Η τρομοκρατία στους χαλυβουργούς, δε θα περάσει!

Το ΠΑΜΕ καταγγέλλει τη συνέχεια στην επίθεση ενάντια στους εργάτες της Χαλυβουργίας Ελλάδας. Με τις σημερινές 16 απολύσεις, ο αριθμός των απολυμένων έφτασε τους 50.

Τώρα πρέπει να μεγαλώσει η ταξική αλληλεγγύη. Να δυναμώσει σε κάθε τόπο δουλειάς, σε κάθε γειτονιά, σχολή και σχολείο η φωνή των χαλυβουργών. Να μη μείνει εργάτης ανενημέρωτος. Η μάχη που δίνουν οι χαλυβουργοί στην Ελευσίνα αφορά όλη την εργατική τάξη, από την Κρήτη ως τον Έβρο. Είναι αγώνας για να μην περάσει η ολομέτωπη επίθεση που μας έχει εξαπολύσει η πλουτοκρατία και το πολιτικό προσωπικό της.

Το ΠΑΜΕ καλεί στο νέο αγωνιστικό ραντεβού την Κυριακή 4 Δεκέμβρη,  στη συναυλία αλληλεγγύης που οργανώνει το Σωματείο Εργαζομένων στην Ελληνική Χαλυβουργία στις 11 το πρωί στο χώρο μπροστά από το εργοστάσιο. Να γεμίσει το εργοστάσιο από ταξική και λαϊκή οργή. Να αντλήσουν νέα δύναμη οι απεργοί χαλυβουργοί, να ηχήσει ακόμα πιο βροντερά η δύναμη της ταξικής ενότητας και η ανάγκη της ταξικής οργάνωσης.

Η τρομοκρατία των βιομηχάνων και του κάθε Μάνεση δε θα περάσει.
Χωρίς εμάς γρανάζι δε γυρνά.

Στόχος να αντλήσουν νέα δύναμη οι απεργοί χαλυβουργοί, να ηχήσει ακόμα πιο βροντερά η δύναμη της ταξικής ενότητας και η ανάγκη της ταξικής οργάνωσης.

RESOLUCIÓN DE LAS MOVILIZACIONES DE PAME DURANTE LA HUELGA DEL 1ro DE DICIEMBRE

A la clase obrera de los países de Europa

Compañeros obreros, trabajadores de Europa

Expresamos nuestra solidaridad con la lucha clasista dura y dificil que realizan en sus países. Queremos que sepan que cualquier movilización y su lucha nos da impulso, fuerza y coraje para continuar aún más decisivamente nuestra lucha. La lucha de PAME es inseparable de su lucha.

Estamos en un encrucijada. El carácter generalizado y global de la crisis capitalista, los acontecimientos en Grecia así como en todos los países de Europa hacen necesario escuchar con más fuerza que nunca la consigna: ¡Proletarios de todo los países uníos! ¡Ninguna sumisión, ninguna indulgencia al capitalismo!

Hemos aprendido de nuestra experiencia y realidad actual que tenemos que rechazar las mentiras de la plutocracia y de sus agencias, que dicen que la crisis la han generado los derechos de los trabajadores o la mala gestión. La crisis es una crisis del capitalismo y la han generado la explotación de la fuerza obrera, los inmensos beneficios del gran capital y su acumulación. El capitalismo es un sistema podrido y obsoleto. No se corrige. Mientras exista, siempre llevará a la clase obrera y las capas populares al desempleo, el hambre, la guerra, la explotación y la opresión brutal.

Lo que vivimos en Grecia no es ni excepcional ni especifíco. Estamos afrontando un ataque generalizado que está transportando nuestra vida y las condiciones laborales al siglo pasado. Pero no afecta sólo a la clase obrera de Grecia. Esta tempestad de medidas antipopulares generalizadas la promueven la U.E., el FMI, el BCE, los gobiernos neoliberales y socialdemocratas, sus grandes coaliciones y las variantes de centro-derecha y centro-izquierda en todo mundo. Tales gobiernos que sirven las necesidades actuales del capital cuentan en algunos casos con el apoyo de los nacionalistas y de los verdes.

