Συνάδελφοι από το σωματείο των Ιδιωτικών Υπαλλήλων της Αθήνας μας έστειλαν το παρακάτω παιχνίδι-flash, διακωμωδώντας τη μετακίνηση επίπλων και πραγμάτων στο Υπουργείο Εργασίας. Παίξε βρίσκοντας τις διαφορές στις φωτογραφίες δεξιά ..για να πάρεις το βραβείο σου. Αν χάσεις ξαναπροσπάθησε..

Διαδηλώνουμε ενάντια στην καταστολή και την ποινικοποίηση της συνδικαλιστικής δράσης
Το ΠΑΜΕ καλεί τους εργαζόμενους, τα συνδικάτα, τη νεολαία την Τρίτη 12 Φλεβάρη στις 8.30 το πρωί, να πάρουν μαζικά μέρος στη συγκέντρωση στο Πεδίον του Άρεως και στην πορεία που θα ακολουθήσει προς τα δικαστήρια Ευελπιδων, για να καταγγείλουμε και να καταδικάσουμε την κυβερνητική καταστολή και την προβοκάτσια που στήθηκε σε βάρος των 35 συνδικαλιστών και στελεχών του ΠΑΜΕ, με αφορμή την παρέμβαση τους στο υπουργείο Εργασίας.
Να δείξουμε εμείς μηδενική ανοχή στους σχεδιασμούς της μεγαλοεργοδοσίας και των μεγάλων επιχειρηματικών ομίλων που μας θέλουν σύγχρονους σκλάβους χωρίς δικαιώματα, επιβάλλοντας την εξαθλίωση με ποινικοποίηση των αγώνων, τρομοκρατία, συκοφαντία, καταστολή. Αυτό είναι το δόγμα «νόμος και τάξη» της κυβέρνησης.
Καλούμε τα σωματεία και τους εργαζόμενους να δηλώσουν έμπρακτα την αλληλεγγύη και συμπαράστασή τους, στους διωκόμενους συνδικαλιστές, να καταδικάσουν την κυβερνητική καταστολή και τον αυταρχισμό με μαζική συμμετοχή στην απεργία στις 20 Φλεβάρη. Να πάρουν μέτρα για την καλύτερη οργάνωση και προετοιμασία της.
Ο δρόμος της ταξικής ενότητας και οι μεγάλοι λαϊκοί αγώνες μπορούν να αναχαιτίσουν μέτρα, να σπάσουν την τρομοκρατία της κυβέρνησης των μονοπωλίων.
Νόμος είναι το δίκιο του εργάτη, το δίκιο του λαού!

The antilabour legislation under which the workers unless they return to work, they will be arrested (the law of civil mobilization), must be canceled in practice!
The Executive Secretariat of PAME calls upon the trade union organizations, the workers, to condemn the new authoritarian law against the seamen and decisively express their solidarity.
Today it is the seamen, yesterday was the workers in the Metro, and tomorrow will be the workers of every sector that resists to the overall attack, to the war declared by the industrialists, shipowners and the large monopoly groups against the workers, the vast majority of the people.
No one should be left alone. A wall of solidarity must be erected!
The imposition of the capital legislation with the brutal repression, terrorism, the belief of “law and order”, will not pass!
It is not the first time that the government implements the law of civil mobilization against the seamen.

June 2002, the law of civil mobilization was imposed by the socialdemocratic government.

February 2006, this law was imposed against the seamen by the neoliberal government.

November 2012, it was implemented by the socialdemocratic government.

February 2013, the authoritarian law against the seamen is imposed by the three-party government (neoliberals and socialdemocrats).
The 31 strikes carried out by the seamen although it had been imposed the law of civil mobilization, prove the inexhaustible and steely strength of the workers, who can crush the strike-breaking mechanisms, repression and the “justice” of the bourgeoisie if they will believe in their strength.
The workers, the people’s strata who suffer from this policy, the islanders who know very well what do the profits of the ship-owners mean for their life, they all have only one duty. To erect a solidarity wall with the struggle of the seamen.
The seamen continue their strike.

¡ No a la legislación antilaboral con la que si los trabajadores no regresan al trabajo serán detenidos!
El Secretariado Ejecutivo de PAME llama a las organizaciones sindicales y a los trabajadores no solo a rechazar y denunciar la legislación antilaboral sino a expresar decisivamente su solidaridad con los marineros.
Hoy son los marineros, ayer fueron los trabajadores de Metro, mañana será el turno de cada sector que se resista al ataque frontal, a la guerra que han convocado los empresarios, los industriales y los grandes grupos empresariales en contra de los trabajadores y del pueblo.
! Que nadie se quede solo ! ¡ Que se levante un frente de solidaridad !
La aplicación de las leyes del capital con la represión brutal y terrorista, con ¨el orden y la ley, no pasará. Ninguna hélice no girará.
No es la primera vez que el gobierno utiliza esta legislación antilaboral contra a los marineros.

