Ενημερώνουμε τους εργαζόμενους και τη νεολαια ότι από το Γενάρη του 2014 το πρόγραμμα του web radio θα εμπλουτιστεί με τρεις νέες εκπομπές. Πιο συγκεκριμένα δεκαπενθήμερη εκπομπή στην οποία θα προβάλλεται η πλούσια διεθνής δραστηριότητα του ΠΑΜΕ καθώς και ενημέρωση για τις εξελιξεις στο παγκοσμιο συνδικαλιστικό κίνημα, θα αναλάβει η Γραμματεία Διεθνών Σχέσεων του ΠΑΜΕ.
Επίσης θα υπάρχει νέα δεκαπενθήμερη εκπομπή ενημέρωσης πάνω στα εργασιακά δικαιώματα και την εργατική νομοθεσία, με άξονα τον συνοπτικό εργασιακό οδηγό που κυκλοφόρησε πρόσφατα από το ΠΑΜΕ.
Τέλος, νέα εκπομπή θα έχει η Γραμματεία εκπαιδευτικών του ΠΑΜΕ.
Λογω εορτών το πρόγραμμα του web radio του ΠΑΜΕ από την Τρίτη 24 Δεκέμβρη έως και την Παρασκευή 3 Γενάρη, θα διαμορφωθεί ως εξής:

Los 35 sindicalistas del PAME, que fueron llevados a juicio el 20 de diciembre, fueron declarados inocentes. En el tribunal se refutaron completamente las acusaciones montadas en su contra por parte del gobierno, cuyo objetivo verdadero fue la criminalización de la actividad sindical y la intimidación de los trabajadores. A la hora del juicio, el edificio estaba lleno de trabajadores y sindicalistas reunidos para expresar su solidaridad.
Los cuadros del PAME fueron acusados por “perturbar la paz de los servicios públicos” en el marco de una movilización organizada por Federaciones y Sindicatos el 30 de enero de 2013 en el Ministerio de Trabajo para protestar por los comentarios provocativos del ministro de Trabajo, Giannis Vroutsis, que dijo que el sistema de seguridad social “fue basado en el favoritismo y el clientelismo”.
El gobierno entonces intentó montar una provocación y acusar a los sindicalistas de causar daños a la oficina del ministro. Por esta razón, muchas horas después de la detención de los sindicalistas por las fuerzas de represión que invadieron el edificio, el Ministerio de Trabajo dio a la publicidad fotografías con los daños que supuestamente ocurrieron durante la protesta del PAME. Como se ha demostrado por las fotografías se produjo un movimiento gradual de los muebles en la oficina del ministro que tuvo lugar muchas horas después de que se fueron los sindicalistas del edificio.
Durante el procedimiento de audiencia ayer incluso los testigos de la fiscalía –un secretario y empleados del ministerio- no confirmaron en lo más mínimo las acusaciones contra los cuadros del PAME. Esto fue subrayado enfáticamente por los abogados que defendieron los cuadros del movimiento de clase.
Aggelos Vretos, el abogado de los sindicalistas, tras el fin del juicio, dijo que: “A través del procedimiento de audiencia y de todos los testigos, incluso de los del ministerio, los cargos falsos fueron derrocados completamente y de manera triunfante y se demostró claramente que el juicio tenía características y elementos políticos con el fin de atacar a los trabajadores que realmente están resistiendo”.
El veredicto que les declaró inocentes fue recibido con aplausos y consignas por los reunidos fuera del edificio 2 de los tribunales. Giorgos Perros, miembro del Secretariado Ejecutivo del PAME y uno de los 35 acusados, tomó la palabra y dijo:
“En primer lugar queremos agradecer a los luchadores y los compañeros del movimiento militante de los abogados que estaban a nuestra lado desde el primer hasta el último momento. Los que estaban dentro, y los que habrían sido informados, saben que incluso en el tribunal las acusaciones fueron derrocadas, tal como dijo una camarada abogado, de manera triunfante.
Pero no nos centremos en esto. Queremos señalar una cosa básica: el curso de la lucha de clases no se va a detener, por muchos obstáculos que pongan. No se detiene por muchos que arrastren a los tribunales. No se detiene por muchas convicciones que impongan al movimiento de clase. No se detiene; no se ha detenido hace décadas a pesar de los medios que han utilizado. Nuestra respuesta a la doctrina “ley y orden” del gobierno es que “ley es lo que es justo para los trabajadores, no lo que sirve las ganancias de los capitalistas”.
Consideramos que la participación de masas, la solidaridad expresada durante todo este período, y que debe seguir, ha ayudado al resultado de hoy. Todavía hay muchos juicios pendientes en todo el país a expensas de sindicatos clasistas, los cuadros y los trabajadores. En los juicios iremos de esta manera, es decir con solidaridad, participación, con determinación, con espíritu militante. Este es el camino trazado para nosotros por los trabajadores; tenemos gran responsabilidad hacia ellos y no debemos retroceder ni por un momento.
