Dear comrades, good evening
On behalf of the Student Militant Front, the largest gathering of student Unions in Greece, we are very happy for the presence of all of you here and from this step we welcome the workers’ struggles, the labor movement, which is fighting worldwide for its rights and needs!
We stand in solidarity with all the peoples of the world, of Palestine, of Cuba, with the peoples of Ukraine and Russia who are victims of imperialist competitions. We express our solidarity with the refugees and the uprooted who are fighting for their rights all over the world!
We, the students, the youth, draw conclusions from this struggle, we take strength and courage to continue the fight against the war declared by the governments of the whole world and the imperialist unions against the people and the young generation!
The effort we make has results. It can be seen by the rallying of more and more Unions in the Student’s Militant Front, by the rallying of more students around their Student Unions, by the rallying of more and more young people every day in the fight for our rights and needs!
The workers’ movement in Greece showed us the right direction in the difficult years of the pandemic, when the government, faithfully following the instructions of the EU was trying to impose complete silence. The images of organized disobedience, which broke for the first time the prohibitions of the government, from the May Day rally in 2020 caused us awe and gave us courage!
This way a year later the students broke the bans and took to the streets by the thousands to oppose the situation, but also to demand measures to protect our health, for better studies, for funding at the level of our needs, for our own needs that the policy of this government and all previous ones ignores and considers a cost!
We did it, we did it because throughout the pandemic we had on our side our teachers, our workers parents, PAME, the working class of Greece that supported our struggle. We did it because for so many years, in coordination with the workers’ movement, we have been fighting against the policies of the government, whatever government we had, against the employers who, with the new law, they want to break into our schools. We are fighting by cultivating to the youth the position that there are no saviors. It does not make sense to wait for a solution from above, the people and the youth must take matters into their own hands. Because the youth smiled for the first time, when they saw the relentless struggle of the healthcare workers who did not stop fighting for a moment and highlighting the criminal responsibilities of underfunding and understaffing of the hospitals, when they saw the workers’ struggle of COSCO who succeeded against gods and demons and crushed the employers’ intimidations!
With these and thousands of other struggles of the people and the youth as a legacy
With PAME and the class unions that rally with it on our side the militant forces in the students’ movement of Greece, we succeeded, to overturn the correlation in the Universities and to emerge as first force in students’ elections Greece after 35 years. This event brought great joy, great optimism to a wider section of the people, as it broke a black situation of 35 years!
The forces of the government this year were massively rejected by the youth and the students, the message of condemnation of the government’s policy was expressed at the students’ elections,
It sent a clear message to all those who have declared war on us that the youth is on the side of PAME, not afraid. Now, the students, the Student Unions are ready from better places to hold a more massive struggle with the flag of the needs of the students! This result fills us with joy but at the same time a great responsibility to continue the fight for our rights and needs until the end!

My name is Mary Agrogianni, I am the General Secretary of the Athens Doctors’ Association.
I work at the State Hospital of Nikaia as a physician at the Covid ICU.
On behalf of the healthcare workers of Greece, it is our honor to greet the militant unions of Europe and the leadership of the WFTU in today’s event for the experience of the struggles during the pandemic. As the previous 2 years were a period very rich in militant action and experience for healthcare workers and doctors in Greece and in the world.
We note that the militants in healthcare years before the pandemic fought for the defense and improvement of public health services, for the right to exclusively public, free healthcare for all. We have never accepted the logic of the commercialization of healthcare.
In these circumstances, with the announcement of the first COVID case in our country, we realized that we had the responsibility to start a huge struggle, a struggle for the health and life of our people. We had already seen the pictures from the hospitals in other countries, from neighboring Italy, Bergamo and Brescia. The hundreds of dead, the exhausted health workers. We were slowly seeing the privatized health systems of Europe, which all the governments in Greece presented to us as a model, to be torn down like a tower made of sand.
