The workers of ELTA (Greek Post) started yesterday, December 8, their 2day strike demanding Collective Contract with abolition of contractors and outsourcing.
Against the massive participation and success of the strike the Management of ELTA hired Taxi drivers to do the deliveries and break the strike.
The Union SETTA denounced these tactics and demanded immediately the Management of ELTA to start discussions on their demands. Under workers’ pressure a first meeting took place.
The strike continues today
