Los acontecimientos polνticos del ϊltimo perνodo demuestran claramente que nuestras luchas, ante  todo en los lugares de trabajo,  tuvieron y tienen resultados significativos.

Los acontecimientos actuales, las dificultades del gobierno y de los partidos burgueses son algunos de los resultados de las luchas que ha dado PAME. Gracias a estas luchas el Pueblo permaneciσ de pie, no doblσ las rodillas y no se sometiσ a los chantajes y a las polνticas antipopulares bαrbaras. PAME descubriσ la planificaciσn del gobierno, de la plutocracia y de la UE que querian cargar todo el peso de la crisis en el pueblo.  Descubrieron los cuentos sobre la UE y su papel.

         Los partidos burgueses junto con las agencias imperialistas internacionales no renuncian a la polνtica de barbaridad. Tratan de salvar por todos los medios los beneficios de los grupos monopolνsticos y subordinar los trabajadores.

Frente a la crisis que se profundiza y se expande a mαs paνses, movilizan todas sus fuerzas para la protecciσn de su sistema de explotaciσn con una mayor opresiσn econσmica y polνtica a los trabajadores, de los pueblos. Han formado un nuevo gobierno que no tiene nada que ver con el pueblo y sus problemas. Es un gobierno profundamente hostil y su misiσn es de defender de cualquier manera y salvar a los monopolios y destruir el movimiento popular. Quieren con menos reacciones sociales votar y aplicar el nuevo acuerdo y los nuevos memorαndums antipopulares, los que atan de pies y mano al pueblo por muchos aρos.

No tienen ningϊn derecho a votar el nuevo acuerdo y las nuevas medidas brutales primero hasta 2030 y luego realizar elecciones.

El chantaje y la amenaza que al contrario no nos van a dar el sexto plazo no debe pasar. Despuιs de 2 meses nos engaρarαn de nuevo con nuevas medidas y memorαndum para el sιptimo plazo, octavo  y sus amenazas no tendrαn fin.

ELECCIONES AHORA: Los trabajadores de nuestro paνs tienen que superar los dilemas, las amenazas, las provocaciones y basados en su propia amarga experiencia deben debilitar tanto el PASOK (socialdemocratas) como la NUEVA DIMOCRACIA (conservadores).

Deben castigar al mismo tiempo los partidos dispuestos como son  LAOS (nacionalistas), DIMOKRATIKI SIMAXIA (partido neoliberal) y los otros  que estαn dispuestos a apoyar la salvacion de los capitalistas. Deben castigar a los partidos que apoyan la UE, los que han presentado la alianza de lobos de la UE como una Uniσn populista, como una Uniσn de los Pueblos y hasta ahora nos cuentan cuentos que la Uniσn Europea se puede convertir en una uniσn popular.

El nuevo gobierno del frente negro no debe ganar tiempo. Que sea lo mαs corto posible, mαs dιbil adelante a nuestras luchas, frente a nuestro movimiento.

NI UN MINUTO PERDIDO

Sσlo el movimiento obrero, nuestras luchas, nuestra alianza, nuestra solidaridad pueden sacar los trabajadores y a nuestro paνs de la crisis. Ninguna transformaciσn del PASOK y de los otros partidos del sistema y ningϊn otro plan del gobierno no tiene objetivo salvar los trabajadores y el pueblo.

Working women and men, Unemployed people, pensioners, young women and men,

The political developments of the last period incontestably prove that our struggles, first of all our struggles within the workplaces, had and still have significant results.

The result of these struggles, where PAME has placed its seal decisively, is the current developments, the difficulties the government and the bourgeois parties have. Thanks to these struggles, the people remained upright, did not bend to their knees and were not subjugated to their blackmails and to the brutal anti-popular policies. With PAME at the head, the whole planning of the government, of plutocracy and of E.U. to load all the burdens of the crisis onto the people, was revealed. The fairy-tales for the E.U. and its role were revealed.

The bourgeois parties, together with the international imperialist staffs, do not resign from their barbaric policy. They try to save, by any means, the profitability of the monopolistic groups and to subjugate the workers.

Facing the crisis, that deepens and expands in more and more countries, they mobilize all their forces to protect their exploitative system, with greater economic and political oppression of the workers and the peoples. The new government they formed has nothing to do with the people and their problems. It is a government deeply hostile and has got as its mission to defend in every way the salvation of monopolies and to crush the popular movement. They want to vote the new agreement and the new antipopular memoranda that will bind the people for many years, with the least social reactions.

They do not have the right to vote the new agreement and the new brutal measures until 2030 firstly and afterwards call for elections.

The blackmail and the threat that if they do not vote them, the sixth installment will not be given to us, must stop. After 2 months they will blackmail us again with new antipopular measures and memoranda in order for us to take the seventh, the eighth installment and their blackmails will not have an end.