The Trade Unions of hospital in Greece, the Federation and the Associations of Public Hospital Doctors from the first moment we were on the front line to deal with the pandemic. In the hospitals doing our duty as doctors against the pandemic, our colleagues got sick, lost their lives in the fight for life. At the same time, however, we were on the streets leading the way in organizing demands. Against the government narrative of “national solidarity and unity” in the face of the supposedly invisible threat. Contrary to the logic cultivated by SYRIZA and its supporters in the hospitals who called us to “respond afterwards”, a logic that in essence said not to fight for our lives, but to wait for elections to come to vote for a new government.
On March 18, 2020, the Government of Greece banned gatherings of more than 10 people.
On March 19, 2020, the very next day of the ban, the militants of healthcare broke the ban. In front of the Ministry of Health, we carried out a symbolic mobilization of 20 trade unionists doctors of PAME.
With raised our fists and the slogan “under the masks we have a voice”.
We gave the message of organized disobedience but also of hope.
A few days later, on April 7, World Health Day, we turned it into a day of action, struggle and claim.
Together with the class unions, we organized mobilizations in 157 hospitals and health centers, breaking the “lockdown in the action of the unions” that the government wanted to impose.
Throughout the pandemic, we did not stop exposing the nudity, the shortcomings of underfunding the public health system. From the battle for masks and personal protective equipment in the beginning, to the battle for respirators and oxygen afterwards, we have not stopped demanding specific measures to strengthen the hospitals in staff, infrastructure and equipment. We have shown that the government’s assurance that “we are shielded against the virus” was a huge lie.
The demand for the real and unconditional requisition of the private health sector and its inclusion in the battle of the pandemic, put by OENGE since the beginning of the pandemic, was embraced by dozens of unions of all branches. It revealed that at a time when dozens of patients were dying by intubation outside the ICUs, the government’s priority was still the profits of the private health clinics.
Our struggle was not limited to the walls of hospitals. Together with the respective unions we made interventions in large workplaces, in supermarkets, in the port. We highlighted the need for personal protective equipment, preventive controls, reduction of overcrowding in workplaces and Public Transport.
In the conditions of the pandemic, which was used by the government and the state to hit the movement, in conditions of restriction of traffic and prohibition of mobilizations, OENGE had its own special contribution to pass the message of resistance and struggle. The highlight is the PAME May Day 2020 rally, in which the hospital doctors also participated.
These two years we have seen the images of healthcare workers around the world, in Italy, in France, in the USA. Of the heroic doctors of Cuba.
We have seen the miracle of science, the possibilities that exist today to find in a few months vaccines that save millions of lives, but these becoming a commodity, with patents for the profits of multinationals
We saw the barbaric, huge contrast of the mass graves of New York’s poor, while the few rich capitalists traveling in space for fun.
This experience is for us a huge legacy for the great battles we have to fight from now on, both against the government’s plans for the further privatization of the public health system, and against the pursuit of restrictions on trade union action.
The healthcare militants of Greece will continue the fight, together with the class unions of the workers of the world for a society where Health will be a right for all and its achievements will belong to the people and will improve their lives.

My name is Bekris Markos, I work as dock worker in the port of Piraeus and I am the President of ENEDEP-COSCO workers’ Union.
On behalf of PAME, we would like to welcome you to Greece, to the National Congress of PAME that takes place tomorrow and the day after tomorrow in the working-class city of Piraeus. To welcome you to the International Seminar of PAME that we are holding today on “the action of the unions in all conditions. Our experience from the struggles during the pandemic.” In these conditions, the unions and trade unionists that rally in PAME opened big fronts of struggle for the defense of the health and the rights of the workers, organized emblematic struggles in sectors of work and big companies that had important victories.
We believe that this experience is a resource for organizing the action of the unions and PAME in Greece from better positions, in order to intensify the struggle against capitalist barbarism and exploitation, against the governments that serve the business groups.
Your solidarity gave strength to the struggles of the workers in Greece, it gave us with greater endurance, with strength and courage. The solidarity and international class struggle of the workers is an integral element so that the class struggle of the workers can put its stamp on the developments, to organize great and victorious class struggles.
This experience also emerges from the struggles of the COSCO port workers’ union of Piraeus. Struggles that bore fruit, with the signing of the Collective Contract with significant increases, against the laws of the state and the shipowners, against the industrialists and monopoly groups.
