Συναδέλφισσες και συνάδελφοι της CoBas,

Είμαστε συμπαραστάτες στον αγώνα σας για μόνιμη και σταθερή δουλειά, για ζωή με αξιοπρέπεια. Στην πρόσφατη συνάντηση μαζί σας πληροφορηθήκαμε την κατάσταση που αντιμετωπίζετε στην Ισπανία. Αντίστοιχη είναι η κατάσταση και στην Ελλάδα.

Τα μονοπώλια, οι πολυεθνικές και η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση θέλουν να ισοπεδώσουν τα δικαιώματα των εργαζομένων, μέσα από ελαστικές μορφές εργασίας, επινοικιάζοντας εργαζομένους από εργολάβους, χτυπώντας τις συλλογικές συμβάσεις σε κάθε χώρα. Και εδώ στην Ελλάδα στον κλάδο των τηλεπικοινωνιών δίνουμε αγώνα για μόνιμη και σταθερή δουλειά με μισθούς και δικαιώματα που να καλύπτουν τις σύγχρονες ανάγκες μας. Σε αυτόν τον αγώνα δεχόμαστε την επίθεση της εργοδοσίας με απολύσεις αγωνιστών και τρομοκρατικές τακτικές. Δεν το βάζουμε κάτω!

 Με οργάνωση και ταξικό αγώνα θα τα καταφέρουμε.

PROFITS STAINED WITH THE WORKERS’ BLOOD

March 21st is dedicated to the struggle against racism and racial discrimination. It is a day stained with the blood of more than 70 students who were murdered, on that day in 1966, by the police of the racist state of South Africa, because they demonstrated against apartheid.

All Workers Militant Front (PAME) on the occasion of the “International Day against Racism and Racial Discrimination” addresses to all workers Greek and Immigrants. The crisis does not discriminate. The capital does not discriminate; it wants to secure and multiply its profits. Therefore there is only one path: Organization in the trade unions at the workplaces, in students Unions at schools, in Peoples’ Committees at the neighborhoods. Supporting the workers’ movement, seeking solidarity by the workers’ movement and developing common struggles.

Together to respond to fascism that breeds and inflames racism, terrorizes and tramples on human rights and targets immigrants because it hates the workers and their movement.

We must demand:

  • Isolation of the racist and fascist organizations. A workers’ movement that will be a shield against racism and fascism. Measures against the illegal organizations that exploit immigrants.

  • Humane, decent, open and public temporary reception and accommodation facilities for immigrants – refugees, to replace the detention centers. Special care from state organizations for unaccompanied juveniles, pregnant women, mothers and children, victims of human trafficking, refugees and people who apply for asylum.

  • Travel documents for those who want to go to another member-state of the EU, against the Schengen Treaty and the Dublin Regulations I and III.

  • Asylum or temporary humanitarian status to refugees and those who come from countries of imperialist occupation or civil wars, through fast and reliable procedures.

  • Legalization of immigrants who have created biotic links in Greece, with full working, social and democratic rights. Simplification of the procedures for granting and renewal of residence and work permits, abolition of any financial burden and bureaucracy. Facilitate family reunification procedures.

  • Equal access to public and free healthcare, welfare, regardless of legalization documents.

  • Equal rights to immigrant children, theirregistration in special municipal rolls, automatic acquisition of Greek citizenship in their adulthood, if they want.

  • Unified, exclusively public-free schools for all the children that will ensure unobstructed education for the children of immigrants. Special care for the teaching of their mother tongue and the history of their country of origin.

  • Multilingual public support centers for immigrants that will contribute to free learning of the Greek language.

  • Equal work, social security and social rights for all immigrants and ability to transfer their social security and pension rights to and from the countries of origin by signing interstate agreements.

Solidarity to the Central Nacional de Trabajadores de Panamá, And to Sindicato de Trabajadores de Cables and Wireless Panamá

PAME (All Workers Militant Front) that represents the class trade union movement of Greece, expresses its support and solidarity to the  Central Nacional de Trabajadores de Panamá,  and to Sindicato de Trabajadores de Cables and Wireless Panamá, who are fighting against the change of working relations, against outsourcing.

The privatization of Telecommunication in Europe lead the workers to wage cuts and young workers working though outsourcing, without collective contracts, with wages even 40% less. At the same time the privatisation of Telecommunications lead to worse services for the people and high prices.