A través de la experiencia de la clase obrera, de las capas populares vemos el papel de la U.E., como una alianza de lobos y de opresores de la clase obrera y de los pueblos. Caen los mitos de que es supuostamente “una unión de solidaridad y refugio de abrigo para los pueblos” como afirma la plutocracia y sus defensores. La crisis capitalista en la eurozona se profundiza aún más. La UE se vuelve cada vez más reaccionaria y los trabajadores vivirán en condiciones de pobreza extrema si no se levantan. La dura competencia entre ellos, sus diviciones no se hacen por los intereses laborales populares. Al contrario, los gobiernos en el marco de la UE compiten por el reparto del botín obtenido por la eliminación de los derechos laborales populares. Tienen un objetivo común acordado: abaratar la fuerza obrera todavía más, para aumentar las ganancias del capital.

La vida misma, la experiencia muestra claramente que en el marco de la UE, del poder de los monopolios no existe solución a favor del pueblo. Es necesario el derrocamiento del poder de los monopolios. Sin el derrocamiento no puede existir solución a favor del pueblo.

Gran responsabilidad sobre el empeoramiento de la vida de la clase obrera en Europa tienen las direcciones comprometidas de la CSI – Confederación Sindical Internacional como también de la CES- Confederación de Sindicatos Europeos que declaran la colaboración clasista, que apoyan la linea de la competitividad, de la sumisión a la patronal, presentan ilusiones y desorientan la lucha de los trabajadores. No es solución las diferentes movilizaciones del tipo de los indignados (ocupaciones) pero relajan los ánimos combativos utilizando la indignación de las fuerzas populares tratando de encerrarla en una lucha sin prespectiva.

Es necesario hoy frente a esta alianza antipopular del capital el despertar de las fuerzas populares laborales, la organización inmediata de su lucha en cada lugar de trabajo, en cada sector, en cada barrio popular laboral, la coordinación a nivel nacional e internacional de formas de lucha más elevadas y expulsar de la clase obrera a los defensores del capital.

Desde la Acropolis, PAME hizo un llamado a la clase obrera de Europa de que los Pueblos tienen el poder y es necesario hoy día organizarse y contraatacar.

Firmemente creemos la consigna : ¨El engraraje sin ti no gira – trabajador puedes sin patrones¨. Es la consigna que da coraje y fuerza a los trabajadores de la acería griega que continuan su huelga desde hace 36 días. Esta consigna se ajusta en cada país. Te invitamos a coordinar nuestros pasos.

La respuesta de hoy de la clase obrera no puede limitarse a las luchas defensivas. Se requiere organización, contraataque laboral, lucha hasta el derrocamiento del poder de los monopolios. Con este objetivo fortalezcamos nuestra lucha por la liberación del país de la U.E., la cancelación unilateral de la deuda, socialzación de los medios concentrados de la producción y el pueblo en el poder.

¡Estamos seguros de que en las grandes luchas clasistas, todavía no hemos vivido los días más gloriosos!

MESSAGE OF THE STRIKE DEMONSTRATION OF PAME

ON DECEMBER 1st

To the working class of the countries of Europe

Dear colleagues, workers of Europe,

We express our solidarity with the fierce and difficult struggles you conduct in your countries. You must know that every mobilization and struggle you conduct, gives us new impetus and courage to continue more decisively our struggle. The struggle of PAME composes an integral part of your struggle.

We are at a very crucial crossroad. The generalized and global nature of the capitalistic crisis, the developments in Greece and within all the countries of Europe require the slogan “Proletarians of the world unit”! “No subjugation, no indulgence in capitalism” to be heard louder than ever .

Being taught by our own experience and the current reality, we must reject the lies of the plutocracy and of their staffs that the crisis was created due to the workers’ rights or due to the bad management. The crisis is a crisis of capitalism and was created by the bleeding of the workforce, the immense profits of the big capital and their accumulation. Capitalism is a system which is rotten and outdated. It can not be corrected. As long as capitalism exists, it will always bring only unemployment, hunger, war, brutal exploitation and oppression to the working class and the popular strata.