ELECTIONS NOW: The workers of our country, having their own bitter experience, overcoming dilemmas, blackmails and provocations must weaken both PASOK (social democrats) and N.D. (conservatives).

The workers of our country must simultaneously punish parties like LAOS (nationalists), DEMOCRATIC COALITION (liberals) and the other parties that are willing to support the salvation of the capitalists. They must punish the parties that support E.U. and presented the “wolf-alliance” of the European Union as a pro-people union to us, as a Europe of the peoples and they still tell us fairy-tales that it can become pro-people.

The new government of the black front must not buy time. It must be as short as possible, as weak as possible in front of our struggles and our movement.

WE MUST NOT LOSE TIME

Only the labour movement, our struggles, our alliance, our solidarity can lead workers and our country away from the crisis. Neither a transformation of PASOK (social democrats) and of the other parties of the system, nor some other governmental scheme has the target to save the workers and the people.

Their aim is to save the capital and its profitability, to save the bourgeois political system, to keep the people of our country within the pressure of the European “wolf-alliance”.

Elections immediately. Down with the government and the parties of plutocracy. No to the European Union and no to its antipopular memoranda.

Irregularity is their policy and not the struggles of the people.

Deletion of all the debt with the people in power. The means of production (factories, services, mineral resources, roads, ports, land) must become popular property.

Work and food for the people and not memoranda.

Taxation of the profits of the big capital at a 45% rate.

All the antilabour measures and head-taxes must be withdrawn. We must prevent in practice the cut of electricity supply to those who do not pay the head-tax. We continue more militantly the denial of payment.

We will defend in every way our Social Security Funds and our pensions from further looting. All the losses of the social security funds must be immediately covered by the state. The state and the employers must pay their debts. Protective measures for unemployed people. We will defend the lives of our families from hunger, unemployment and degradation.

Οι πολιτικές εξελίξεις του τελευταίου διαστήματος αποδεικνύουν περίτρανα ότι οι αγώνες μας, πριν από όλους αυτοί στους τόπους δουλειάς, είχαν και έχουν σημαντικά αποτελέσματα.

Αποτέλεσμα αυτών των αγώνων, που το ΠΑΜΕ έβαλε την αποφασιστική του σφραγίδα, είναι οι σημερινές εξελίξεις, οι δυσκολίες της κυβέρνησης και των αστικών κομμάτων. Χάριν σε αυτούς τους αγώνες ο λαός έμεινε όρθιος, δε γονάτισε και δεν υποτάχθηκε στους εκβιασμούς και τις βάρβαρες αντιλαϊκές πολιτικές. Με το ΠΑΜΕ μπροστά, αποκαλύφθηκε όλος ο σχεδιασμός κυβέρνησης, πλουτοκρατίας και ΕΕ να φορτώσουν όλα τα βάρη της κρίσης στο λαό. Ξεγυμνώθηκαν τα παραμύθια για την ΕΕ και το ρόλο της.

Τα αστικά κόμματα, μαζί με τα διεθνή ιμπεριαλιστικά επιτελεία, δεν παραιτούνται από τη βάρβαρη πολιτική τους. Προσπαθούν να σώσουν με κάθε μέσο την κερδοφορία των μονοπωλιακών ομίλων και να υποτάξουν τους εργαζόμενους.

Μπροστά στην κρίση, που βαθαίνει και επεκτείνεται σε όλο και περισσότερες χώρες, επιστρατεύουν όλες τους τις δυνάμεις για να προστατεύσουν το εκμεταλλευτικό τους σύστημα, με μεγαλύτερη καταπίεση οικονομική και πολιτική των εργαζόμενων, των λαών. Η νέα κυβέρνηση που συγκρότησαν δεν έχει καμία σχέση με το λαό και τα προβλήματά του. Είναι κυβέρνηση βαθιά εχθρική και έχει ως αποστολή να υπερασπιστεί με κάθε τρόπο τη σωτηρία των μονοπωλίων και να τσακίσει το λαϊκό κίνημα. Θέλουν να ψηφίσουν με τις λιγότερες κοινωνικές αντιδράσεις τη νέα συμφωνία και τα νέα αντιλαϊκά μνημόνια, που θα δέσουν το λαό χειροπόδαρα για πολλά χρόνια.

Δεν έχουν κανένα δικαίωμα να ψηφίσουν πρώτα τη νέα συμφωνία και τα νέα βάρβαρα μέτρα έως το 2030 και μετά να πάνε σε εκλογές.

Ο εκβιασμός και η απειλή, ότι διαφορετικά δεν θα μας δώσουν την έκτη δόση δεν πρέπει να περάσουν. Μετά από 2 μήνες θα μας εκβιάζουν πάλι με νέα αντιλαϊκά μέτρα και μνημόνια για να μας δώσουν την έβδομη, την όγδοη και οι εκβιασμοί τους δε θα έχουν τέλος.

