We Fight Against All Drugs and the Causes of Drug-Culture
Drugs are one more of capitalism’s weapons of manipulation, used to cancel the youth’s response and organized struggle against the anti-workers’, anti-people’s policies of the governments and the European Union. They are a insidious way to throw out of the fight the new generation of the working class.
At the same time that the young workers live the exploitation and the wretchedness through wages=pocket money, the limited time contracts, the false programs for the unemployed, the unpaid work, “black” uninsured work, and again unemployment, limits in education, sports and culture, at the same time the free drug use is promoted as FREEDOM and WAY OUT.
The children of the working class who are at school, the young workers must not be sacrificed for the Drug-culture; they must not become supporters of the festivals against drugs-prohibition organized by the governmental Youth of SYRIZA, alongside with NGOs and other organizations.
In contrast they must move forward, strengthen the trade unions and contribute for the strengthening of the class orientation, to accomplish steps forward in the reconstruction of the trade union movement, to be the van guard of the new struggles of the working class, in the counterattack against its exploiters, so as to break their brutal measures, until we become the owners of the wealth we produce.
PAME stands against all drugs, against addiction of any kind of drug
The distinction between “soft” and “hard” drugs is false. The data show that 1 out of 5, in drug-free treatment programs, was admitted due to addiction to cannabis. The percentage in Europe is raising and goes “red” in the Netherlands, where the 54% who address rehab centers are cannabis users.
The policies of continuing the addiction through substitutes is not a solution. That is because in many European countries the majority of the admitted in rehab programs come from addiction from such substitutes. The deaths connected with the use of heroin are lowering and are raised the deaths connected with such substitutes (buprenorphine, methadone and fentanyl)
We demand:

Prevention – Treatment – social reintegration public and free for all
-
Recruitment of permanent staff in all treatment programs
-
The creation of “drug free” treatment programs and Prevention Centers across the country
-
Prevention programs in schools, colleges, the military, and the places where the young work and entertain. Primary prevention that targets the causes rather than the effects of drug addiction
-
Measures to protect the unemployed and vulnerable social groups
Wecall all the trade unions, the workers’ committees in the work places, the students unions, the peoples’ committees to strengthen their intervention at the places where the youth works and lives. To multiply the initiatives for the positions and the demands of PAME to reach them. To strengthen the front against all drugs. To reach the young workers the unwavering stand and struggle against any drug, any addiction.

SOLIDARITY WITH THE PEOPLE OF PALESTINE
PETITION OF TRADE UNIONS, FEDERATIONS AND REGIONAL TRADE UNION CENTRES
The trade union organizations signing this petition we are for many years firmly on the side of the Palestinian people and actively express our internationalist solidarity fighting to end the Israeli occupation.
On the 48th anniversary since Israel’s attack in 1967 and the occupation in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and East Jerusalem, we decisively condemn the crimes of the Israeli state and strengthen our actions and support to the just struggle of the Palestinian people .
Our organizations denounce and fight against:
• The policy of the US and the EU that supports the aggression of Israel against the Palestinian people and equates the victim with the victimizers
• The policy of the Greek coalition Government of the nationalist, racist ANEL and the social democratic SYRIZA that continues the path of previous governments and upgrades multiform political, economic and military relations with Israel and participates in joint military exercises.
Our organizations call on the Greek government:
• To stop the military exercises and cancel its political, economic and military agreements with Israel.
• To immediately recognize the Palestinian state as a UN Member State.
We demand:
• The end of the Israeli occupation and the creation of an independent, viable and sovereign Palestinian state alongside Israel, within the 1967 borders with its capital in East Jerusalem.
• Breaking down the unacceptable wall that separates Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza.
• The immediate cessation of the settlements and the withdrawal of settlers.
• The immediate release of all Palestinian political prisoners in Israel
• The return of Palestinian refugees to their homes in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions.
We Continue and strengthen the internationalist struggle and solidarity with the just struggle of the Palestinian people.

Λαϊκή κινητοποίηση για να μπλοκάρουμε τη νέα αντιλαϊκή συμφωνία – λαιμητόμο, το νέο αντιλαϊκό πακέτο που φέρνουν να μας φορτώσουν!
ΟΧΙ στα μνημόνια διαρκείας, στα νέα μέτρα πτώχευσης του λαού!