Los marineros han realizado 31 Huelgas bajo la legislación antilaboral, huelgas que muestran que cuando los trabajadores tienen confianza en su poder pueden romper la represión .
Los trabajadores, las capas populares que sufren de esta política, los habitantes de las islas que conocen muy bien que significa el capital empresarial, tienen solamente un deber. Levantar un frente de solidaridad con la lucha de los marineros.

Η επιστράτευση, να ακυρωθεί στην πράξη!
Η Εκτελεστική Γραμματεία του ΠΑΜΕ καλεί τις συνδικαλιστικές οργανώσεις, τους εργαζόμενους, όλα τα λαϊκά στρώματα να καταδικάσουν την νέα επίταξη στους ναυτεργάτες, να εκφράσουν αποφασιστικά την αλληλεγγύη τους. Σήμερα είναι οι ναυτεργάτες, χθες ήταν οι εργαζόμενοι στο ΜΕΤΡΟ, αύριο θα είναι η σειρά του κάθε κλάδου που θα αντιστέκεται στην ολομέτωπη επίθεση, στον πόλεμο που έχουν κυρήξει οι βιομήχανοι, οι εφοπλιστές και οι μεγάλοι επιχειρηματικοί όμιλοι απέναντι στους εργαζόμενους, στη μεγάλη πλειοψηφία του λαού.
Κανείς να μη μείνει μόνος του. Να υψωθεί τείχος αλληλεγγύης!
Στους καταπέλτες να σπάσει η άγρια καταστολή του μαύρου μετώπου των εφοπλιστών και των μεγαλοξενοδόχων, της τρικομματικής κυβέρνησης ΝΔ-ΠΑΣΟΚ-ΔΗΜΑΡ.
Η επιβολή των νόμων του κεφαλαίου με την άγρια καταστολή, την τρομοκρατία, με το δόγμα “νόμος και τάξη”, δε θα περάσει! «Νόμος και τάξη» σημαίνει από τη μία καταστολή, συκοφάντηση, τρομοκρατία, μισθοί των 300ευρώ, ανεργία και προγράμματα φτώχειας για ένα κομμάτι ψωμί και από την άλλη σιωπή, φόβος και σκυμμένα κεφάλια σε κάθε χώρο δουλειάς.
Να μη γυρίσει προπέλα!
Η κυβέρνηση να πάρει δυναμική απάντηση στο καθεστώς τρομοκρατίας που θέλει να επιβάλει. Οι 31 απεργίες που πραγματοποίησαν οι ναυτεργάτες όντας επιστρατευμένοι αποδεικνύουν την αστείρευτη και ατσάλινη δύναμη των εργατών που όταν πιστέψουν στη δύναμη τους μπορούν να σμπαραλιάσουν απεργοσπαστικούς μηχανισμούς, καταστολή και ταξική δικαιοσύνη.
Οι άνθρωποι του μόχθου, τα λαϊκά στρώματα που υποφέρουν από αυτήν την πολιτική, οι κάτοικοι των νησιών που γνωρίζουν από πρώτο χέρι τι σημαίνει αδίστακτο εφοπλιστικό κεφάλαιο, μόνο ένα καθήκον έχουν. Να υψώσουν τείχος αλληλεγγύης στον αγώνα των ναυτεργατών.
Το ΠΑΜΕ καλεί σε μαζική συμμετοχή στην αυριανή παναττική απεργία αλληλεγγύης και στήριξης του αγώνα των ναυτεργατών, στις 9.30πμ στον σταθμό του ΗΣΑΠ στον Πειραιά.
Ο αποφασισμένος και οργανωμένος λαός, έχει τη δύναμη να παρεμποδίσει και να ανατρέψει κάθε αντιλαϊκό μέτρο, να τσακίσει κάθε κατασταλτικό μηχανισμό των εκμεταλλευτών του.
Ο νόμος και η τάξη των εκμεταλλευτών θα τσακιστεί στο δίκιο των εργατών!

¡Que nadie trabaje sin Contratos Colectivos!