The situation we are experiencing now in Greece is neither special case, nor an exception. We are facing a generalized attack that turns our lives and working conditions in the last century. It does not only concern the working class of Greece. This storm of antipopular measures is promoted unified everywhere by E.U., IMF, ECB, by liberal and social democratic governments, by their big coalitions, and by central-right or by central-left variants of them. Such governments serving the modern needs of the capital have usually the support of the nationalists and the greens.

Through the experience of the working class, of the popular strata the role of E.U. as a “wolf-alliance” and oppressor of the working class and the peoples is revealed. The myths that E.U. is supposedly “a union of solidarity and a sheltered harbour for the peoples” as the plutocracy and its supporters claim are demolished. The capitalist crisis in the eurozone will further deepen. E.U. will become more and more reactionary and the workers will live in conditions of huge poverty and degradation if they will not rise up. The fierce competitions between them, their divisions are not for the working popular interests. On the contrary, the governments in the framework of E.U. compete for the division of the plunder obtained through the smashing of the working popular rights. They have commonly the same agreed target: to make labour force (wages, salaries, health benefits, pensions etc.) even cheaper in order for the profits of the big capital to be further increased.

Life itself, experience itself clearly proves that in the framework of E.U., in the framework of the power of monopolies, there is no solution in favour of the people. The overthrow of the monopolies’ power is required. A solution in favour of the people can not exist without their overthrow!

Huge responsibilities for the aggravation of the life of the working class in Europe, for the situation we are experiencing today, have also the leaderships of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC), of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) who declare the class cooperation, support the line of competitiveness, the subjugation to the employers, who spread illusions and disorientate the workers’ struggle. The several mobilizations like these of indignants (movement of the squares) are not a solution, but they rather defuse the militant spirit of the people and are hostile to the class-oriented organization; these mobilizations try to encircle the indignation of the popular forces into a struggle without perspective.

Against the antilabour alliance of capital, the awakening of the working popular forces is imperative today; the immediate organization of their struggle in every workplace, every sector, every working popular neighbourhood is necessary; the coordination at a national and international level is needed in more elevated forms of struggle; the release of the working class from the supporters of capital is also imperative.

We addressed a call from the Acropolis to the working class of Europe that the peoples have the power and that they must become organized today and counterattack.

We strongly believe in the slogan “no gear turns without you – worker you can make it without the bosses”. This is the slogan that gives strength and courage to the workers of the Greek Steel Industry who are on strike for more than one month. This slogan applies for every country. We call you to coordinate our steps.

The response of the working class today can not be limited only to defensive struggles. Organization, popular counterattack, struggle that overthrows the power of monopolies is necessary. We escalate our struggle for the release from E.U., for unilateral cancellation of the debt, for the socialization of the centralized means of production and the people at the helm of power.

We are positive that the really huge class-oriented struggles, that the most beautiful days are yet to come!

PAME, the class-oriented workers´ movement of Greece, which has organised and carried through more than 20 general strikes in the last few months, salutes the striking workers of England, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland. We send out our class solidarity to your strike on the 30th of November.

The assault on your pensions and rights is not an exceptional case. Just like the policies against the workers implemented in Greece are not to cover the deficit and the national debt, and the cuts in wages and pensions, the thousands of dismissals and the abolition of workers´ rights being driven through across Europe do not have as an aim the peoples´ prosperity. The capitalist crisis, the debt, were not created by the workers, nor is the result of “maladministration” but by the accumulated profits of big capital.

Across Europe, across the capitalist world, government-big capital-EU-IMF-ECB-sold-out trade union leaderships, with the pretext of the crisis, demand from the workers to sacrifice their rights and wages to secure the capitalists´ profits. The capitalist way of development, the capitalist system of exploitation is rotten and outdated, and only the overthrow of capitalist barbarity is the way out for the working class and the other impoverished social strata.

NO SACRIFICES – LET THE CAPITALISTS PAY FOR THE CRISIS

This aim serve in common Social-democratic and Liberal Parties and their governments, their grand coalitions and also their variations: the centre-left and centre-right governments. In Greece, in order to bend the will of the people who fight, they set their differences aside and all together, social-democrats, liberals and nationalists concocted a coalition government with the support of the EU and the IMF to crush the Greek people. In accordance in Britain, the Labour Party when they were in power, were implementing the same policies that the Conservatives continue today, while the trade unions of compromise like UNISON, facing the assault against the workers, call on mobilisations without prospects of escalation, they do not prepare the workers for a hard and long-term struggle. On the contrary, they nourish the view that the assault will cease if Labour come back to power. These forces, these rationales must be isolated from the workers.

