The Union of Workers in Public Local Administration of Athens, member of PAME, held a Seminar on Health and Safety in the Workplaces on Thursday, January 17.

In the Seminar that took place under the slogan “No More Workers’ Blood-Organization For The Protection Of Our Lives”, spoke many unionists, scientists and doctors on the conditions of Health and Safety in the workplaces today and the necessary measures that are needed today.

The Union of Workers in Public Local Administration of Athens highlighted that in the past 5 years dozens of workers in Local Administration were killed at work and presented a video from its interventions and actions in the issue.

In the seminar also participated a delegation from the Executive Secretariat of PAME and Babis Vortelinos, Vice President of TUI Public Services of WFTU.