Αρκετά πληρώσαμε, αρκετά ματώσαμε!
ΗΓραμματεία Ηρακλείουτου ΠΑΜΕκαλεί όλα τα σωματεία ,όλα τα συνδικάτα ,όλους τους μαζικούς φορείς με έκτακτες Γενικές Συνελεύσεις και αποφάσεις Διοικητικών Συμβουλίων ,με κάθε τρόπο να αντιδράσουν ενάντια στη νέα αντιλαϊκή συμφωνία με πανεργατική απεργία. Την ημέρα που θα φέρουν τη συμφωνία λαιμητόμο για ψήφιση στη βουλή.
Η λύση βρίσκεται στους αγώνες που κρατούν τις σημαίες των εργατικών – λαϊκών συμφερόντων, τα πανό και τα πλακάτ όπου αναγράφονται τα δικαιώματα και οι ανάγκες μας και όχι οι ανάγκες των αφεντικών.
Η λύση βρίσκεται στην αναμέτρηση στους χώρους δουλειάς, στην κατά μέτωπο αντεπίθεσή μας απέναντι στους εκμεταλλευτές μας, στους μοναδικούς κερδισμένους των νέων βάρβαρων μέτρων.
Όλοι στον αγώνα!
Να μη δεχτούμε:
-
Τους νέους και παλιούς αντιασφαλιστικούς νόμους.
-
Το συνεχόμενο χτύπημα στο λαϊκό εισόδημα, στους μισθούς, στις συντάξεις.
-
Τους νέους φόρους και τα νέα χαράτσια.
Οι ζωές μας δε σηκώνουν άλλα μέτρα. Οι ανάγκες μας δεν μπορούν να περιμένουν! Εδώ και τώρα, κόντρα στην τρομοκρατία και τους εκβιασμούς, διεκδικούμε:
-
Αυξήσεις σε μισθούς, συντάξεις και επιδόματα.
-
Κάλυψη όλων των απωλειών.
-
Αποκατάσταση των Συλλογικών Συμβάσεων Εργασίας.
-
Κατάργηση των αντεργατικών νόμων.
-
Ουσιαστική προστασία όλων των ανέργων.
Οργανώνουμε την απάντησή μας!
Ενισχύουμε τη δύναμή μας!
Δυναμώνουμε τα σωματεία μας σε κάθε κλάδο! Απαντάμε αγωνιστικά! Σπάμε το κλίμα φόβου, τους εκβιασμούς και τις απειλές των αφεντικών, της κυβέρνησης, των ΕΕ – ΔΝΤ – ΕΚΤ.
Μόνο η δική μας δύναμη και στάση μπορεί να καταργήσει αντιλαϊκούς νόμους, μνημόνια και αφεντικά!».
Η λύση δεν είναι η φυγή, η ψευδαίσθηση, η παραίτηση και η υποταγή. Σηκώνουμε ψηλά το κεφάλι Παλεύουμε ενάντια σε όλα τα ναρκωτικά και τις αιτίες που γεννούν τη ναρκωκουλτούρα
Τα ναρκωτικά αποτελούν ένα ακόμα όπλο χειραγώγησης του καπιταλισμού για να ματαιωθεί η απάντηση και η οργανωμένη πάλη των νέων απέναντι στην αντεργατική – αντιλαϊκή πολιτική των εκάστοτε κυβερνήσεων και της ΕΕ. Είναι ακόμη ένα ύπουλο μέσο για να πετάξουν έξω από τον αγώνα τη νέα βάρδια της εργατικής τάξης.
Την ίδια στιγμή που, οι νέοι εργαζόμενοι βιώνουν την εκμετάλλευση και την εξαθλίωση μέσα από τους μισθούς χαρτζιλίκι, τις μηνιαίες συμβάσεις εργασίας, τα εξάμηνα προγράμματα τζάμπα εργασίας, την απληρωσιά, τη μαύρη ανασφάλιστη εργασία και ξανά μετά την ανεργία, τους φραγμούς στη μόρφωση, τον αθλητισμό και τον πολιτισμό προβάλλεται ως ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΙΑ και ΔΙΕΞΟΔΟΣ η ελεύθερη χρήση ναρκωτικών ουσιών!