ΕΚΛΟΓΕΣ ΤΩΡΑ: Οι εργαζόμενοι της χώρας μας, στηριγμένοι στην πικρή τους πείρα, ξεπερνώντας διλήμματα, εκβιασμούς και προβοκάτσιες, να κοντύνουν τα πόδια τόσο του ΠΑΣΟΚ όσο και της ΝΔ.

Οι εργαζόμενοι της χώρας μας, στηριγμένοι στην πικρή τους πείρα, ξεπερνώντας διλήμματα, εκβιασμούς και προβοκάτσιες, να κοντύνουν τα πόδια τόσο του ΠΑΣΟΚ όσο και της ΝΔ.

Να τιμωρήσουν ταυτόχρονα τους πρόθυμους, όπως το ΛΑΟΣ, τη ΜΠΑΚΟΓΙΑΝΝΗ και άλλους πρόθυμους να στηρίξουν τη σωτηρία των καπιταλιστών. Να τιμωρήσουν τα κόμματα του ευρωμονόδρομου, που μας παρουσίαζαν την λυκοσυμμαχία της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης ως φιλολαϊκή ένωση, ως Ευρώπη των λαών και ακόμα μας λένε παραμύθια, ότι μπορεί να γίνει φιλολαϊκή.

Η νέα κυβέρνηση του μαύρου μετώπου δεν πρέπει να κερδίσει χρόνο. Να είναι όσο πιο σύντομη, όσο γίνεται πιο αδύναμη μπρος στους αγώνες μας, μπρος στο κίνημα μας.

ΟΥΤΕ ΩΡΑ ΧΑΜΕΝΗ

Μόνο το εργατικό κίνημα, οι αγώνες μας, η συμμαχία μας, η αλληλεγγύη μας μπορούν να βγάλουν τους εργαζόμενους και τη χώρα μας από την κρίση. Καμιά μεταμόρφωση του ΠΑΣΟΚ και των άλλων κομμάτων του συστήματος και κανένα άλλο κυβερνητικό σχήμα δεν έχει στόχο να σώσει τους εργαζόμενους και τον λαό.

Στόχος τους να σώσουν το κεφάλαιο και την κερδοφορία του, να σώσουν το αστικό πολιτικό σύστημα, να κρατήσουν τον λαό μας στη στρούγκα της ευρωπαϊκής λυκοσυμμαχίας.

Άμεσα εκλογές. Κάτω η κυβέρνηση και τα κόμματα της πλουτοκρατίας. Όχι στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και στα αντιλαϊκά της μνημόνια.

Ανωμαλία είναι η πολιτική τους και όχι οι αγώνες του λαού.

Διαγραφή όλου του χρέους με τον λαό στην εξουσία και τα μέσα παραγωγής (εργοστάσια, υπηρεσίες, ορυκτός πλούτος, δρόμοι, λιμάνια, γη) λαϊκή περιουσία.

Δουλειά και ψωμί για το λαό και όχι μνημόνια.

Φορολογία των κερδών του μεγάλου κεφαλαίου με συντελεστή 45%.

Να παρθούν πίσω όλα τα αντεργατικά μέτρα και τα χαράτσια. Να αποτρέψουμε στην πράξη τη διακοπή ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος σε όσους δεν πληρώνουν. Συνεχίζουμε πιο μαχητικά την άρνηση πληρωμών.

Θα υπερασπίσουμε με κάθε μέσο τα Ταμεία μας και τις συντάξεις μας από την παραπέρα λεηλασία. Άμεση κάλυψη όλων των απωλειών των ασφαλιστικών ταμείων από το κράτος. Καταβολή των οφειλών του κράτους και της εργοδοσίας. Μέτρα προστασίας των ανέργων. Θα υπερασπιστούμε τη ζωή των οικογενειών μας από την πείνα, την ανεργία και την εξαθλίωση.

ALL TOGETHER IN THE DEMONSTRATION OF PAME

Working women and men, young women and men

We must be alarmed now, through organization in work places, in popular neighbourhoods, everywhere, through demonstrations in all the cities. In order for us to prevent the new plundering at the expense of the Social Security Funds which exceeds the 12 billion euros.  
They bring a law about Social Security, which imposes further dramatic cuts in main and supplementary pensions, increase of workers’ contributions, reduction of the employers’ contributions, reduction to abolition of the lump-sum, new large decline in whatever is left from the free medical benefits. The state budget foresees 1.4 billion euros less expenses for Social Security Funds in 2012 compared to 2011.  
We must struggle now massively to repel their plans to convert pensions into benefits of a welfare nature. We must struggle now to prevent the destruction of the Social Security Funds, their effort to make us work until we will become very old having meagre benefits.
The power of monopolies can only spread new sufferings; only through the violent impoverishment and degradation of people, the power of monopolies is armed and serves its plans. That is why conflict and rupture with the power of monopolies are imperative until its final overthrow, for a power and an economy that will serve the people. 