THE WORKERS PRODUCE ALL WEALTH

THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MUST REAP IT.

The public service workers in Greece are fighting against the status of dismissals through the so-called “work reserve” which the government drives forward, and on the private sector, the workers must fight for permanent and full-time work with full rights: a 7-hour day, a 5-day 35-hour week, with a ban on dismissals, with an exclusively public and free Health Service and Education without any private business inteference and protection for the unemployed.

This struggle passes through the organising of the workers en-masse, in fighting, class-oriented, trade unions. Trade unions which won´t be negotiating how much the workers will lose on the tables of social discourse, but will be demanding the satisfaction of their current needs by organising the workers´ struggle in the workplace in conflict with management and their terrorism. In this struggle, the leaderships of UNISON-ETUC etc have no place.

In this direction, PAME, the working class of Greece move on to a new general strike, the 22nd since December 2009, of all workers on the public and the private sectors together, on Thursday the 1st of December.

Our struggle is your struggle.

We express the solidarity of the workers of Greece of the class-oriented movement to the workers of Hellenic Steelworks who continue their great striking struggle for a whole month non-stop.

We are strengthening our struggle aiming disengaging from the EU with power to the workers and unilateral write-off of the national debt.

We continue, we escalate our struggle!

GREAT SUCCESS OF THE STRIKE OF DECEMBER 1st

IMPORTANT STEP FORWARD FOR THE ESCALATION OF WORKERS´ STRUGGLE

The Executive Secretariat of PAME salutes the thousands of workers, who fought for the success of the strike and the demonstrations of PAME all over Greece, in every sector, every factory and every workplace.

The demonstrations of PAME were massive. In Athens, Thesaloniki, Peiraius, in the area of Thriasio were the demonstration was in front of the “HELLINIKI HALIVOURGIA”-GREEK STEELWORKS- were the workers continue their strike for 32nd day and in many other cities all over Greece.

In contrast, the gatherings of the governental and employers´ trade unionism, who tried to undermine and break the strike. Workers, once again, turned their backs on them.

Thousands of workers trusted PAME, the class trade unions. They struggle alongside PAME, for a united front of resistance in every workplace and neighborhood, against the war of the capitalists, the governent and EU.

We continue and escalate our struggle with new demonstrations and initiatives.

Προς την εργατική τάξη των χωρών της Ευρώπης,

Συνάδελφοι εργάτες, εργαζόμενοι της Ευρώπης

Εκφράζουμε την αλληλεγγύη μας στον σκληρό και δύσκολο ταξικό αγώνα που διεξάγετε στις χώρες σας. Να ξέρετε ότι κάθε κινητοποίηση και αγώνας σας μας δίνει νέα ώθηση και κουράγιο ώστε πιο αποφασιστικά να συνεχίσουμε την πάλη μας. O αγώνας του ΠΑΜΕ αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι και του δικού σας αγώνα. 

Βρισκόμαστε σε ένα κρίσιμο σταυροδρόμι. Ο γενικευμένος και παγκόσμιος χαρακτήρας της καπιταλιστικής κρίσης, οι εξελίξεις στην Ελλάδα όπως και σε όλες τις χώρες της Ευρώπης επιβάλλουν να ακουστεί πιο δυνατά από ποτέ το σύνθημα «προλετάριοι όλων των χωρών ενωθείτε»! Καμιά υποταγή, κανένα συγχωροχάρτι στον καπιταλισμό!

Διδαγμένοι από την πείρα μας και την σημερινή πραγματικότητα να απορρίψουμε τα ψέματα της πλουτοκρατίας και των επιτελείων της ότι την κρίση, την έφεραν τα δικαιώματα των εργατών ή η κακή διαχείριση. Η κρίση είναι κρίση του καπιταλισμού και τη δημιούργησαν το ξεζούμισμα της εργατικής δύναμης, τα αμύθητα κέρδη του μεγάλου κεφαλαίου και η συσσώρευση τους. Ο καπιταλισμός είναι ένα σύστημα σάπιο και ξεπερασμένο. Δε διορθώνεται. Όσο θα υπάρχει θα φέρνει διαρκώς στην εργατική τάξη, στα λαϊκά στρώματα μόνο ανεργία, πείνα, πόλεμο, στυγνή εκμετάλλευση και καταπίεση.