Al salir de aquí, creemos que debemos ir a la gente con que estamos todos los días, hay que encontrar a nuestros hermanos, a los trabajadores. Este es nuestro apoyo. Son nuestro escudo contra la represión estatal y la intimidación patronal. Así que debemos trabajar con los obreros. Esta es nuestra vida, esta es la vida de nuestros sindicatos, esta es la vida de nuestro movimiento.
Por delante tenemos frentes de lucha muy graves. El frente de la sanidad, el frente de los convenios colectivos, el gran frente del desempleo. Además, tenemos la cuestión importante de la seguridad social, por la que estamos hoy aquí. Continuaremos. Organizamos nuestra lucha. Tenemos muchas actividades por delante. Los sindicatos tienen mucho trabajo que hacer.
Ya que son las fiestas, queremos estar junto con nuestros compañeros de trabajo y los desempleados no de manera típica sino esencial. Hay que reclamar demandas para ellos, hacer intervenciones en el gobierno, para poder llevarse la vida. Hay que apoyar a los desempleados. El derecho al trabajo nos concierne a todos. Todo ello concierne a la nueva generación, a nuestros hijos. Tenemos una obligación ante ellos. ¡Adelante, a luchar con fuerza y combatividad! Y como dicen las letras de una canción: “no esperen que nos inclinemos ni siquiera un momento”.
The 35 trade-unionists of PAME , who were tried on 20/12, as in the trial the fabricated charges were completely refuted that had been set up by the government, with as their real aims the criminalization of trade union activity and the intimidation for the workers. When the trial was being held, the court building was filled inside and outside by workers and trade unionists who were gathered, in order to express their solidarity.
The cadres of PAME were accused of “disturbing the peace of public service” in the framework of the mobilization organized by federations and trade unions, on the 30th of January 2013, at the Ministry of Labour, in order to protest at the provocative statements of the Minister of Labour, Giannis Vroutsis, that the social-security system “was based on political favours and clientelist relations”.
The government attempted at this time to set up a provocation and to accuse the trade-unionists of causing damage to the Minister’s office. For this purpose, many hours after the arrest of the trade-unionists by the forces of repression who invaded the building, the Ministry of Labour published photos with damage, which supposedly happened during PAME’s protest. As was demonstrated, however, by the photographic material, there was a gradual moving of the furniture into the office of the Minister, which took place hours after the trade-unionists had left the building.
During yesterday’s hearing procedure, even the prosecution witnesses- a secretary and employees of the Ministry- did not in the slightest confirm the accusations which had been brought against the cadres of PAME. This fact was emphatically underlined by the defense lawyers of the cadres of the class-oriented movement.
The Aggelos Vrettos, a lawyer of the trade-unionists, after the end of the trial state characteristically: “Through the hearing procedure and from all the witnesses even those of the Ministry, the fabricated charges were completely and triumphantly refuted and it was very clear that the trial had political characteristics and features in order to strike against the workers who are really resisting.”
The innocent verdict was welcomed with applause and slogans by those gathered outside Building 2 of the courts. In his speech, Giorgos Perros, member of the Executive Secretariat of PAME, and one of the 35 accused, said:
“To begin with, we want to thank all the fellow militants and comrades from the militant lawyers’ movement, who stood with us from the first to the last moment. Those of you who were inside would have heard, and other will have been informed, that even here, the charges were refuted triumphantly, as the comrade lawyer said.
However, we should not focus on this. What do we want to stress? Something basic. The course of the class struggle is not going to stop, however many barriers they place before it. It is not going to stop however many people they drag to the courts. It is not going to stop however many convictions they foist on the class-oriented movement. It is not going to stop, as for many decades it did not stop whatever methods they used. Our answer to the “law and order” dogma of the government is: The law is the just cause of the worker and not the profits of the capitalist.
We think that the mass participation, the solidarity, which was expressed over this entire period and must continue, helped today’s outcome. There are several, dozens in fact, of trials pending all over the country at the expense of the class-oriented trade unions and cadres and workers. We will go to these trials in this way. With solidarity, with participation, with determination, with militancy. This is the path set for us by the workers, we have great responsibility to them and we must not retreat even for a moment.
Leaving here, we think that we should go to find those people who we are with every day. We should find our brothers and sisters, the workers. This is our support. This is our shield against the state repression and intimidation of the employers. So, we must work with working men and women. This is our life, this is the life of our trade unions, this is the life of our movement.
We have serious fronts of struggle ahead of us. The fronts of health, collective bargaining agreements, the unemployed. We must struggle for these demands, intervene against the government, so that the people can live. We must support the unemployed. Our right to work concerns everyone. And, chiefly all these things we are struggling for concern the younger generation, our children. We have a major obligation towards them. Forwards with strength, with militancy so that we can struggle in the battles to come. And as the song says, which we repeat: “don’t expect us to bend even for one moment.”