Our fight for our basic rights starts from when COSCO came in the port of Piraeus. more than ten years ago, in conditions of huge unemployment, COSCO’s investment was presented as an opportunity from the sky for the unemployed. We went to work in miserable conditions. There were no rights. No Contracts, no timetables, no protection measures, nothing. We have constant accidents, injuries. With the support of the PAME unions, we started efforts to create a union. In the beginning in secret. Little by little we take steps, we organize the first mobilizations, our union is founded. The first mobilizations are very difficult, fear prevails, along with anger and indignation. Very important in these first struggles and actions is the support of PAME but also the first events of international solidarity by the colleagues from the Regional TU of Marseille.
Our massification and the repercussions of our action frighten our employers, who use all the governments we had, ND, SYRIZA, PASOK, to terrorize us. Our strikes are always declared illegal. The employer, with the help of the then SYRIZA government, set up its own “union”. Intimidations are escalating. And we reach the period of the pandemic.
At the beginning of the pandemic we take advantage of the initiatives and actions of the militant doctors. We bring Healthcare workers to the port, we talk to the workers, we give them courage. On May 1, 2020, after the large rally of PAME, we return to the port and see the smiles of our colleagues have grown stronger.
In such a period, comes the tragic moment of the death of our colleague Dimitris. The rage overflowed. We are holding mass meetings that the workers themselves decide to go on continuous strikes demanding protection measures and a Collective Agreement.
In this struggle, we live shocking moments. We talk by radio with the ships waiting to unload. We inform the workers there about our fight. From the radios we hear in different languages the same message “WE ARE WITH YOU, BROTHERS CONTINUE!”.
We organize daily actions, protests, rallies. At a time when we are holding a large rally in the docks, videos are coming from the COSCO offices in Istanbul where our colleagues from NAKLIAT have gone and from the ports of Italy that are mobilizing in solidarity. These actions give us tremendous strength. Messages of support are coming from all over the world.
On November 4, employers and the government retreat, and negotiations for the Collective Contract begin. We share our joy with our colleagues from France and Turkey who come in person to the port to support our struggle.
A new multi-month and multiform struggle begins. The courts send us every day their rulings that our strikes are illegal. The government is sending repressive forces, as if we were a terrorist organization. Coast Guard, special forces, armored tracks with water cannons. But their efforts fall on deaf ears.
Our fight ends with the signing of a Collective Agreement about 15 days ago. It was a great victory

These battles, this fight that has been, is and will continue to be even more important because they confirm one and the same thing: Only our struggles can bring results, struggles targeting both the real enemy, the business groups and the governments that serve them. Struggles that defend our class interests and show the perspective of class struggle. That do not cultivate illusions that there are governments that are pro-workers, struggles that do not want to turn the workers’ movement into a stepping stone for governmental change.
Our greatest success is the fact that our Union was the center of the struggle. Its massification, its action, the massive and democratic participation of all its members. PAME is fighting for such unions. Unions real castles of struggle, with massive and democratic General Assemblies, in constant contact with the majority of workers inside and outside the workplace, to cultivate and keep the fire of resistance warm in all conditions, even when everything looks black and against us.
In these struggles it is important the demands of the Unions to be in correlation with the needs of colleagues but also to raise the bar of demanding based on the experience of the worker, that is, what he produces and what is stolen from his work. Such platforms of struggle can become the property of the workers because they are shaped by them, so the struggle that takes place is not alien but his own. We have achieved this and no strike-breaking mechanism, no court and no government, no repressive force has been able to bring us one worker another. Everyone understands that we are right. All these years we have fought dozens of battles in different conditions,
o in a capitalist crisis, in a capitalist development,
o at a time of war in our region,
o With different governments, sometimes social democratic, sometimes neoliberal
With the SYRIZA government we were dragged to courts, with the ND government we are dragged back to the courts. With the SYRIZA government, our strikes were illegal, with the ND government, our strikes and mobilizations are illegal.
Through them, with our constant effort, a large number of colleagues realized that they are facing a bourgeois state that has continuity, regardless of the color of government.
