Workers of the French NEWREST Multinational, catering company at the Athens International Airport and most airports in Greece, after a massive General Assembly announced they would start Strike Action on Wednesday June 24 against the plans of the multinational to forward layoffs. At the same time the Regional Trade Union of Lavrion-East Attica held a new protest at the Athens International Airport calling the workers to join the unions.
