On Sunday December 6 class trade unions and the Federation of Food and Drink Industries organized a solidarity rally with the workers of ZOURAS, who are on continuous strike since November 14.
The Executive Secretariat of PAME transferred to the strikers messages of Solidarity from trade unions from many countries of the world and the TUI of Food & Allied Industries of WFTU. In addition gave to the strikers material support gathered from workers and trade unions, as well as from USA trade unionists who participated in trade union Seminar of WFTU and took part in the General Strike of December 3 in Athens.
The workers held a General Assembly where they decided to continue the strike, with orientation to influence the situation in the industries of the food sector, and the working class of the area.
