Solidarity to USB and the dockworkers of Genoa: We will not become accomplices to the genocide of the people of Palestine and the wars of the imperialists

PAME expresses its support and solidarity with the dockworkers of Genoa and their union, USB Mare e Porti, who are organizing militant mobilizations and calling for strike readiness on July 25th, aiming to block the loading and unloading of military steel from the ship COSCO Pisces.

They are taking up the baton from the dockworkers of Piraeus and their union ENEDEP in COSCO, who prevented the same ship from unloading its “cargo of death” and made it clear that they will not stain their hands with the blood of the people.

The dockworkers of Genoa firmly declare that they will not allow the ports to be turned into war infrastructures, and they will not work for the transport of any cargo destined for war and the genocide of the Palestinian people.

Dockworkers in Genoa, like those in Piraeus, refuse to become accomplices of the murderous state of Israel and its allies, the USA, NATO, and the EU, who are spreading death in Gaza and continuing the genocide of the Palestinian people.

The dockworkers show the path the people must follow, so that we, the workers, will not become cogs in the imperialist war machine that massacres the people, and so that we ourselves will not become the next victims of war. Their action is a shining example for the entire working class, a living proof that workers, united in internationalist solidarity, can express their support in practice for the peoples resisting the unjust wars of the imperialists.

We stand by USB and the dockworkers of Genoa and we support the mobilizations of July 25th. We raise our voice with theirs and we declare:

No participation, no facilitation of the imperialist wars – Not a single inch of land, not a drop of water to the murderers of the people!

We will not become accomplices to the genocide of the people of Palestine!

End all economic, political, and military cooperation with the murderous state of Israel!

Freedom for Palestine!