Working women and men,
The governments of PASOK (Social democrats) – N.D. (conservatives) have made sure to load the Social Security Funds with bonds amounting over 25 billion euros all the previous years instead of funding them, with the support of the governmental and employers’ trade unionism and of their appointed administrations.
They made laws to force Social Security Funds to outsource the management of their reserves to the bank capital, and that is how we have reached the point today where bankers, industrialists, ship-owners plunder 17 billion euros.
The assurances of the PASOK government that pensions will not be affected are utterly false; that is what they assured after the agreement of July 21. At that time they talked about a salvation agreement and within the following three months a merciless bombardment against the popular rights, against the labour popular income occurred.
It is a lie of wide calibre that the losses of Social Security Funds will be covered by the primary surpluses. A big part of the produced wealth and of the antipopular taxes is directed to repay the lenders of the Greek plutocracy. They will not give even one euro for pensions and funds.
The government deceives and tells lies that pensions and benefits are secured, because:
The state did not ever pay in full its meagre obligations to the Funds, and this had as a result the state to be indebted to the Funds for more than 12 billion euros. It is also a lie that pensions will be covered by workers’ contributions, because unemployment is over 21% and flexible forms of employment are extended. The IKA (Social Security Fund for the private sector employees) lost 800 million euros only from wage reductions in 2011, according to calculations. The evasion of contributions of the businesses is estimated to cost to the Funds 9 billion euros only for the last year.
The government’s position, that the losses of the funds will be covered by the transferring of public property, is a huge deception, because it is sure that whatever is left from the sell-out of public property will be given as compensation.

ORGANIZATION – ACTION EVERYWHERE

            We cannot and we must not tolerate a new crime at the expense of Social Security. We must cancel the final attack against Social Security Funds. The negative developments dynamite the present and the future of Social Security, the future of our children, the new generation in general.
We have a duty to counterattack this attack.
Down with the government and the parties of plutocracy. Popular alliance everywhere in order for us to prevent and to overthrow this policy. For a power and an economy where the people will dominate the wealth they produce, without monopolies, without capitalists. Only this power can secure pensions, health care and high quality services.
Vigilance and readiness are imperative in order for us to give an immediate, massive, militant response and to escalate the struggle against the new antilabour, antipopular attack.
We assert and demand:

  • The losses of Social Security Funds from the “haircut” of the debt to be 100% covered by the state.
  • To safeguard the coverage of the up-to-now losses in full based on the original price of the bonds.
  • State and employers’ debts and reserves that are plundered since 1950 to be returned to the Funds.
  • All reserves of the Funds that are in bonds, shares, mutual funds and other financial products to be withdrawn.

ΤΩΡΑ Η ΕΡΓΑΤΙΚΗ ΤΑΞΗ ΠΡΕΠΕΙ ΝΑ ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΕΙ ΠΙΟ ΜΑΖΙΚΑ

ΠΙΟ ΑΠΟΦΑΣΙΣΤΙΚΑ – ΧΩΡΙΣ ΑΝΑΣΤΟΛΕΣ

Να κάνει ακόμα πιο δύσκολη τη ζωή της κυβέρνησης, των εκμεταλλευτών του και των εκπροσώπων τους, στα κόμματα του ευρωμονόδρομου.

Να αξιοποιήσει την θετική εμπειρία της 48ωρης απεργίας στις 19 και 20 Οκτώβρη, να μην  το βάλει κάτω. Να απορρίψει τους εκβιασμούς, τα διλλήματα που βάζουν η κυβέρνηση, τα κόμματα της πλουτοκρατίας, η Ε.Ε. Να απορρίψει συνολικά τις πολιτικές, τα συμφέροντα και τα κόμματα που τον καταδικάζουν στη φτώχεια, την ανεργία, την εκμετάλλευση.

Η εργατική τάξη, οι αυτοαπασχολούμενοι, η νεολαία, η φτωχή αγροτιά να δυναμώσουν τους ταξικούς αγώνες και τη συμμαχία τους. Να ακουστεί πιο δυνατά, πιο μαχητικά η απαίτησή μας. Κάτω η κυβέρνηση και τα κόμματα της πλουτοκρατίας. Αποδέσμευση από την ΕΕ, να διαγραφεί το χρέος μονομερώς.

Η εργατική τάξη με τη συμμαχία της να σηκώσει ψηλά τη σημαία του αγώνα για τα δικά της συμφέροντα. Να πάρει στα χέρια της και τα μέσα παραγωγής και την εξουσία. Να δυναμώσει τώρα ο αγώνα για να μπει φραγμός σε νέα βάρβαρα μέτρα, σε καινούριες συμφωνίες που επιδιώκουν να σώσουν τα κέρδη του κεφαλαίου. Ακόμα πιο σχεδιασμένα στην οργάνωση της πάλης στους χώρους δουλειάς, στις εργατογειτονιές, παντού με μαζικές συλλογικές διαδικασίες.