We face the united class of exploiters, who despite their great differences, as is the case now in the war in Ukraine where the imperialist centers of the EU, NATO, USA on the one hand and Russia on the other on fight who will have the greater profits, economically and geopolitically. But when they feel threatened by workers, they attack with rage. That is why the workers have no interest in choosing one camp of thieves over the other, they have no interest in involving their countries in the imperialist war.
Our only choice is the solidarity and friendship of the peoples. The relentless struggle against our exploiters and guided by the slogan “without you the gear does not turn, worker you can without bosses”.
In honor of its Congress PAME hosted an International Seminar on June 17, with participation of 31 International Delegates from 19 countries and the General Secretary of the WFTU.

Η διοίκηση της Efood συνεχίζει να εκβιάζει τους διανομείς να επιλέξουν το «συνεργατικό» μοντέλο εργασίας, διαμορφώνοντας το πρόγραμμα εργασίας αποκλειστικά στις δικές της ανάγκες. Ήδη το πρόβλημα είναι μεγάλο, πολλοί διανομείς αναγκάζονται να παραιτηθούν από την άλλη εργασία τους ή γίνονται freelancers. Δε θα το επιτρέψουμε!
Κατά συνέπεια των παραπάνω απαιτούμε από την εταιρεία :
Για όλους τους προαναφερόμενους λόγους και με την ομόφωνη απόφαση που πήραν οι διανομείς την Παρασκευή 17/6 μετά τη λήξη της απεργιακής κινητοποίησης, καλούμε σε 24ωρη απεργία την Παρασκευή 24/6 και συγκέντρωση μοτοπορεία στο Εργατικό Κέντρο Πάτρας στις 15:00.
Τις τελευταίες μέρες γνωστοποιήθηκε σε 7 ειδικευόμενους του ΓΝ Καστοριάς ( 5 ειδικευόμενοι στην Παθολογική, 2 ειδικευόμενοι στην Παιδιατρική) ότι δεν θα γίνει ανανέωση της σύμβασής τους, και να πάρουν τις προβλεπόμενες χρωστούμενες άδειές τους. Ο λόγος που επικαλέστηκε η διοίκηση εξ ονόματος του Διευθυντή Ιατρικής Υπηρεσίας το παραπάνω είναι «ότι κοστίζουμε, και η Διοίκηση δεν έχει χρήματα να μας πληρώνει άλλο».
Πρόκειται για ειδικευόμενους που είναι σε παράταση, έχει ολοκληρωθεί δηλαδή το προβλεπόμενο χρονικό διάστημα εκπαίδευσης που καλύπτει το ΓΝ Καστοριάς σαν δευτεροβάθμιο επαρχιακό Νοσοκομείο και είναι σε αναμονή διορισμού τους σε Τριτοβάθμιο Νοσοκομείο για ολοκλήρωση της εκπαίδευσής τους ως Ειδικευόμενοι Ιατροί και απόκτηση του τίτλου Ειδικότητάς τους. Είναι επί παράταση Ιατροί που καλύπτουν κενές θέσεις στο Νοσοκομείο όπου υπάρχει ανάγκη και έχουν το δικαίωμα να συνεχίσουν να εργάζονται στις κλινικές τους ειδικά με τα τεράστια κενά που υπάρχουν αλλά και τις απαιτήσεις ιδιαίτερα μέσα στον covid- 19.
Είναι αποκαλυπτικό ότι με την παραπάνω ενέργεια θα μείνουν 6 από 11 ειδικευόμενους στην Παθολογική και Καρδιολογική Κλινική ώστε να εξυπηρετούν 6 ΤΟΜΕΙΣ ΤΑΥΤΟΧΡΟΝΑ: ύποπτα covid-19, Παθολογική Κλινική, διακομιδές, Καρδιολογική κλινική, Τμήμα Επειγόντων Περιστατικών, Ιατρείο postcovid. Αντίστοιχα στην Παιδιατρική μετά από αυτές τις απολύσεις θα παραμείνουν 2 ειδικευόμενοι Ιατροί από 5 που ήταν τώρα να καλύπτουν Τμήμα Επειγόντων Περιστατικών στην Παιδιατρική, Παιδιατρική Κλινική, Τακτικά Ιατρεία, Ύποπτα covid-19, Μαιευτική Κλινική, Διακομιδές.
