On Tuesday, November 17 PAME was visited by the cadre of WFTU and Head of the trade union organization Left Bloc, from Austria, comrade Oliver Jonischkeit.

Comrade Oliver Jonischeit participated in the big anti imperialist demonstration of November 17 inAthens and was part of the delegation of WFTU at the wreath laying for the martyrs of the Greek uprising against the military dictatorship on 1973.

At the meeting PAME expressed its gratitude for the steady solidarity of Left Bloc with the struggles of PAME. The delegations exchanged information on the situation of the trade union movement in their countries and the need to take up new initiatives and actions for the strengthening of class forces, of WFTU in Europe
