On Friday, October 8, the Pensioners Federation held a National Demonstration and protest in Athens, which reached the Megaro Maximoy and met with the Government.
In spite of the heavy rain, thousands of pensioners demonstrated for raises in pensions, return of the payments that were cut the previous years, against taxation and high prices.