Να κάνει ο εργαζόμενος λαός ακόμα πιο σημαντικά βήματα. Να ’ρθει πιο κοντά με το ΠΑΜΕ. Ακόμα πιο ορμητικά να αρνηθεί την  πληρωμή των χαρατσιών. Να  μην τους πληρώσουμε ούτε μισό ευρώ.

Να μη δώσει τη συγκατάθεσή του σε τίποτα, Να κλείσει τα αυτιά του σε καλέσματα για συναίνεση και κοινωνική συνοχή. Δεν υπάρχει κανένα κοινό συμφέρον με τους εκμεταλλευτές του.

Επιδιώκουν να μπλοκάρουν, να εκτονώσουν την οργή, την αγανάκτηση, το θυμό του λαού. Επιδιώκουν να βάλουν εμπόδια στη συνειδητή κι οργανωμένη πάλη για ανατροπή της εξουσίας των μονοπωλίων.

Γι’ αυτό και αξιοποιούν διλλήματα, εκβιασμούς, προβοκάτσιες, την τρομοκρατία, τους «κουκουλοφόρους».

Θέλουν να προχωρήσουν σε δημοψήφισμα, με παραπλανητικά διλήμματα, στήνοντας ένα μηχανισμό απειλών για να λυγίσει η εργατική τάξη, τα λαϊκά στρώματα, για να αρπάξουν το ναι του λαού στη συνέχιση της βάρβαρης πολιτικής. Αξιοποιούν τις συνδικαλιστικές ηγεσίες της ΓΣΕΕ και ΑΔΕΔΥ που είπαν ναι στο δημοψήφισμα με κάποιες προϋποθέσεις.

Το ΠΑΜΕ καλεί την εργατική τάξη, τα λαϊκά στρώματα να τους χαλάσουν τα σχέδια. Με μεγαλύτερη αισιοδοξία να ορθώσουμε τείχος αδιαπέραστο και να πρωτοστατήσουμε να δυναμώσει η παρέμβασή μας στις εξελίξεις .

Να δυναμώσει η αλληλεγγύη ανάμεσα στην εργατική τάξη .

Σε κανέναν που δεν θα πληρώσει το χαράτσι στη ΔΕΗ να μην κοπεί το ρεύμα.

Να μην αφήσουμε να διαλύσουν τα Ασφαλιστικά Ταμεία και να ισοπεδώσουν τις συντάξεις.

Κανένας άνεργος χωρίς υγεία, περίθαλψη, χωρίς τα αναγκαία.

Κανένας μόνος του στην επίθεση των εργοδοτών, στις απολύσεις, στην εφεδρεία.

La conversión del hotel ¨La Mirage¨ en residencia de estudiantil, no es concesión gratuita a los estudiantes y a sus familias, no resuelve el problema. El Hotel La Mirage que está en la Plaza de Omonia, propiedad del Fondo de la Aviación en el nombre de rehabilitación y de la renovación de los edificios antiguos, se convierte en una residencia de estudiantes con un alquiler de 200 euros.

Esto demuestra que los objetivos para la residencia de los estudiantes y para las necesidades de los estudiantes es derivado de la política que quiere las empresas y los monopolios que se entren a las universidades. La creciende necesidad de las residencias de estudiantes crea nuevas oportunidades de ganancia y mientras nuevos cargos para el ingreso popular.

No son necesarias muchas palabras. Que se fortalezca la lucha para que el HOTEL LA MIRAGE y otros lugares también se conviertan en residencias de estudiantes para el alojamiento gratuito de los estudiantes.

Trabajadores, trabajadoras, jovenes,

Alerta ahora, con organizaciσn en los lugares de trabajo, en los barrios populares, en todos los lugares, con manifestaciones en todas las ciudades. Para impedir el nuevo saqueo en contra a los Fondos del Seguro que sube mαs de 12 millones de euros.

Traen una Ley de Seguro con la cual se imponen aϊn mαs recortes dramαticas en las pensiones asistenciales y principales, aumento en las contribuciones laborales, disminuaciσn en las contribuciones empresariales, el masacre hasta la derogaciσn del indemnizaciσn por el retiro, una nueva gran reducciσn en lo que ha quedado en las prestaciones gratuitas de medicinas. El presupuesto estatal prevι 1,4 millones de euros menos para los gastos de los Fondos del Seguro para el 2012 en relaciσn con el 2011.

Ahora lucha masiva, pan popular para rechazar sus planes sobre la conversiσn completa de las pensiones a las prestaciones sociales. Lucha ahora para impedir la disoluciσn de los Fondos del Seguro, para impedir el trabajo hasta a la vejez con bajos beneficios.