Αυτό που ζούμε στην Ελλάδα δεν αποτελεί ιδιαιτερότητα ούτε εξαίρεση. Αντιμετωπίζουμε γενικευμένη επίθεση που γυρνάει τη ζωή μας και τις συνθήκες δουλειάς στον περασμένο αιώνα. Δεν αφορά μόνο την εργατική τάξη της Ελλάδας. Αυτή η θύελλα των αντιλαϊκών μέτρων προωθείται ενιαία και παντού από ΕΕ, ΔΝΤ, ΕΚΤ, από  φιλελεύθερες κι από σοσιαλδημοκρατικές κυβερνήσεις, από τους μεγάλους συνασπισμούς τους όπως και από κεντροδεξιές ή κεντροαριστερές παραλλαγές τους. Τέτοιες κυβερνήσεις που υπηρετούν τις σύγχρονες ανάγκες του κεφαλαίου, κατά περίπτωση έχουν τη στήριξη των εθνικιστών, αλλά και των πρασίνων.

Μέσα από την πείρα της εργατικής τάξης, των λαϊκών στρωμάτων αποκαλύπτεται ο ρόλος της ΕΕ ως μια λυκοσυμμαχία και δυνάστης της εργατικής τάξης, των λαών. Καταρρίπτονται οι μύθοι ότι αυτοί είναι δήθεν «ένωση της αλληλεγγύης και απάνεμο λιμάνι για τους λαούς» όπως ισχυριζόταν η πλουτοκρατία και τα στηρίγματα της. Η καπιταλιστική κρίση στην ευρωζώνη θα βαθύνει ακόμη περισσότερο. Η ΕΕ θα γίνεται όλο και πιο αντιδραστική και οι εργαζόμενοι θα ζήσουν συνθήκες μεγάλης φτώχειας κι εξαθλίωσης αν δεν ξεσηκωθούν. Οι σκληροί ανταγωνισμοί μεταξύ τους, οι διαιρέσεις τους δεν γίνονται για τα εργατικά λαϊκά συμφέροντα. Το αντίθετο, οι κυβερνήσεις στο πλαίσιο της ΕΕ ανταγωνίζονται για το μοίρασμα της λείας που προκύπτει από το τσάκισμα των εργατικών λαϊκών δικαιωμάτων. Έχουν από κοινού τον ίδιο συμφωνημένο στόχο: να φτηνύνει κι άλλο ο εργάτης για να αυξηθούν κι άλλο τα κέρδη του μεγάλου κεφαλαίου.

Η ίδια η ζωή, η ίδια η πείρα αποδεικνύει περίτρανα ότι στο πλαίσιο της ΕΕ, της εξουσίας των μονοπωλίων, δεν υπάρχει φιλολαϊκή λύση. Απαιτείται η ανατροπή της εξουσίας των μονοπωλίων. Χωρίς την ανατροπή τους φιλολαϊκή λύση δεν μπορεί να υπάρξει!

Για την επιδείνωση της ζωής της εργατικής τάξης στην Ευρώπη, για αυτή την κατάσταση, μεγάλες ευθύνες έχουν και οι συμβιβασμένες ηγεσίες της Διεθνούς (ITUC) όπως και της Ευρωπαϊκής Συνομοσπονδίας Συνδικάτων  (ΕΤUC) που διακηρύσσουν την ταξική συνεργασία, που στηρίζουν τη γραμμή της ανταγωνιστικότητας, την υποταγή στην εργοδοσία, σκορπούν αυταπάτες κι αποπροσανατολίζουν την πάλη των εργατών. Δεν αποτελούν λύση επίσης αλλά εκτονώνουν αγωνιστικές διαθέσεις κι εχθρεύονται την ταξική οργάνωση οι διάφορες κινητοποιήσεις τύπου αγανακτισμένων («occupy») χρησιμοποιώντας την αγανάκτηση λαϊκών δυνάμεων επιχειρώντας να την εγκλωβίσουν σε μια πάλη χωρίς προοπτική .