PAME expresses its solidarity to your struggle and supports the demands for collective contracts for all workers, for the abolishment of the new slavery of outsourcing.

Protesta de federaciones Laborales por la protección del Seguro Social

Las federaciones de pensionistas, de la construcción, de las industrias papeleras, de las industrias farmaceuticas realizaron una protesta al Ministerio del Seguro Social e una reunión con el ViceMinistro del Seguro Social del gobierno de SYRIZA.

La delegación de las federaciones expresaron su oposición a la política del gobierno que quiere utilizar el dinero de los Fondos del Seguridad Social. El Viceministro afirmó que con la nueva legislación el uso de los Fondos del Seguro será voluntario por sus administraciones.

 También la delegación exige al viceministro que todo el dinero que se adopten deben ser tomadas por los empleadores, el estado y no por los trabajadores, sobre todo cuando los armadores – capitalistas no pagan los impuestos y los empleadores son los que ilegalmente no pagan la seguridad social para los trabajadores.

Protest of workers’ Federations for the protection of Social Security

After a protest of 4 Federations for the Social Security funds, took place a meeting of the Federations with the Deputy Minister of Healthcare and Social Security of the SYRIZA Government.

The Federations’ delegation expressed their opposition to the policy of the Government that aims to use the money from the Social Security Funds. The Deputy Minister stated that with the new legislation the use of the Social Security Funds will be voluntary for Funds’ administrations.

The Federations expressed their opposition demanding that any money to be taken should be taken by the employers and the state not by the workers, especially when the shipowners-capitalists do not pay any taxes and the employers are those who illegally do not pay for the workers social security.

The class trade union movement stated that will stay on guard to protect the social security funds

The theater group of PAME, which was created 6 years ago, continues with the same love and more experience the theatre by workers for workers

Workers, unemployed, students, immigrants are all parts of this team, which continues to work decisively and with a lot of care.

Culture supports the actions of the class movement. It is useful in many ways to the daily struggles against the exploitative system, against misery and defeatism, against cultural degradation.

The struggle for strong trade unions in the sectors and the workplaces, the struggle for the reconstruction of the workers’ movement is in need of culture.

This year’s premiere will be dedicated to the 16 years of struggle of PAME, which was founded on April 1999 through the body of the working class

The plays can contribute to the campaign for the financial support of PAME that is necessary for the many more duties of the class trade union movement

The premiere will take place  On Sunday, April 5, 19:00

ΔΕ ΠΑΕΙ ΑΛΛΟ Η ΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΤΟΥ Γ.Ν.ΔΡΑΜΑΣ ! ΩΣ ΕΔΩ! ΤΕΡΜΑ ΣΤΟ “ΞΕΖΟΥΜΙΣΜΑ” ΓΙΑΤΡΩΝ-ΕΡΓΑΖΟΜΕΝΩΝ !

ΤΕΡΜΑ ΣΤΗΝ ΥΠΟΒΑΘΜΙΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΩΝ ΥΓΕΙΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΑ ΛΑΪΚΑ ΣΤΡΩΜΑΤΑ!

 

Κόκκινο έχει χτυπήσει η κατάσταση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Δράμας!

 

Κλινικές που υπολειτουργούν – απλήρωτες εφημερίες – βασικές ειδικότητες  που δεν εφημερεύουν καθημερινά -εργαζόμενοι στα όρια της κατάρρευσης – εργαζόμενοι που “τρέχουν σαν τον Βέγγο” για να βγει η δουλειά, κλειστό τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, ελλείψεις σε βασικά φάρμακα – αναλώσιμα, ελλείψεις ακόμη και σε …σεντόνια!(αφού δεν υπάρχει επαρκές προσωπικό να τα πλύνει και να τα σιδερώσει..), αυτή είναι η εικόνα του Νοσοκομείου της πόλης μας!

Η κατάσταση δεν μπορεί να συνεχιστεί! Ήδη υπάρχει κίνδυνος, μέσα στον Μάρτιο, να μην μπορούν να εφημερεύσουν με ασφάλεια βασικές κλινικές του Νοσοκομείου μας, με ό,τι αυτό συνεπάγεται για την υγεία των λαϊκών  στρωμάτων του Νομού μας. Οι εφημερίες των γιατρών είναι απλήρωτες από το Δεκέμβριο.