El poder de los monopolios sσlo nuevas miserias puede traer, sσlo con la pobreza, la miseria y la violencia puede lograr sus planes. Por eso debemos entrar en conflicto y ruptura con ιl hasta su derrocamiento final, por una economνa y un poder que sirva al pueblo.

Trabajadores, trabajadoras,

Los gobiernos del PASOK (socialdemocratas), del NEA DIMOKRATIA (conservadores) con el apoyo del sindicalismo gubernamental patronal y de sus direcciones designadas con tiempo aseguraron cargar los Fondos del Seguro con bonos por valor de mαs de 25 millones en lugar de financiaciσn.

Aseguraron con leyes la obligaciσn de los Fondos de encargar la gestiσn de las reservas al capital banca y llegamos hoy con que los 17 millones de euros los explotan los banqueros, los industriales, los armadores .

Las garantνas del gobierno de PASOK que no se afectarαn las pesniones son totalmente falsas, asν se aseguraban tras del acuerdo de 21 de Julio. Y en aquel momento hablaban por un acuerdo del salvaje y dentro del tres meses realizaron un bombardeo implacable en contra a los derechos populares, en contra al ingreso popular – laboral.

Es mentira que la pιrdida de los Fondos de Seguro serα cubierta por el superαvit primero. Una gran parte de la riqueza producida y de los impuestos antipopulares estα dirigida a pagar los acreedores de la plutocracia griega. No darαn ni un euro por las pensiones y los Fondos.

El gobierno engaρa cuando dice que las pensiones estαn garantizadas cuando:

El Estado jamαs no ha pagado en su totalidad sus pocas obligaciones en los Fondos con el resultado la acumulaciσn de las deudas de mαs de 12 millones de euros. Es faslo tambiιn, que las pensiones serαn cubiertas por las contribuciones de los trabajadores ya que el desempleo se asume mαs de un 20%, el trabajo flexible se aplica. Sσlo de la reducciσn de los salarios en 2011 segϊn los datos , la Instituciσn de Seguridad Social (IKA) perdiσ casi 800 millones de euros. La evasiσn de cotizaciones empresariales se estima que costarα a los Fondos casi 9 millones de euros solamente para el aρo pasado.

La posiciσn del gobierno que las pιrdidas de los Fondos se cubrirαn por las transferencias de la propiedad pϊblica es un engaρo ya que es seguro que, como compensaciσn se darα lo que queda por la venta de las riqueza pϊblica.

ORGANIZACIΣN Y ACCIΣN EN TODOS LOS LUGARES

No podemos y no debemos tolerar mαs un nuevo crimen contra la Seguridad Social. Tenemos que impedir la matanza de los Fondo de Seguro. Las evoluciσnes negativas caracterizan el presente y el futuro de la Seguridad Social y por extenciσn el futuro de nuestros hijos, de la nueva generaciσn

Tenemos el deber combatir este ataque.

Fuera el gobierno y los partidos de la plutocracia. En todos los lugares alianza popular para impedir esta polνtica y por su derrocamiento. Por un poder y una economνa donde el pueblo domine la riqueza que produce, sin monopolios, sin capitalistas. Sσlo este poder puede garantizar las pensiones, la asistencia sanitaria y servicios de alta calidad.

Hace falta vigilancia y disposiciσn para que se da inmediata, masiva, combativa lucha y para intensificar la lucha contra el nuevo ataque antipopular, antilaboral.

Demandamos y exigimos :

  • Que se cubre el Estado en 100% las pιrdidas de los Fondos de Seguro de la ¨quita¨ de la deuda.

  • Que se garantiza el cubrimiento de las pιrdidas en su totalidad en base del precio original de los bonos.

  • Que se devuelvan a los Fondos las deudas del estado y de los empleadores y las que han saqueado desde 1950 .

  • Que se retiren todas las reservas de los Fondos por bonos, capital mutuo y otros productos financieros.

ΟΛΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΟΛΕΣ ΣΤΟ ΣΥΛΛΑΛΗΤΗΡΙΟ ΤΟΥ ΠΑΜΕ ΠΕΜΠΤΗ 10 ΝΟΕΜΒΡΗ ΣΤΗΝ ΟΜΟΝΟΙΑ ΣΤΙΣ 6μ.μ.

Εργαζόμενοι, εργαζόμενες, νέοι και νέες,

Συναγερμός τώρα, με οργάνωση στους τόπους δουλειάς, στις λαϊκές γειτονιές, παντού, με συλλαλητήρια σε όλες τις πόλεις. Για να εμποδίσουμε τη νέα λεηλασία σε βάρος των Ασφαλιστικών Ταμείων που ανέρχεται σε πάνω από 12 δις.

