On Wednesday afternoon, November 24, trade unions and Unions of healthcare workers and doctors, in the context of the Day of Action for Free-Public Healthcare held a series of Actions and protests in front of private clinics with a central demand the acquisition (for them to be ordered and subjected under the State, in order to join the fight against the pandemic).
The Unions demanded the private clinics to immediately be ordered in the fight against the pandemic, as well as massive recruitments of doctors and healthcare workers for the public hospitals, which remained understaffed and underfunded.
