The All Workers’ Militant Front expresses its solidarity and outrage at the death of at least 16 workers in India after a crane collapsed. Every day around the world we count dozens of dead and crippled workers due to lack of safety measures at work.

Once again, it shows how dangerous it is for the people to be subjected to profit-serving policies for which governments and business groups sacrifice human lives, since safety measures are a cost to them.

The workers all over the world, need to intensify the struggle in every country for protection measures of the lives of workers and peoples becomes more urgent.

Let our grief and anger become a force of organisation and struggle. The slogan “Our lives or their profits” should be heard more loudly in every corner of the world – the choice of the class workers’ movement throughout the world is the protection of our lives.
