Protests against the new bill for education

Teachers, Students and parents sent once again a militant message to the Greek government on Tuesday, 9th June, with demonstrations in Athens and other Greek cities. 

Teachers, who were on strike, joined the students and parents associations and all together demonstrated against the new bill for education that attacks the educational rights. They condemned the reactionary character of the bill that worsens the conditions inside the classrooms and demanded Free Public Education For All People’s Children.

During the demonstration, the students also sent a message of solidarity to the young protesters of the USA who are fighting against racism, repression, for a better world. With their school bags they wrote “I CAN’T BREATHE”
