The workers’ Union in Vodafone Group Greece, member of the All Militant Workers Front (PAME), express our solidarity to the workers of Vodafone in the Balearic Islands, for their strikes of  27-30 of November and 14-15 of December, against the wage cuts enforced by the management of Vodafone. The same situation takes place in Greece for Vodafone, with lay-offs and a universal enforcement of teleworking, abolition of steady working hours.

During a period that workers are faced with the consequences of the pandemic, the multinationals use the opportunity to attack workers’ rights in order to ensure their competitiveness and profitability. They use the government policies around the world so they can intensify even further the exploitation of workers.

Dear colleagues, Against the unified attack that the workers are faced with from the capitalists, internationalist class solidarity is the answer we can give to defend our health, our labor rights and our lives.
