Students and teachers gave their own response with big demonstrations on January 21, against the new measures brought by the ND government under the Higher Education Bill.

            The ND Government is creating new obstacles in student studies, with the even bigger connection and  ‘evaluation’ of the Universities with market criteria for the funding of the Universities, their ‘autonomy’ in seeking sponsors to cover even the most elementary of their functions, but also with the breaking of the degrees from the profession