Τα παιδιά της εργατικής λαϊκής οικογένειας που βρίσκονται ακόμα στα θρανία, οι νέοι εργάτες δεν πρέπει να θυσιαστούν στο βωμό της Ναρκωκουλτούρας, να γίνουν χειροκροτητές στις φιέστες και τα αντιαπαγορευτικά φεστιβάλ που στήνει η κυβερνητική πια νεολαία του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ μαζί με διάφορους φορείς και ΜΚΟ.
Αντίθετα πρέπει να βγουν μαχητικά μπροστά, να δυναμώσουν τα σωματεία, να συμβάλλουν ώστε να δυναμώσει η ταξική γραμμή, να μετρηθούν βήματα για την ανασύνταξη του συνδικαλιστικού κινήματος, να πρωτοστατήσουν στους νέους αγώνες που θα δώσει η εργατική τάξη για να αντεπιτεθεί στους εκμεταλλευτές της, για να τσακίσει τα βάρβαρα μέτρα τους, μέχρι να γίνει η ίδια πλέον ιδιοκτήτης του πλούτου που παράγει.
Το ΠΑΜΕ αντιτάσσεται ενάντια σε όλα τα ναρκωτικά ενάντια στην εξάρτηση από κάθε είδους ναρκωτική ουσία.
Είναι απάτη ο διαχωρισμός σε μαλακά και σκληρά ναρκωτικά, τα στοιχεία μαρτυρούν ότι 1 στους 5 σε στεγνά θεραπευτικά προγράµµατα στην Ελλάδα εντάχθηκε λόγω εξάρτησης από κάνναβη, το ποσοστό στην Ευρώπη αυξάνεται και χτυπάει κόκκινο στην Ολλανδία όπου το 54% όσων απευθύνονται σε προγράµµατα απεξάρτησης είναι χρήστες κάνναβης.
Δεν είναι λύση η πολιτική της συντήρησης της εξάρτησης μέσω από υποκατάστατες ουσίες αφού σε αρκετές χώρες της Ευρώπης η πλειονότητα των εισαγωγών στα προγράμματα θεραπείας έχει ως αιτία την εξάρτηση από αυτές τις ουσίες. Οι θάνατοι που συνδέονται με τη χρήση ηρωίνης μειώνονται και αυξάνονται οι θάνατοι που συνδέονται με ουσίες που χρησιμοποιούνται ως υποκατάστατα (βουπρενορφίνη, μεθαδόνη και φαιντανύλη).
Διεκδικούμε
- · Πρόληψη – θεραπεία – κοινωνική επανένταξη δημόσια και δωρεάν για όλους.
- · Προσλήψεις μόνιμου προσωπικού σε όλα τα προγράμματα θεραπείας.
- · Τη δημιουργία “στεγνών” θεραπευτικών προγραμμάτων και Κέντρων Πρόληψης σε όλη τη χώρα.
- · Προγράμματα Πρόληψης στα σχολεία, τις σχολές, το στρατό, στους χώρους που εργάζεται και διασκεδάζει η νεολαία. Πρωτογενής πρόληψη που στοχεύει στα αίτια και όχι στα αποτελέσματα της τοξικομανίας.
- · Μέτρα προστασίας των ανέργων και των ευάλωτων κοινωνικά ομάδων
Καλούμε όλα τα σωματεία, τις επιτροπές αγώνες στους χώρους δουλειάς, τους συλλόγους κατάρτισης, τα 15μελή στα σχολεία, τις λαϊκές επιτροπές να δυναμώσουν την παρέμβαση τους στους χώρους που ζει και εργάζεται η νεολαία, να πολλαπλασιαστούν οι πρωτοβουλίες ώστε να φτάσουν οι θέσεις και τα αιτήματα του ΠΑΜΕ, να ισχυροποιηθεί το μέτωπο απέναντι σε όλα τα ναρκωτικά, να φτάσει στους νέους εργάτες η αταλάντευτη πρόταση αγώνα ενάντια σε κάθε είδους ουσία, σε κάθε είδους εξάρτηση.

Thousands demonstrated with PAME against the New Memorandum
PAME held a great demonstration on Tuesday, June 23, against the New Memorandum that is to be decided by the Greek Government, the European Union, the IMF and the ECB. Thousands protested into an enormous rally that covered the central streets of Athens.
The demonstration of PAME joined the National Rally of the Pensioners Unions, and all together marched to the Prime Ministers Office, where they were “welcomed” by riot police forces, which had blocked the roads.
