Las centenas de organizaciones sindicales (Federaciones, Centros Laborales, Sindicatos de Base y Comitιs Obreros de Lucha) que aglutina el PAME, protagonista en la lucha para la reconstrucciσn del movimiento sindical y su descarga de los pesos del sindicalismo gubernamental y patronal, dirigimos un llamamiento combativo y comϊn a todos los trabajadores de nuestro paνs.

Hacemos un llamamiento para un levantamiento general, para la organizaciσn y concentraciσn de las fuerzas para ganar la guerra que nos ha declarado el capital, el gobierno y la Troika. |
El gobierno, la U.E., provisionaron a los empresarios y las grandes empresas en general con un marco legislativo brutal antilaboral, que durante el prσximo periodo se incrementarα con nuevos antilaborales legislaciones.
La crisis capitalista y sus consecuencias traen decenas de miles de nuevos trabajadores en una situaciσn del desempleo, de pobreza y de miseria.
El resultado serα una Guerra ilimitada por los empresarios que quieren eliminar cada derecho y conquista, reducir aϊn mαs los salarios, los sueldos y los derechos sociales fundamentales de la Seguridad Social, de las Pensiones, de la Salϊd, de la protecciσn contra los accidentes y los peligros profesionales.
Las fαbricas, las construcciones, las oficinas, las escuelas, las clνnicas y los lugares de trabajo en general se transormarán en galeras mediavales, antilaborales si no os organizamos y si no organizamos nuestra lucha.
Los trabajadores trabajarán según el beneficio y los planes de los monopolios y del gran capital. Donde él quiera, los dias y las horas que quiera y se pagarán si lo desea la patronal. Las principales victimas de este ataque brutal son las mujeres y nuestros hijos.
En esta guerra generalizada y extendida puede existir defensa eficaz y un plan de ofensiva por parte de los trabajadores, la clase obrera y las otras capas populares de nuestro pais.

ü Se impone que ningún trabajador sea solo y desamparado. Que respondamos con una organización fuerte en cada lugar de trabajo, con aplicaciones masivas en los sindicatos clasistas, con una buena organización de los sindicatos, con direcciones que sean comprometidas con nuestros intereses y no a los empresarios y al cada gobierno. ü Que respondamos con una acción unida en cada sector con apoyo mutúo y con solidaridad entre los trabajadores en todos los sectores, en los lugares de trabajo y en los barrios. Unidad clasista en cada sector, en cada fabrica, en cada empresa contra los empresarios, contra el gobierno, la UE, y las direcciones sindicalistas comprometidas . ü Cada empresario que ya haya reducido los salarios y haya hecho cambios en los horarios, los contratos laborales o plantea hacerlo, debe ser enfrentado por todos los Sindicatos del sector, todos los trabajadores de la region que está la fabrica. Que hagamos practica «todos para uno y uno para todos». |
Compañeras, compañeros,
Sólo un movimiento sindical clasista, como proponen las fuerzas de PAME, puede dominar en este plan de acción, de defensa y de contraataque de los trabajadores.
PAME con su acción, con su experiencia y sobre todo con su posición y su coherencia está listo a dar todas sus fuerzas por un capaz y un solvente movimiento sindical.
Las mayorias de la GSEE y ADEDY ni quieren ni pueden responder a este deber. Fueron y siguen siendo unas de las partes mas activas que han aplicado en el pasado y aplican hoy estas politicas barbaries. Estas direcciones en su mayoria constituyen una burocrácia organizada que tiene estrechos vinculos con la patronal. Es la aristocracia obrera que tiene interes y objetivo a mantener la situación de miseria en nuestro movimiento sindical.
Nos llaman para corregir el PASOK y su gobierno. Nos prometen una mejor Nueva Democracia y una menos antilaboral UE.
En condiciones de crisis capitalista su actitud, su papel es igual de peligroso de lo que fue en los años anteriores que han desarmado ideologica y organizativamente a la clase obrera.
Aquellos que argumentan que el derrocamiento de todas las relaciones laborales y la vuelta en condiciones medievales de trabajo, se han impuesto para salvar a Grecia por los deficits y las deudas. Son mentirosos, hipocritas y engañan. Estas medidas sirven al gran capital, los monopolios y las multinacionales. Están previstas hace años por la U.E, la Confederación de Empresarios de Grecia, los banqueros, los empresarios y ahora las promueven bajo el pretexto de la deuda y los deficits. Es resultado de una estrategia común que han elaborado juntos en el marco de la UE. No son medidas de ocupación, como dicen varios hasta el Santo Sínodo de la Iglésia, sino se trata de medidas que sirven a la burguesía y al gran capital.
Compañeras, compañeros,
Les llamamos a pensar y todos – todas juntos a conversar.¿Qué puede ser el futuro, la salida de esta situacion? ¿Vamos a sacrificar nuestros derechos y los de nuestros hijos por un desarollo que sea una vez mas el vestibulo de una crisis capitalista aún peor ? ¿Nuestras luchas, nuestro futuro, nuestra prespectiva será solo para defendernos?

