Hotel Workers of Athens held a strong Strike action on June 24 demanding wage increases and Collective Contract. The President of Athens Hotel Workers’ Union, G. Stefanakis noted

“We do not tolerate living as slaves in 2022, being paid with 2007 salaries, being spoken as if we were garbage, as if our job did not matter… Our next mobilizations will take place in the hotels of the members of the Attica Hoteliers Association”
