PAME organized a day of blood donation in its central offices on Sunday, November 22. Regarding the necessity of blood donation, PAME stated that “the insufficient measures of the government against the spread of the coronavirus, the sad picture of the health system, the increased needs for blood, make our mass participation in voluntary blood donation necessary and we call on the unions to take up the responsibility for increased participation in the new blood donation. It is necessary to increase the number of voluntary blood donors so that PAME can meet the demand arising from accidents at work or other diseases.” With accordance to all Health and Safety protocols the Blood Donation concluded with big participation from the Unions of the Athens region.