Nosotros decimos que NO. No puede ni debe ser este el futuro y nuestra perspectiva. |
Tenemos la fuerza de cambiar esta situación, porque nosotros somos la mayoria aplastante, nosotros producimos toda la riqueza y porque sin nosotros las máquinas no funcionan.
Urge la creación de un movimiento de resistencia masivo, fuerte y bien organizado para:
ü Impedir el ataque (golpe) y la abolición de los Convenios laborales, la reducción de los salarios y los sueldos.
ü Impedir los desempleos, los cambios de los horarios, el trabajo sin seguro.
ü Impedir la abolición de la institución de las Profesiones Graves, la conversión de los Hospitales en mecanísmos de bandolerismo a costas de la salúd del pueblo.
ü Impedir la privatización ya generalizada y la uitlización de la riqueza pública y la insfraestructura (de los medios de transporte, la electricidad, las telecomunicaciones, los puertos, los bosques, las playas, etc) por el capital.
ü Defender los desempleados y sus familias por los bancos, por aquellos que se tratan cortarles la electricidad, el teléfono, de aquellos que se niegan ofrecer seguridad social porque no tienen sellos.
Podemos porque existen la fuerzas para hacerlo, que pueden y quieren unir la clase obrera, los que trabajan por cuenta propia, los pequeños comerciantes, los campesinos pobres y medianos, la juventud y las mujeres en un frente social-político popular contra al capital, su partidos, imperialismo y sus mecanísmos.
Son el PAME (Frente Militante de Trabajadores de Grecia), la PASEVE (Coalición Antimonopolista de Artesanos, Comerciantes y Trabajadores por cuenta propia, de Toda Grecia), la PASY (Asociación Combativa de todos los campesinos de Grecia), el MAS (Frente Militante Estudiantil), la OGE (Federación de Mujeres de Grecia) que han creado ya este frente social común.
En este camino de la nesecaria defensa y de resistencia en la guerra del capital, de los partidos y de Troika. En este camino del contraataque y de la perspectiva les llamamos, a los trabajadores y los sindicatos a apoyarnos. Proponemos (nuestras organizaciones se preparan para esto) que se dé un continuación a nuestra acción con una respuesta común de huelga a fines de enero, a principios de febrero por los asuntos anteriores contra el capital, el gobierno .

