PAME (All Workers Militant Front) that represents the class trade union movement of Greece, expresses its support to the railway workers of Germany who are on Strike.

 The railway workers of Germany went on Strike again, demanding better salaries, working conditions, as well as freedom in trade union organisation, against the obstacles created by the employers. This situation is also a result of the policy of privatizations in the sector of Transports, an agenda that the Greek Government wants to impose to the Greek Railways.

 Also, the dominance in the trade union movement of Europe, of forces that express the interests of the Employers and the European Union, creates difficulties and obstacles in every trade union organisation that wants to defend the interests of the workers, and within today’s conditions uptake fighting, militant initiatives!
