicen, que luchen, que reivindiquen el cumplimiento de sus necesidades.
La relación de fuerza nunca ha sido sólo un resultado de una urna o de una Conferencia. Nosotros contamos nuestras fuerzas de otro modo, tenemos criterios distintos para la organización del movimiento obrero-sindical. Nosotros estamos orgullosos, miramos a los trabajadores a los ojos. Podemos hablar a ellos sobre las luchas de los obreros de acero, de los albañiles, de los trabajadores en el sector de los alimentos y la hotelería, del negocio y de cada sitio de trabajo.
Todos estos días hemos contactado con trabajadores quienes poco antes eran escépticos hacia nosotros. Nadie está de acuerdo con la intervención sin escrúpulos de los mismos los empleadores dentro de los sindicatos, las federaciones, la GSEE. ¡Son bastantes quienes nos dicen que no demos pasos atrás! Que se limpien los sindicatos de los falsos y los empleadores.
Compañeras y compañeros, el combate entre las dos líneas en el movimiento sindical no va a parar en la isla de Rodos, como no terminó en la ciudad de Kalamata, Alexandrupoli y sigue así. El combate se va a continuar e intensificar.
¡Como ante de todo que se desarrolla los trabajadores tienen derecho a sobrepasar presiones y chantajes y defender a su derecho de tener organizaciones independientes de la intervención de los empleadores y el estado!Esta es la gran aportación del PAME al movimiento obrero-sindical.
Tenemos mandar el mensaje a cada destino que esta nuestra aportación la vamos a firmar también en su próxima pretensión para que impongan la nueva Conferencia-parodia mañana en Rodos, otra vez lejos de los trabajadores y junto a los empleadores, dentro de hoteles de lujo. Nuestra demanda que se limpie el movimiento obrero de los sucios se va realizar de los Centros, las federaciones, los sindicatos y los trabajadores.
La reconstrucción del movimiento obrero no es un solo lema para nosotros. Reconstrucción del movimiento sin que se haga daño a la dominación y los intereses de los monopolios, sin que se ponga en duda la estratégica de la UE, sin choques con las políticas antipopulares, con los empleadores y sus mecanismos, sin derrumbes delas relaciones de fuerza en los sindicatos no puede existir.
Hoy en día hay todas las condiciones, productivas, científicas y tecnológicas para que haya desarrollo filopopular, para que haya vida digna, trabajo con derechos. ¡Nosotros somos los que producimos toda la riqueza! Nuestro esfuerzo lo explotan unos pocos grupos de monopolios. Eso puede cambiar.
Por la lucha por nuevas reivindicaciones, por la recuperación de las pérdidas, por una vida digna junto a la lucha por un camino distinto del desarrollo fuera de las uniones de los imperialistas UE y OTAN, por la clase obrera y el pueblo en la jefatura.
20 años después nos comprometimos de seguir clasista constantemente. No se permite ni un paso atrás.
Abrimos el camino al próximo día, al mañana de la clase obrera.

Η συνδικαλιστική μαφία στη ΓΣΕΕ:
- Προσπαθεί να παρουσιάσει το άσπρο μαύρο , τους εργάτες για τραμπούκους και τους τραμπούκους για εργάτες
- Δεν περιορίστηκε στα σωματεία μαϊμού που φτιάχνει με τους εργοδότες, έφερε τα ιδία τα αφεντικά και τους διευθυντάδες μέσα στα συνέδρια και τα όργανα των εργατών.
- Ο πρόεδρος της ΓΣΕΕ (με 8.000€ μηνιάτικο) με εργοδότες και golden boy τους πήγαν σε πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο της Καλαμάτας για να το παίξουν αντιπρόσωποι των εργατών.
Το απόστημα στη κορυφή έσπασε
Πραγματικοί αντιπρόσωποι των εργαζομένων περίμεναν έξω από το χώρο του συνεδρίου για τέσσερεις μέρες να γίνει πραγματικό συνέδριο με εργάτες. Όχι με κλειστές πόρτες στα μουλωχτά με εσωτερικές συμφωνίες και συναλλαγές που μοιράζουν καρέκλες και ξεπουλάνε τα δικαιώματα μας. Η συνδικαλιστική μαφία δε δικαιούται να παίρνει αποφάσεις για τη ζωή μας.
Δεν θα τους περάσει. Δυναμώνουμε τη μάχη για συνδικάτα εργατών! Συνέδριο θα γίνει και θα είναι εργατικό χωρίς εργοδότες, μπράβους, νόθους!