Ενώ όλο το προηγούμενο διάστημα επάνδρωσαν με όλες τις δυνάμεις τους το ΓΝ Καστοριάς ώστε να συμβάλουν παρά τις όποιες ελλείψεις σε προσωπικό και εξοπλισμό στην υγεία του λαού της Καστοριάς, η Διοίκηση τώρα θέλει να προβεί σε αυτές τις απολύσεις. Μας προκαλεί οργή το γεγονός ότι οι Διευθυντές των Κλινικών αλλά και όλο το προσωπικό θεωρεί ζωτικής σημασίας την παρουσία τους αλλά και την πρόσληψη και άλλων υγειονομικών και η Διοίκηση αντί να προβεί σε ανανέωσή τουςκαι σε μαζικές προσλήψεις και άλλων υγειονομικών προβαίνει σε μαζικές απολύσεις. Ήδη είναι γνωστές οι απολύσεις των 10 συμβασιούχων εργαζομένων και έρχονται να προστεθούν και οι δικές τους απολύσεις σε αυτές.
Η υγεία του λαού δεν μπορεί να μπαίνει στο ζύγι κόστους οφέλους με τραγικές ελλείψεις σε προσωπικό ώστε «ο προϋπολογισμός» του Νοσοκομείου ΑΕ να είναι όσο πιο μικρός γίνεται με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται για την υγεία των πολιτών της Καστοριάς. Τα σχέδια αυτά έρχονται να υπηρετήσουν τους μειωμένους προϋπολογισμούς στην Υγεία που διαχρονικά όλες οι κυβερνήσεις έχουν υπηρετήσει και ψηφίσει. Έρχονται να υπηρετήσουν το σχέδιο για το «Νέο ΕΣΥ» στη Δυτική Μακεδονία μετατρέποντας το Νοσοκομείο Καστοριάς σε Κέντρο Ημερήσιας Νοσηλείας.
Καλούμε τους συναδέλφους, τους φορείς της Καστοριάς, τους συλλόγους και τα σωματεία να πάρουν θέση.
Απαιτούμε:
Καλούμε σε στάση εργασίας την Τετάρτη 22/06 ώρα 9πμ στην πύλη του Νοσοκομείου που έχει προκηρύξει η ΟΕΝΓΕ και συμμετέχει και η ΕΙΝΔΥΜ.
Σύμφωνα με την μετεωρολογική υπηρεσία, στη χώρα μας από σήμερα, αλλά και τις επόμενες μέρες, θα επικρατήσουν πολύ υψηλές θερμοκρασίας, επιβαρύνοντας την εργασία χιλιάδων εργαζομένων στον κλάδο μας. Για αυτό το λόγο κρίνεται επιτακτική η ανάγκη για τη λήψη έκτακτων μέτρων προστασίας των εργαζομένων από την εργοδοσία και το κράτος.
Το ΣΕΤΗΠ απαιτεί από τους εργοδότες του κλάδου να εξασφαλίσουν ότι για όλες τις μέρες που θα διαρκέσει ο καύσωνας κανένας εργαζόμενος δεν θα είναι εκτεθειμένος στις υψηλές θερμοκρασίες.Αυτό δεν αφορά αποκλειστικά τους εργαζόμενους σε εξωτερικούς χώρους (τεχνικούς πεδίου, εναερίτες, εργαζόμενοι σε logistics κλπ.),που αντικειμενικά εκτίθενται στον ήλιο, αλλά και τους εργαζόμενους σε κλειστούς χώρους, που εργάζονται σε δύσκολες συνθήκες λόγω άλλων παραγόντων (πχ λειτουργία μηχανών κλπ.). Στεκόμαστε ιδιαίτερα στις περιπτώσεις που με ευθύνη της εργοδοσίας οι εργαζόμενοι αναγκάζονται να δουλεύουν σε κλειστούς χώρους χωρίς κλιματισμό, υπόγεια, χώρους με μεταλλικά στέγαστρα. Τους προειδοποιούμε ότι το συνδικάτο μας θα είναι αμείλικτο απέναντι σε τέτοια φαινόμενα. Καμία θυσία στο όνομα της παραγωγής και των στόχων της εργοδοσίας!
