To the Trade Unions

and the Working Class of Pakistan,

Dear Comrades,

All Workers Militant Front, PAME that represents the class oriented trade union movement of Greece expresses its condolences and support to the trade unions and the working class of Pakistan for the murderous attack against little children at the school of Peshawar.

The murder of little students is a result of the policy of imperialism in the region that firstly financed the Talibans against the Soviet Union, while today they are used as an alibi for the control of the energy sources of area. The tears of the USA, their NATO allies and the Government of Pakistan are fake since they are directly responsible for the tragedy of the Pakistani people. Their hands are stained with blood.

The working class of Greece condemns the policies that tie the workers into the imperialist contradictions and tie the Greek people to NATO and the EU. The forces within the trade union movement, like ETUC and ITUC, who supported the imperialist interventions in the region and the plan of the USA for the “Great Middle East”, they must be isolated. The political forces that support the participation of Greece in NATO and the EU must also be denounced.

PAME has developed brotherly relations with the militant trade unions of Pakistan, with deep solidarity among our organisations, through our common struggles within the WFTU.