El Secretariado Ejecutivo de PAME saluda las luchas fuertes, dinamicas y clasistas que diσ la clase obrera durante el aρo pasado contra las polνticas antipopulares del capital, de los gobiernos de la ND, del PASOK, de la Union Europea.
Estas diverzas luchas, constituyen un logro importante. Llevan el movimiento sindical clasista un paso mas cerca a la altura de las circustancias y de las crecientes nesecidades de la lucha de clase en un momento que la agresividad de las fuerzas del capital y el ataque antilaboral del gobierno se define en todos los ambitos como mαs resistente y mas brutal.
El Frente Militante de Todos los Trabajadores desea y lucha para que el aρo nuevo, el 2011sea un aρo del contraataque eficaz, aρo de la lucha clasista victoriosa que la clase obrera, la clase social protagonista junto con otras capas populares abra el camino para que se haga realidad su misiσn historica.
El aρo pasado, nosotros los trabajadores y todas las capas populares hemos visto claramente la cara repulsiva del sistema bαrbaro, inhumano capitalista en que vivimos. Vivimos las consecuencias de la crisis generalizada. Vivimos las politicas del gobierno, de la Uniσn Europea, de la FMI, de las medidas bαrbaras del memorαndum, en general del capital que lo estαn sirviendo para que supere su crisis. Se echaron en la Ceada los derechos salariales, laborales y sociales y de seguro de la clase obrera, de todos los trabajadores, de las capas populares pobres y nos conducen a la completa inseguridad y la pobreza. Estas condiciones se convierten a la piedra de toque donde nos juzgamos todos por el pasado, el presente y el futuro. Estas condiciones muestran los responsables y los complices del ataque antipopular del gobierno. Y ellos son los partidos de la plutocracia, PASOK, ND, LAOS las nuevas formaciones que derivan de ellos, y tambiιn fuerzas como el SYN- SIRIZA que junto con todos aquellos fueron alineadas con la estrategia del capital, la famosa competitividad. Junto con todos ellos el sindicalismo gubernamental patronal de GSEE y ADEDY, que con el consenso y el diαlogo social actuaban en comϊn en la Edad Media laboral, salarial, la de la seguridad social que vivimos nosotros y que vivirα mucho peor la proxima generacion.
Esta realidad lugrube que nos llena indignaciσn y disuelve las ilusiones y las teorνas sobre la humanizacion del sistema, pone objetivamente cuestiones historicas con cuya respuesta se determinara el futuro de nuestro pueblo. La clase obrera en estas cuestiones responde activamente con las luchas que desarollamos como movimiento sindical clasista el periodo anterior. Contestamos con nuestra contribuciσn en la configuraciσn de la alianza social necesaria de ofensiva popular que constituyen PAME, PASY, PASEVE, MAS, OGE, una alianza social que aparece como referencia adversaria en la politica antipopular gubernamental. Contestamos con el Marco de Reivindicacion sobre los derechos de los trabajadores y por la perspectiva de cambios sociales mαs αmplio. Respondemos dinαmicamente y combativamente para impedir el ataque diario del gobierno. Respondemos con guerra clasista en la guerra antiaboral diaria, econσmica, ideolσgica y social que sufrimos por el gobierno, los medios de la comunicaciσn y cualquier otra actividad realizada en la capital. Respondemos exponiendo y condenando el cσmplice politico y sindical del capital. Somos mejor equipados con la experiencia rica de nuestras luchas anteriores. Todo esto es nuestra fuerza. De todo esto surge nuestro optimismo y confianza de que finalmente no pasarα mucho tiempo para hagamos realidad nuestro lema segϊn el que ES EL DERECHO DEL TRABAJADOR ES LA LEY. En 2011 podemos hacer lo que debemos para que sea el aρo que volverα esta consigna mαs cercana.