Να επιστρέψουν άμεσα στο χώρο δουλειάς οι εργαζόμενοι σε τηλεργασία! Πολύ από αυτούς δεν διαθέτουν κλιματιστικό ή δεν μπορούν (και δεν πρέπει) να επωμιστούν το κόστος του ρεύματος. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση να επιβαρυνθεί η εργοδοσία το κόστος τις ημέρες που διαρκεί ο καύσωνας.
Απαιτούμε να εφαρμοστεί το προεδρικό διάταγμα 176/1997 που προβλέπει ότι οι έγκυες θα πρέπει να απαλλαγούν από τα καθήκοντά τους τις μέρες του καύσωνα ανεξάρτητα αν ο χώρος στον οποίο δουλεύουν είναι κλιματιζόμενος καθώς διατρέχουν κίνδυνο κατά τη διάρκεια της μετάβασης από και προς τη δουλειά. Αντίστοιχη, μέριμνα θα πρέπει να υπάρξει και για όσους συναδέλφους αντιμετωπίζουν σοβαρά προβλήματα υγείας.
Καλούμε τους συναδέλφους να μην υποκύψουν στον οποιοδήποτε εκβιασμό. Να καταγγείλουν άμεσα τις περιπτώσεις εργοδοτικής αυθαιρεσίας, την όποια πίεση για συνέχιση της εργασίας στο ΣΕΤΗΠ. Μαζί να διασφαλίσουμε ότι δεν θα τεθεί σε κίνδυνο η υγεία κανενός συναδέλφου.
Απαιτούμε:
ENIAIAΣΥΛΛΟΓΙΚΗ ΣΥΜΒΑΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΟΛΟΥΣ ΤΟΥΣ ΕΡΓΑΖΟΜΕΝΟΥΣ ΣΤΟΝ ΟΜΙΛΟ VODAFONE
ΟΙ ΕΚΒΙΑΣΜΟΙ ΤΗΣ ΕΡΓΟΔΟΣΙΑΣ ΘΑ ΠΕΣΟΥΝ ΣΤΟ ΚΕΝΟ
Συνάδελφοι,
Μέσα από μια συνάντηση -παρωδία που πραγματοποιήθηκε εχθές με εκπροσώπους της εργοδοσίας της Vodafone, η εταιρεία μας ενημέρωσε για τα νέα της σχέδια. Για ακόμα μια φορά η εργοδοσία της Vodafone μας ανακοίνωσε τα σχέδια της για το πώς και με ποιους τρόπους θα επιτεθεί στα δικαιώματα και τους όρους δουλειάς μας, ποιους τρόπους οργάνωσης εργασίας θα εφαρμόσει και τι ανακατατάξεις θα κάνει ώστε να αυξήσει και να διασφαλίσει τα κέρδη της.
Συγκεκριμένα, η εργοδοσία σχεδιάζει: α) την μεταφορά 48 συναδέλφων μας από την Vodafone στην 360 Connect (SME/Corporate&MobileBackOffice και EnterpriseFixedOrderingBackOffice) και β) την εφαρμογή της τηλεργασίας μέσω τροποιητικών συμβάσεων στην 360 Connect.
Το Σωματείο μας ξεκάθαρα τοποθετήθηκε και για τα δυο ζητήματα, απαιτώντας εδώ και τώρα Συλλογική Σύμβαση σε όλη την Vodafone, το μόνο που μπορεί να κατοχυρώσει τους όρους δουλειάς μας, να προστατεύσει τα δικαιώματά μας από τους εκβιασμούς και τα ατομικά παζάρια.
Η απόφαση της Vodafone τόσο για την μεταφορά των συναδέλφων , όσο και για την μόνιμη τηλεργασία στα τηλεφωνικά κέντρα της εταιρίας, βάζει στο στόχαστρο τους συνολικούς όρους δουλειάς μας.