Salario mínimo garantizado por negociaciones colectivas y no por ley.
La batalla del contrato colectivo concierne todos los trabajadores.
Tanto en el sector público como en el privado, los industriales, los grupos monopolistas, los banqueros, los armadores nos quieren esclavos, sin sueldo fijo, sin seguridad social, quieren aislarnos, cada uno por su cuenta propia para hacernos pedazos.Quieren esclavizarnos y encadenarnos, convertir los lugares de trabajo en calabozos modernos.
¡Quieren que trabajemos todos por 300 y 400 euros!
AQUÍ Y AHORA, FIRMAR EL CONVENIO COLECTIVO NACIONAL
Pedimos restablecimiento del salario fijo mínimo a los 751 euros en el Convenio Colectivo Nacional, que servirá de base para negociarsobre los aumentos, para defender los convenios colectivos ramales y luchar para firmar nuevos contratos según los salarios previstos en los convenios colectivos ramales.
Que el pueblo responda.
Que no pase la disensiónentre los trabajadores
El desarrollo que están soñando está manchado con la sangre de la masacre de nuestros derechos y la indigencia del pueblo. La anulación de los contratos colectivos, de los subsidios, de los bonos y de las vacaciones, los recortes en salarios y pensiones, los despidos, los programas de empleo para los jóvenes y los desempleados que resultan en empleo sin remuneración, son planes atados y desatados al servicio de la gran patronal y los grupos empresariales a fin de incrementar su rentabilidad.
Quieren que trabajemos por salarios de hambre, de sol a sol, sin derecho ninguno, mendigos contemporáneos buscando, a través de programas de la Oficina de Desempleo, a tomarse un respiro de dos o tres meses. Este es el desarrollo que quieren, con los trabajadores indigentes y encadenados, con alto desempleo para amenazar y chantajear con el despido a todos a los que exprimen.
Ésta es la doctrina de ¨Ley y orden¨ del gobierno y de los capitalistas. Por un lado esto se traduce en trabajo sin derechos y salarios de hambre y por otro en silencio sepulcralen los lugares de trabajo, en todos los sectores. ¡NO PASARA!
¡Ley es el derecho del trabajador, el derecho del pueblo!
No aguantamos seguir pagando. No tenemos.
Digamos no a las tasas. No a los impuestos.
La avalancha de impuestos, las seguidas tasas, la eliminación en las prestaciones de salud y de la educación, nos hacen sufrir.
Que nadie se quede solo.
Los sindicatos, los comités populares en cada barrio pueden y deben levantar más alto la bandera de la solidaridad. Que no consideremos como remedio para la indigencia, la caridad de los ONG´s, los programas de reciclaje de la pobreza y de repartición del desempleo. ¡No merecemos tal vida!Pedimos protección sustancial para los desempleados y sus familias con expansión del subsidio de paro y de su duración, cancelación de sus deudas.
Somos la mayoría que sufre. Tenemos derecho de vivir con salarios dignos. Tenemos el poder de imponer nuestro derecho. Acabar con la podredumbre que convierte nuestro sudor en riqueza para los pocos.
Exigimos la eliminación de los contratos de préstamo y de los memorandos, que nuestro país salga de la Unión Europea, que se cancele la deuda.
Tenemos la fuerza. Con tal de que cojamostodos confianza
Metámonos en la lucha con más decisión.
En el contraataque y en las luchas de los trabajadores, de los autónomos, de los campesinos pobres, de la juventud, de las mujeres júntense ustedes también, que nunca han participado en huelgas hasta el momento, pero se desviven y se sienten presionados por las medidas. Ya llegó el momento para que den el paso hacia el enfrentamiento. El desagrado y la ira no bastan para hacer la rueda girar. Nada va cambiar si no demos el primer paso para organizarnos.Dejémonos de ilusiones de que supuestamente el capitalismo puede corregirse y humanizarse. Con mayor confianza en nuestra fuerza organicemos nuestra lucha en los lugares de trabajo.
Con nuestras luchas, nuestra unidad aislemos toda voz que está enfrente: los mecanismos estatales, la gente de la patronal, el sindicalismo gubernamental y patronal.
Hoy en día hace falta un movimiento de masas y dirigentes decididos para luchas duras en contra de la dictadura de los monopolios, quienes van a luchar para los intereses de los trabajadores, no serán “transportistas” del sistema en la alternancia de gobiernos, para la salvación del capitalismo. Que se levante un frente todo obrero y todo popular de resistencia y contra ataque en los lugares de trabajo y en los barios.

