ETUC’s Pro-Imperialist Position on the Refugee Crisis: “Cry ‘Havoc!’, and let slip the dogs of war”

In a provocative statement Adopted at the ETUC 13th Congress on 30 September 2015 on the Refugee Crisis, the ETUC proved once more its dangerous role as the right hand of the Imperialist European Union.

The ETUC, among empty words about respect to “human dignity” etc states clearly the pro-imperialist direction they want the trade unions to follow

“The Council’s decisions adopted on 22 September have to be welcomed”

That is the decisions to strengthen the oppressive apparatus of FRONTEX, re-affirm the imposition of the Dublin Regulation and Schengen Agreement. The council’s decisions will only lead to escalation of the problem and raise the number of the deaths in the Mediterranean.

“The ETUC encourages Member States to continue to work together in a spirit of constructive solidarity under the leadership of the European institutions.”

The ETUC, as a lackey of the EU imperialists declares clearly: Workers of Europe forget your class role. Support the decisions of the EU. Support the transformation of the Mediterranean to a sea-grave. Support EU’s Imperialist Interventions against the People of Syria, Ukraine, Africa, etc.

“Democratic and economic development is key to removing the root causes of large-scale movements of people. The EU has a role to play in fostering this process.”

Even children today know that when there is talk about democracy by the EU, the USA, or NATO, the results are wars, deaths of innocent people and creation of puppet-governments, like the fascist Government of Ukraine. The ETUC urges the EU to be more active in the imperialist competitions. The ETUC, like the war mongers, cries “Havoc” and wants the EU to let slip the dogs of war.

The ETUC’s position on the Refugee crisis is

More Wars, More blood, More Refugees to become cheap labour for the multinationals