The Executive Committee of PAME congratulates the working class on its strong and dynamic class struggle against the governments of Nea Demokratia and PASOK, and against the hostile EU policies aimed at the people of Greece in 2010.
These multifaceted struggles are a sacred heritage, as they bring the class labour movement one step closer in the inevitable workers´ struggle. This struggle is intensifying as the offensive of the forces of capital and the ever-strengthening attack of the government on the workers manifest themselves in all areas of our lives.
PAME wishes 2011 to be a year of a conclusive counter-offensive and a year of conclusive victories in the class struggle. This is the year when the working class will become the leading social class and together with the people´s strata will open the way toward realizing its historical mission. PAME will continue its struggle to achieve these goals.
In 2010, the year that has passed, we the workers and the popular strata saw the hideous face of the barbarian inhuman capitalist system in which we live. We continue to face the consequences of the world crisis in our daily lives. We continue to face the policies of the government, the European Union, the IMF, and the memoranda that aim to destroy the workers. Every day in our lives we continue to encounter the capital that they serve. To deal with the world crisis, they have thrown the wages, the labour and social security rights of the working class, the working people and the poor into the abyss, and as result we have been experiencing enormous insecurity, uncertainty and poverty. These conditions are the cornerstone by which we will be judged for our past, present and future. These conditions point a finger at those who are responsible for, and are accomplices in, the government’s unprecedented offensive. The responsibility lies with the political parties of the plutocracy – PASOK, ND, LAOS and the various new forms which have emerged from them, together with other forces such as SYN-SYRIZA, which have aligned themselves with the strategy of capital and its infamous competitiveness. GSEE and ADEDY, as agents of the government´s labour movement, are together with them in the same basket. By giving their consent and by participating in the social dialogues, they have become accomplices in creating mediaeval labour wages and social security for us. This is even more aggravating for the new generation.
This gloomy reality angers us. It dissolves all illusions, self-deception and theories about humanising this system. It poses historical questions in an objective manner, and demands answers which will determine the future of our people.
We, the working class and all the working people, responded to these questions through the struggles that we carried out as a class labour movement in the course of 2010. We responded with our contribution when we found it necessary to form a social alliance of the people´s counter-offensive. The aspiring founder members of this alliance are PAME, PASY, PASEVE, MAS and OGE. This social alliance has put fear into our opponents within the ranks of the government in its aggression against the people. We have responded within the framework of our claims concerning the immediate rights of the working people, bearing in mind the future social changes in general. We have responded through our dynamic fight to thwart the government´s daily aggression against the working people. We have responded by leading a class war against the anti-labour, economic, ideological and social war on a daily basis, which is being conducted against us by the government, by the media, and by the rest of the active forces of capital. We have responded by unmasking and condemning the syndicate that plays the role of a political accomplice in the service of capital. Our past struggles have enriched our experience, and as a result we can state that we are now better equipped to continue in our struggle. All this demonstrates our strength and our high expectations. The results of our struggle form the basis for our justified optimism and certainty – the day will soon come when our slogan THE RULE OF LAW MEANS THE WORKER’S RIGHTS will be fulfilled. 2011 will be a year when we will do what we must do. We will continue to follow our slogan in our struggle, which will end only when our goals are fulfilled.

Dear colleagues,
We call for a general uprising, organization and concentration of forces so that we come out as winners in the war that capital, government and Troika have declared
The hundreds of trade union organizations (Federations, Regional Trade Union Centers, First – Degree Trade Unions and Committees of workers) that form PAME, which leads the struggle for the reconstruction of the trade union movement and its release from the weights of the employers’ and governmental trade unionism, we address a call of rally and common struggle to all the workers of our country.
The government, the E.U. have equipped the employers and the big capital as a whole with a brutal antilabour legal framework, which will be increased with new anti-labour legislation in the next period.
The capitalist crisis and its consequences bring tens of thousands of new workers into a state of long-term unemployment, poverty and degradation.
The result will be a merciless war without a time limit launched by the employers, who want to eliminate every labour right and conquest, to reduce as much as they can the salaries, day-wages and the fundamental social rights in Social Security, pensions, Health, Welfare, protection from labour accidents and occupational risks.
The factories, construction places, offices, schools, clinics and all the working places will be transformed – and this does not involve any element of exaggeration – in medieval, anti-labour galleys, if we will not be organized and will not organize our struggle.
The workers will work according to the profitability and the plans of monopolies, big capital, whenever the employer wants, the days – hours the employer wants and they will be paid as much as the employer wants. The major victims of this brutal attack are the women and our children.