Το ωράριο εργασίας μας, αποδεδειγμένα έχει χτυπηθεί με την τηλεργασία, οι άδειες(κανονικές , ασθενείας,κ.α.), έχουν πάει περίπατο (πόσες φορές άραγε μας είπαν να δουλέψουμε ακόμα και αν είμασταν άρρωστοι). Η ακρίβεια καλπάζει, τα τιμολόγια έχουν πάρει φωτιά και η εργοδοσία προκλητικά μας λέει ότι ..θα εφαρμόσει το νόμο, πετώντας στους τηλεργαζόμενους το επίδομα-ξεροκόμματο των 13€! Όλα αυτά ενώ ο μισθός μας είναι καθηλωμένος και ο πληθωρισμός βρίσκεται πάνω από 12%!
Συνάδελφοι,
Όλα τα παραπάνω, ο μισθός, οι άδειες, η κατοχύρωση της προϋπηρεσίας, το ωράριο εργασίας, τα μέτρα προστασίας της μητρότητας και της πατρότητας, είναι όροι που περιλαμβάνονται και διεκδικούνται μέσα σε μια Συλλογική Σύμβαση Εργασίας.
Απαιτούμε εδώ και τώρα Συλλογική Σύμβαση σε όλη την Vodafone, ώστε να μην μπορεί ατομικά η κάθε εργοδοσία να μας εκβιάζει. Να μην μπορεί η Vodafone με το έτσι θέλω να μας λέει, πως άπαξ και μπει η υπογραφή μας στην σύμβαση για την τηλεργασία , να μην μπορούμε να το πάρουμε πίσω. Να μην μπορούν μας παρουσιάζουν σαν μονόδρομο όλες τις ενέργειες και τις αποφάσεις , που στόχο έχουν την αύξηση της κερδοφορίας τους και την θωράκιση της ανταγωνιστικότητάς τους.
Δεν θα περάσει!
Το ΔΣ του Σωματείου μας θα προχωρήσει σήμερα 22.6 σε συνεδρίασή , ώστε να οριστεί έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση, που θα συζητήσει το Σχέδιο Συλλογικής Σύμβασης Εργασίας για όλη την Vodafone.
Τα παραδείγματα των συναδέλφων στην Cosco, στους Οικοδόμους , στους Μεταλλεργάτες, που πάλεψαν και υπέγραψαν Συλλογική Σύμβαση, μας δείχνουν το δρόμο. Τίποτα δεν είναι ακατόρθωτο . Με τον αγώνα μας, με τρην οργάνωσή μας, μπορούμε να το επιβάλλουμε.
Συνάδελφοι,
Δεν έχουμε μνήμη χρυσόψαρου, ούτε εφησυχάζουμε από τις διαβεβαιώσεις της εργοδοσίας ότι δεν θα αλλάξουν οι όροι δουλειάς των συναδέλφων που μεταφέρονται ή για την καθολική εφαρμογή της τηλεργασίας στα τηλεφωνικά κέντρα σε μόνιμη βάση. Είτε στην Vodafone, είτε στην 360 Connect, διαχρονικά η εργοδοσία μας χτυπάει ατομικά, με όλους τους τρόπους και σε όλα τα επίπεδα.
Θυμίζουμε ότι:
Είτε σε Vodafone, είτε σε 360 Connect, όπλο μας είναι η ενότητά μας. Οι διαχωρισμοί της εργοδοσίας σε προνομιούχους της μητρικής και παιδιά κατώτερου θεού στην θυγατρική, είναι επικίνδυνοι και πρέπει να της επιστραφούν. Το Σωματείο μας, από το 2018, έστειλε στον κάλαθο των αχρήστων αυτόν τον διαχωρισμό, εγγράφοντας όλους τους εργαζόμενους, απ ‘όλες τις εταιρίες .
Όλοι μαζί θα δώσουμε την μάχη της υπεράσπισης και της κατοχύρωσης των δικαιωμάτων και των όρων εργασίας μας. Όλοι μαζί θα δώσουμε την μάχη της διεκδίκησης για τους όρους δουλειάς, το μισθό , τις ανάγκες μας στο σήμερα.