Δεν θα μείνουμε μόνο στη κορυφή θα σπάσουμε το απόστημα στο Εργατικό Κέντρο και στις Ομοσπονδίες
Από το συνέδριο παρωδία της ΓΣΕΕ δε θα έλειπαν φυσικά οι Καβαλιώτες εργατοπατέρες. Πρώτος και καλύτερος ο διευθυντής του ταχυδρομείου και πρόεδρος του Εργατικού Κέντρου Καβάλας Ποδάρας Κώστας. Να θυμίσουμε ότι ο συγκεκριμένος σύνεδρος επειδή δεν εκλέχτηκε από τους εργαζόμενους του ταχυδρομείου (τον ξέρουν) όπου και ψήφισε, έφτιαξε ένα μαϊμού σωματείο ιδιωτικών υπαλλήλων Νέστου και εκλέχτηκε από ‘κει (όπου φυσικά ξαναψήφισε παράνομα).
Άλλωστε τα στελέχη του εργοδοτικού κυβερνητικού συνδικαλισμού της Καβάλας έχουν πλούσια πείρα σε τέτοιου είδους πρακτικές. Ξέρουν καλά να υπερασπίζονται τα αφεντικά, όταν οι εργαζόμενοι ξεσηκωθούν. Όπως έκαναν στη στάση εργασίας των εργαζομένων στη SELECTA στο Νέστο. Με κάθε τρόπο στήριξαν την εργοδοσία στην επίθεση που εξαπέλυσε στους εργαζόμενους που διεκδίκησαν συλλογική σύμβαση εργασίας.
Έχουν εμπειρία στις συναλλαγές με τους μεγαλοεργοδότες της περιοχής για να παράγουν αντιπροσώπους στο Εργατικό Κέντρο και την Ομοσπονδία.
Τη συνεννόηση με τα αφεντικά από τα συσκευαστήρια του Νέστου και του Παγγαίου και άλλες επιχειρήσεις την κάνει πρώτα ο Τιάκας (συνταξιούχος εργατοπατέρας). Μετά εμφανίζεται στο χώρο δουλειάς η κάλπη και το εργοδοτικό ψηφοδέλτιο που όποιος δεν το ρίξει στη κάλπη κινδυνεύει με απόλυση. Έτσι τα αφεντικά ξεζουμίζουν τους εργαζόμενους και οι εργατοπατέρες μοιράζονταν τις καρέκλες. Δεκάδες σωματεία στη Καβάλα που κάνουν μόνο εκλογές όπως άλλωστε κάνει και το Εργατικό Κέντρο. Σωματεία χωρίς δράση, χωρίς συλλογικές διαδικασίες, Γενικές Συνελεύσεις, χωρίς παρουσία, χωρίς καν τυπική λειτουργία των Διοικητικών Συμβουλίων, όταν μάλιστα ο κλάδος τους καίγεται από τα προβλήματα των εργαζομένων, από το πουθενά εμφανίζονται μέσα σε λίγες ώρες εκατοντάδες εργαζόμενοι να συμμετέχουν στις αρχαιρεσίες, να ψηφίζουν για ΔΣ και αντιπροσώπους, για δευτεροβάθμια όργανα, Ομοσπονδίες και Εργατικά Κέντρα και μάλιστα όταν οι περισσότεροι από αυτούς δεν γνωρίζουν ούτε τα μέλη της Διοίκησης.
Η κατάσταση αυτή στα σωματεία δεν είναι τυχαία εξυπηρετεί το βασικό στόχο που έχει ο εργοδοτικός και κυβερνητικός συνδικαλισμός που δεν είναι άλλος από τη στήριξη της κερδοφορίας των επιχειρηματικών ομίλων όλα τα χρόνια της κρίσης αλλά και σήμερα. Και επειδή στον ίδιο στόχο συμφωνούν οι εκάστοτε κυβερνήσεις αποδείχθηκαν ένα χρήσιμο εργαλείο-στήριγμα τους Όταν χτυπιούνται εργατικά δικαιώματα, όπως η απεργία, σφυρίζουν αδιάφορα και αν οι εργαζόμενοι ξεσηκωθούν και απεργήσουν τότε τα αφεντικά τρέχουν στα δικαστήρια να βγάλουν την απεργία παράνομη και οι εργατοπατέρες βγάζουν ανακοινώσεις στήριξης των αφεντικών όπως έκανε το Εργατικό Κέντρο Καβάλας στη περίπτωση της SELECTA.
Χάνουν τον ύπνο τους γιατί οι εκπρόσωποι της ΔΑΣ (στηρίζεται από το ΠΑΜΕ) είμαστε εκεί μπροστά στις νοθείες τους και τους εκβιασμούς του και ξεσκεπάζουμε τις βρομιές τους. Σ αυτό το δρόμο θα συνεχίσουμε όσο κι αν προσπαθούν να βάλουν εμπόδια με εσωτερικούς κανονισμούς και διάφορα τερτίπια.
Σ αυτό το δρόμο καλούμε κάθε εργαζόμενο κάθε τίμιο συνδικαλιστή να είναι μπροστά στον αγώνα για να πετάξουμε από τη σβέρκο μας τα τσιράκια της εργοδοσίας μέσα από το συνδικαλιστικό εργατικό κίνημα.
