The General Assembly of our Trade Union at its meeting on Thursday 26/3/2015, decided a 48-hour strike for Thursday and Friday 2-3/04/2015 (that will start on 2/4 1:00 a.m., and end at 1:00 a.m. 4/4) Under the demands:

• No lay offs-Immediate reinstatement of the laid off workers- Stop the layoffs and the trade union persecution.

• Sign a Collective Contract, which will include the hiring by Forthnet of all the outsourced workers, to convert fixed-term contracts into indefinite time for all the employees, humane working conditions, wages and rights based on our contemporary needs.

• Based on the official complaints of the trade union, to proceed with the inspection of the workplaces and impose the necessary health and safety measures corresponding to the peculiarities of our work.