Φέρνουν ασφαλιστικό νόμο, όπου επιβάλλονται δραματικές παραπέρα περικοπές σε κύριες κι επικουρικές συντάξεις, αύξηση εργατικών εισφορών, μείωση εργοδοτικών εισφορών, σφαγιασμό έως και κατάργηση των εφάπαξ, νέα μεγάλη συρρίκνωση σε ό,τι έχει απομείνει σε δωρεάν ιατροφαρμακευτικές παροχές. Ο κρατικός προϋπολογισμός προβλέπει 1,4 δις λιγότερες δαπάνες για τα Ασφαλιστικά Ταμεία για το 2012 σε σχέση με το 2011.

Αγώνας τώρα μαζικός, παλλαϊκός για να αποκρούσουμε τα σχέδια τους για την πλήρη μετατροπή των συντάξεων σε επιδόματα προνοιακού χαρακτήρα. Αγώνας τώρα για να εμποδίσουμε τη διάλυση των Ασφαλιστικών Ταμείων, τη δουλειά μέχρι τα βαθιά γεράματα με πενιχρές παροχές.

Η εξουσία των μονοπωλίων μόνο νέες δυστυχίες μπορεί να σπείρει, μόνο με τη βίαιη φτωχοποίηση και εξαθλίωση του λαού θωρακίζεται και υπηρετεί τα σχέδιά της. Για αυτό επιβάλλεται η σύγκρουση και η ρήξη μαζί της μέχρι την τελική της ανατροπή, για μια εξουσία και οικονομία που θα υπηρετεί το λαό.

Εργαζόμενοι, εργαζόμενες,

Οι κυβερνήσεις ΠΑΣΟΚ – ΝΔ διαχρονικά φρόντισαν να φορτώσουν τα Ασφαλιστικά Ταμεία με ομόλογα ύψους άνω των 25 δις αντί χρηματοδότησης, με τη στήριξη του εργοδοτικού κυβερνητικού συνδικαλισμού και τις διορισμένες διοικήσεις τους.

Φρόντισαν με νόμους να υποχρεώσουν τα Ταμεία, να αναθέτουν τη διαχείριση των αποθεματικών στο τραπεζικό κεφάλαιο, έτσι φτάσαμε σήμερα 17 δις ευρώ περίπου να τα ξεκοκαλίζουν οι τραπεζίτες, οι βιομήχανοι, οι εφοπλιστές.

Οι διαβεβαιώσεις της κυβέρνησης του ΠΑΣΟΚ ότι δε θα θιγούν οι συντάξεις είναι πέρα για πέρα ψευδείς, έτσι διαβεβαίωναν μετά τη συμφωνία της 21ης Ιουλίου. Και τότε μιλούσαν για μια συμφωνία σωτηρίας και στους τρεις μήνες που ακολούθησαν συντελέσθηκε ένας ανελέητος βομβαρδισμός εναντίον των λαϊκών δικαιωμάτων, εναντίον του εργατικού λαϊκού εισοδήματος.

Είναι ψέμα ολκής, ότι οι απώλειες των Ασφαλιστικών Ταμείων θα καλυφθούν από πρωτογενή πλεονάσματα. Ένα μεγάλο μέρος του παραγόμενου πλούτου και των αντιλαϊκών φόρων κατευθύνεται στην αποπληρωμή των δανειστών της ελληνικής πλουτοκρατίας. Δε θα δώσουν ούτε ένα ευρώ για συντάξεις και Ταμεία.

Η κυβέρνηση εξαπατά και κοροϊδεύει, ότι είναι διασφαλισμένες οι συντάξεις κι οι παροχές, αφού:

Ποτέ το κράτος δεν πλήρωσε στο ακέραιο τις πενιχρές του υποχρεώσεις προς τα Ταμεία, με αποτέλεσμα να έχουν συσσωρευτεί οφειλές προς αυτά πάνω από 12 δις ευρώ. Ψέμα είναι, επίσης, ότι οι συντάξεις θα καλύπτονται από εισφορές των εργαζομένων, αφού η ανεργία είναι πάνω από 20%, οι ελαστικές εργασιακές σχέσεις θεριεύουν. Μόνο από τις μειώσεις μισθών το 2011, σύμφωνα με υπολογισμούς, έχασε το ΙΚΑ 800 εκατ. ευρώ. Η εισφοροδιαφυγή των επιχειρήσεων υπολογίζεται ότι στοίχισε στα Ταμεία μόνο τον τελευταίο χρόνο 9 δις.

Η θέση της κυβέρνησης, ότι οι απώλειες των Ταμείων θα καλυφθούν από μεταβιβάσεις δημοσίων ακινήτων είναι σκέτη κοροϊδία, αφού το βέβαιο είναι, ότι σαν αντιστάθμισμα θα δοθεί ό,τι έχει μείνει στα ράφια από το ξεπούλημα του δημοσίου πλούτου.