Every work place must be deserted! The country must paralyze
The struggle for the collective contracts concerns all workers.
Both in public and private sector the industrialists, the monopoly groups, the bankers, the ship-owners want us like slaves, without steady wage or insurance, they want us isolated, everybody for himself, so as to bend us. They want to enslave and enchain us; they want to make the workplaces into modern sweatshops.
They want all of our salaries down to 300€!
THE NATIONAL GENERAL COLLECTIVE CONTRACT
MUST BE SIGNED HERE AND NOW
Re-establishment of the minimum wage at 751€ in the National General Collective Agreement, as a basis for discussion and negotiation for raises. Protection of the sectoral collective contracts and struggle for signing new agreements based upon the sectoral wages as established in the sectoral collective contracts.
The working people must give their response.
The division of the workers must not pass.
The development that they dream of is stained with blood from the butchering of our rights, the misery of the people. The plan to abolish the collective agreements, the benefits, the right for holidays, the reductions in wages and pensions, the dismissals, the programs of providing young people and unemployed to work for free are serving the interests of the big employers and the large monopoly groups to increase their profits.
They want us to work with hunger-wages, from sunrise till sunset, without any rights, modern beggars searching at the programs of the OAED (Manpower Employment Organization) to work for only 2 or 3 months. This is the kind of development that they want, with the workers impoverished and enchained, with unemployment raising, used to threaten and blackmail with dismissals the workers that they already squeezed.
This is the “law and order” of the government and the capitalists. On the one hand it means work without rights and miserable wages and on the other hand absolute silence in the workplaces and the sectors. IT WILL NOT PASS!
Law is what is right for the worker, right for the people!
We cannot pay. We can not afford to.
We must say no to the head fines. No to taxes!
The storm of taxes, the continuous head fines, the abolition and reduction of benefits in Health and Education, bleeds us.
No one should be left alone.
The trade unions, the people’s committees in every neighbourhood can and must raise the banner of solidarity. The charities of the NGO’s, the programs of poverty recycling and of unemployment distribution must not pass as a painkiller for our misery. We do not deserve a life like this! Substantial protection for the unemployed and their families by extending the unemployment benefit and it’s time duration, freezing the debts of the unemployed.
We are the majority, who suffers. We have the right to live with decent wages. We have the power to impose our right!
We must put an end to this rotten situation, where sweat becomes profits and wealth for the few.
We demand the abolition of the loan treaties and the memorandums, the exit of our country from the “wolf-pack” of the European Union, the cancelation of the debt.
We have the power! We must enter the struggle more decisively!
You must join the struggle of the workers, the self-employed, the poor farmers, the youth, the women, you must counterattack. All of you who are oppressed and tortured by the measures, even if you have never gone on strike until now. It is the time for you to make the step to the conflict. Dissatisfaction and anger are not enough to turn the wheel. Nothing is going to change if we do not make the first step in organization. The illusions that capitalism can supposedly be corrected and become humane must disappear. With greater confidence in our abilities to organize our struggle within the workplaces.
With our struggles, with our unity, we must isolate every voice that is in the opposite side, the state mechanisms, and the people of the employers, the governmental and employers’ trade unionism.
Today a movement and leaders which are determined for hard struggles with the dictatorship of the monopolies are needed. A movement and leaders that will struggle for the workers’ interests and they will not be the tool of the system in the governments’ alternation to save capitalism. A front of resistance and counterattack must be erected within the workplaces and the neighbourhoods.

We must change the correlations that keep us enchained. We must organize the success of the strike in a planned way, through every day action and discussion in the factories and workplaces, in the trade unions, in the general meetings, in the neighbourhoods.

Ξεκινούν οι ραδιοφωνικές εκπομπές
Aπό την Τετάρτη και σε εβδομαδιαία βάση ξεκινούν οι ραδιοφωνικές εκπομπές με συνεντεύξεις, ανάδειξη των πρωτοβουλιών και των δραστηριοτήτων των σωματείων, συζητήσεις πάνω στις εξελίξεις και στην επικαιρότητα.
Υπενθυμίζουμε πως όλες αυτές οι πρωτοβουλίες στον τομέα της ενημέρωσης, γίνονται με μεράκι από νέους εργαζόμενους συμβάλλοντας στην προσπάθεια να φτάσει η φωνή των σωματείων και του ΠΑΜΕ σε κάθε σπίτι, να μην περάσει η συκοφαντία απέναντι στο ταξικό συνδικαλιστικό κίνημα, να φωτιστούν προβλήματα που οι εργαζόμενοι τα νιώθουν στο πετσί τους αλλά αυτά δεν αναδεικνύονται.
Η πρώτη εκπομπή έχει ως θέμα το Εθνικό σχέδιο δράσης για την απασχόληση που ανακοίνωσε πρόσφατα η κυβέρνηση και συζητάμε με εκπροσώπους από το ΜΑΣ, από συλλόγους κατάρτισης και εργαζόμενους που δουλεύουν στα 5μηνα προγράμματα κοινωφελούς εργασίας.