Είναι άμεση ανάγκη σήμερα απέναντι στην αντεργατική συμμαχία του κεφαλαίου η αφύπνιση των εργατικών λαϊκών δυνάμεων, η άμεση οργάνωση της πάλης τους σε κάθε τόπο δουλειάς, σε κάθε κλάδο, σε κάθε εργατική λαϊκή συνοικία, ο συντονισμός σε εθνικό και πανευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο με πιο ανεβασμένες μορφές πάλης και η αποτίναξη από το σβέρκο της εργατικής τάξης των υποστηρικτών του κεφαλαίου.

Από την Ακρόπολη απευθύναμε κάλεσμα στην εργατική τάξη στην Ευρώπη ότι οι λαοί έχουν την δύναμη και απαιτείται σήμερα να οργανωθούν και να αντεπιτεθούν.

Πιστεύουμε ακλόνητα στο σύνθημα «χωρίς εσένα γρανάζι δεν γυρνά – εργάτη μπορείς χωρίς αφεντικά». Είναι  το σύνθημα που δίνει δύναμη και κουράγιο στους απεργούς της Ελληνικής Χαλυβουργίας ώστε να απεργούν για πάνω από ένα μήνα. Το σύνθημα αυτό ταιριάζει σε κάθε χώρα. Σας καλούμε να συντονίσουμε τα βήματά μας.

Σήμερα η απάντηση της εργατικής τάξης δεν μπορεί να περιορίζεται μόνο σε αμυντικούς αγώνες. Απαιτείται οργάνωση, λαϊκή αντεπίθεση, αγώνας που να φτάνει μέχρι την ανατροπή της εξουσίας των μονοπωλίων. Με αυτό το στίχο κλιμακώνουμε τον αγώνα μας για αποδέσμευση από την ΕΕ, μονομερή διαγραφή του χρέους, κοινωνικοποίηση των συγκεντρωμένων μέσων παραγωγής και το λαό στο τιμόνι της εξουσίας.

Είμαστε βέβαιοι ότι τους πραγματικά μεγάλους ταξικούς αγώνες, τις πιο όμορφες μέρες δεν τις έχουμε ζήσει ακόμα!

20 Δεκέμβρη :Να διεκδικήσουμε μέτρα στήριξης των ανέργων και των οικογενειών τους.

Συνεχίζουμε, κλιμακώνουμε τον αγώνα,  με συλλαλητήρια  στις 20 Δεκέμβρη για τους ανέργους σε κάθε πόλη.

 Η πάλη για προστασία των ανέργων πρέπει ν´ αποτελέσει ένα από τα κεντρικά ζητήματα για τα ταξικά συνδικάτα. Δεν αφορά μόνο τους ανέργους. Είναι ζήτημα συνολικά των εργαζομένων καθώς η επίθεση που δέχονται σε εργασιακά και ασφαλιστικά δικαιώματα, στο οικογενειακό τους εισόδημα με τις καθημερινές αυξήσεις, με τα χαράτσια και τους φόρους, με τη μείωση των ήδη ανεπαρκών κρατικών δαπανών στην Παιδεία και την Υγεία, κάνουν όλο και πιο δύσκολη την επιβίωση της οικογένειάς τους.

Γι´ αυτό ο αγώνας εργαζομένων και ανέργων πρέπει να είναι ενιαίος και κοινός. Γι´ αυτό η συσπείρωση στο ΠΑΜΕ, στα Σωματεία, στις λαϊκές επιτροπές στις γειτονιές είναι απαραίτητη.

Αρχίζουμε από σήμερα την προετοιμασία των συλλαλητηρίων.

Κάθε κλάδος, κάθε Σωματείο, οι λαϊκές επιτροπές σε κάθε γειτονιά να βρεθούμε δίπλα στους ανέργους. Όλοι μαζί, μια γροθιά.

Να διεκδικήσουμε μέτρα στήριξης των ανέργων και των οικογενειών τους.