ΟΡΓΑΝΩΣΗ – ΔΡΑΣΗ ΠΑΝΤΟΥ

Δεν μπορούμε και δεν πρέπει να ανεχθούμε ένα νέο έγκλημα σε βάρος της Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης. Πρέπει να ματαιώσουμε τη χαριστική βολή στα Ασφαλιστικά Ταμεία. Οι αρνητικές εξελίξεις δυναμιτίζουν το παρόν και το μέλλον της Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης, κατ’ επέκταση και το μέλλον των παιδιών μας, της νέα γενιάς γενικότερα.

Έχουμε χρέος να αντιπαλέψουμε αυτή την επίθεση.

Κάτω η κυβέρνηση και τα κόμματα της πλουτοκρατίας. Παντού λαϊκή συμμαχία για την παρεμπόδιση αυτής της πολιτικής και την ανατροπή της. Για μια εξουσία και οικονομία, όπου ο λαός θα διαφεντεύει τον πλούτο που παράγει, χωρίς μονοπώλια, χωρίς καπιταλιστές. Μόνο αυτή η εξουσία μπορεί να διασφαλίσει τις συντάξεις, την ιατροφαρμακευτική περίθαλψη και παροχές υψηλού επιπέδου.

Απαιτείται εγρήγορση και ετοιμότητα να δοθεί άμεση, μαζική, αγωνιστική απάντηση και να κλιμακωθεί η πάλη εναντίον της νέας αντεργατικής, αντιλαϊκής επίθεσης.

Διεκδικούμε κι απαιτούμε:

  • Να καλυφθούν στο 100% από το κράτος οι απώλειες των Ασφαλιστικών Ταμείων από το «κούρεμα» του χρέους.

  • Να διασφαλιστεί η κάλυψη των μέχρι τώρα απωλειών στο ακέραιο με βάση την αρχική τιμή των ομολόγων.

  • Να επιστραφούν στα Ταμεία οι οφειλές κράτους κι εργοδοσίας και τα λεηλατηθέντα αποθεματικά από το 1950.

  • Να αποσυρθούν όλα τα αποθεματικά των Ταμείων από ομόλογα, μετοχές, αμοιβαία κεφάλαια και άλλα χρηματοπιστωτικά προϊόντα.

Μήνυμα του Π.Α.ΜΕ για την 71η επέτειο της 28ης  Οκτωβρίου

Οι λαμπρές σελίδες που έγραψαν λαοί στο μεγάλο αντιφασιστικό έπος του δεύτερου παγκοσμίου πολέμου, στη πατρίδα μας, στη Σοβιετική Ένωση και σε όλο τον κόσμο θα εμπνέει για πάντα όσους αγωνίζονται για μια κοινωνία δίκαιη χωρίς την καπιταλιστική εκμετάλλευση. 

Το έπος της Εθνικής αντίστασης και του Δημοκρατικού Στρατού Ελλάδας και ο αγώνας εκατομμυρίων εργατών, αγροτών, νεολαίας, αποτελεί ζωντανό παράδειγμα και εμπνέει την Εργατική τάξη και τους λαούς που σήμερα αγωνίζονται ενάντια στην Ε.Ε, το κεφάλαιο, την καπιταλιστική βαρβαρότητα, και τις πολιτικοσυνδικαλιστικές δυνάμεις που τους υπηρετούν.

Καμιά βρώμικη πένα δεν μπορεί να διαστρεβλώσει και να σβήσει αυτό το έπος. Είναι οι ίδιες πένες και δυνάμεις που εκείνη την περίοδο καλλιεργούσαν τον συμβιβασμό και την υποταγή στις δυνάμεις του άξονα, που συνεργάσθηκαν μαζί του. 

Το ΠΑΜΕ το ταξικό συνδικαλιστικό κίνημα μπροστά στις  δύσκολες συνθήκες που βιώνει ο εργατόκοσμος και στα νέα βάρβαρα μέτρα που αποφασίσθηκαν στη σύνοδο κορυφής της Ε.Ε, καλεί τους εργαζόμενους, τα λαϊκά στρώματα να δώσουν με μεγαλύτερη αποφασιστικότητα τη μάχη ενάντια στην επίθεση της κυβέρνησης, Ε.Ε κεφαλαίου, και την ανατροπή που συντρίβουν την ζωή του.

Μια είναι η απάντηση απέναντι στην μεγαλύτερη επίθεση που δέχεται ο λαός. Κάτω η κυβέρνηση και τα κόμματα της πλουτοκρατίας. Οι δημιουργοί του πλούτου, η Ε.Τ και τα λαϊκά στρώματα με το δυνάμωμα της συμμαχία τους  να ανατρέψουν τις αντεργατικές πολιτικές του κεφαλαίου, την καπιταλιστική βαρβαρότητα και στην σημαία τους να γράψουν την κατάργηση της εκμετάλλευσης ανθρώπου από άνθρωπο.
