PAME expresses solidarity with the workers of the Falk Ista factory and the SLOGA Trade Union in Serbia who are going on strike on Friday June 2 demanding wage increases.

The SLOGA trade union and the workers of the factory are demanding wage increases and improved benefits at the factory, which employs hundreds of workers and is owned by an Italian shoe company. To date, the employers have refused to meet the just demands of the workers who are facing a huge increase in the cost of living.

PAME supports the struggle of the workers of the Falk Ista factory in Serbia and their strike mobilisation.