Η κατάσταση δεν είναι σημερινή! Είναι το αποτέλεσμα των πολιτικών που εφαρμόσθηκαν τα προηγούμενα χρόνια στη Δημόσιο Σύστημα Υγείας. Είναι το αποτέλεσμα της πολιτικής της Ε.Ε, που θέλει πάσει θυσία να περάσει το φιλέτο της Υγείας στον ιδιωτικό τομέα. Την ίδια κατεύθυνση ακολουθεί και η σημερινή κυβέρνηση. Ο  προϋπολογισμός του Νοσοκομείου Δράμας είναι κατά 20% μειωμένος σε σχέση με αυτόν του 2014, ο οποίος κάλυψε τις ανάγκες του Νοσοκομείου μέχρι τον Οκτώβριο.

Σύμφωνα με τον τελευταίο οργανισμό λειτουργίας του Νοσοκομείου, σήμερα είναι κενές πάνω από 20  θέσεις  ειδικευομένων, πάνω από  35 θέσεις ειδικευμένων γιατρών είναι ακάλυπτες, κλινικές και τμήματα λειτουργούν με νοσηλευτές στο όριο ασφαλείας ενώ ελλείψεις υπάρχουν σε τεχνικό – διοικητικό προσωπικό!

Το 2015 στο Νοσοκομείο, για το οποίο έχουν  πληρώσει οι εργαζόμενοι – τα λαḯκαστρώματα, δεν υπάρχει ούτε ένας νευρολόγος, γαστρεντερολόγος, δερματολόγος, ρευματολόγος ενώ μια σειρά κλινικών λειτουργούν με έναν(!) Ειδικευμένο γιατρό ( ΩΡΛ,Οφθαλμολογικό), ενώ το Μικροβιολογικό και το Ακτινολογικό λειτουργούν ακόμη χάρη στην αυτοθυσία των εργαζομένων! Την ίδια στιγμή έχουν δημιουργηθεί δεκάδες κενά στις εφημερίες των τμημάτων, εξαιτίας και της μη πληρωμής των εφημεριών πέρα του πλαφόν.

 

ΛΥΣΗ ΕΔΩ ΚΑΙ ΤΩΡΑ! ΟΙ ΑΝΤΟΧΕΣ ΜΑΣ ΕΧΟΥΝ ΕΞΑΝΤΛΗΘΕΙ!

ΔΕ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΟΥΜΕ ΑΛΛΟ ΑΠΛΗΡΩΤΟΙ-ΔΕ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΟΥΜΕ ΠΑΝΩ ΑΠΟ ΤΙΣ ΑΝΤΟΧΕΣ ΜΑΣ!

Προσλήψεις μόνιμου, πλήρους και αποκλειστικής απασχόλησης, προσωπικού όλων των κλάδων, σύμφωνα με τις σύγχρονες  ανάγκες.

Να μονιμοποιηθούν όλοι οι επικουρικοί – συμβασιούχοι-χωρίς όρους και προϋποθέσεις.    

Μονιμοποίηση όλων των εργολαβικών (καθαρίστριες).

Αποκλειστικά δημόσιο και δωρεάν σύστημα Υγείας – Πρόνοιας με πλήρη χρηματοδότηση από προϋπολογισμό και τους εργοδότες.

Ο προϋπολογισμός να καλύπτει τη λειτουργία του νοσοκομείου με βάση τις σύγχρονες ανάγκες.

Να καταργηθεί κάθε μορφή επιχειρηματικής δράση στον τομέα της Υγείας.

Άμεσος στόχος 6ωρο, 5θήμερο, 30ωρο, σταθερός, ημερήσιος χρόνος εργασίας.        

Το πολύ μία νύχτα την εβδομάδα για τους νοσηλευτές- 6 εφημερίες για ειδικούς και ειδικευόμενους γιατρούς. Άμεσα να δοθούν τα ρεπό που οφείλονται στους εργαζόμενους.

Μέτρα προστασίας της υγείας και ασφάλειας των εργαζομένων.             

Κρατικό σώμα γιατρών εργασίας, τεχνικών ασφάλειας και νοσηλευτών επαγγελματικής υγείας.
