PAME denounces the new attempt of firing against trade unionist of the FNIC CGT in France

Published on

PAME denounces the multinational company TORAY in France that is trying again to fire the trade unionist Timothee Esprit, a cadre of the FNIC CGT.
The trade unionist, after almost a year of mobilisations and a court decision that annulled his dismissal, returned to work, where he immediately received a summons to apologise from the employer, who is trying to proceed with a new “legal” dismissal of Timothee Esprit.
Once again it is shown that in the system of exploitation and injustice, the business groups use the anti-labour laws to strike at workers’ organisation, to put obstacles in the way of trade union action and demands, to silence any voice denouncing the crimes of the imperialists and the genocide in Palestine.
Against the plans of the employers we raise a wall of struggle and solidarity
We express our solidarity with the FNIC CGT and Timothee Esprit in the face of the new attack!