No worker should be alone, isolated and unprotected. We must respond with a strong organization at every working place, with mass registrations in the class-oriented trade unions, with good organization of the Trade Unions, with leaderships who will be committed to our interests and not to the employers and to every government.

We must respond with a unified action in every sector, with mutual support and solidarity among the workers of all sectors, in the working places and the neighbourhoods. Class-oriented unity in every sector, factory, in every enterprise against employers, government, E.U. and subjugated trade union leaderships.

Every employer who has already reduced wages, changed the working hours, abolished the sectoral agreements or attempts to do so, must be faced by all the Trade Unions of the sector, all the workers of the area where the factory / the working place is located, by all the workers as a total. We must apply in our everyday life the motto “all for one and one for all”.
In this war that will be generalized and escalated there can be an effective defense and a plan of victorious counterattack can be ensured by workers, the working class and the other popular strata of our country.
Dear fellow workers,
Only such a class-oriented trade union movement, as PAME forces propose, can lead an action plan like this, an action plan of workers’ defense and counterattack.
PAME through its actions and experience and particularly due to its demands and consistency is ready to give all its forces for such a capable and reliable trade union movement.
The majorities of governmental and employers’ trade unionism in private and public sector (GSEE – ADEDY) neither want nor can respond to this task. They were and currently are one of the most active parts of the parties which have applied in the past and currently apply these brutal policies. These leaderships are in their majorities an organized bureaucracy that has close relations with the employers. They are the labour aristocracy which has got the interest and the aim to maintain the miserable situation that exists in our trade union movement.
They call us to correct the PASOK (socialdemocrats) and its government, they promise us a better N.D. (conservatives) and a supposedly less antilabour E.U.
In conditions of capitalist crisis their attitude, their role is equally dangerous as it was the previous years that they ideologically and organizationally disarmed the working class.
All these who claim that the overthrow of the working relations as a whole and the return to medieval working conditions are imposed to save Greece from the deficits and debts, are liars, hypocrites and the deliberately deceive people. These measures serve the big capital, monopolies and multinationals. They are pre-planned many years ago by E.U., the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, bankers, shipowners who now promote them under the pretext of debts and deficits. It is the result of the unified strategy that they have elaborated all together, within the E.U. framework. These are not measures of occupation, as several people and the Holy Synod of the Greek Church claim, but they are measures that serve the bourgeois class, the big capital.
Dear co-workers,
We say no. Neither it can, nor should it be our future and perspective.
We call you to think and all together discuss. What could be the future, the way out of this situation? Will we sacrifice the rights of our children and our own for a development which will again be the beginning of an even worse capitalist crisis? Will our struggles, future and perspective be running in defending ourselves from the repeated antilabor salvos of the forces of capital?
We have the power to change this situation, because ultimately we are the vast majority and we produce all the wealth.
The creation of a massive, vigorous and well organized movement of resistance is urgent to:

Prevent the hit and dissolution of the sectoral Collective Labour Agreements, the reduction of salaries and day-wages.

Prevent the dismissals, the changes of working hours, the uninsured work.
-
Prevent the abolition of Heavy and Unwholesome Occupations, the conversion of hospitals into predatory mechanisms at the expense of the health of the people.

Prevent the generalized privatization and the utilization of the entire public wealth and infrastructure by the capital (mass transportation means, energy, telecommunications, ports, forests, beaches etc.)

Defend the unemployed people and their families from the predatory of the banks, from those who attempt to cut their electricity, telephone, from those who refuse to treat them because the do not have stamps.
We can, because there are the forces to do so, the forces that can and want to unite the working class, the self-employed people, the small-skilled tradesmen and craftsmen, the poor and medium-skilled farmers, the youth and women in a unified, popular socio-political front against the capital and its parties, imperialism and its mechanisms.
It is the PAME (All Workers Militant Front), PASEVE (Panhellenic Antitrust Coalition of Tradesmen – Craftsmen), PASY (All Farmers Militant Coalition), MAS (Students’ Front of Struggle), OGE (Federation of Women in Greece) that have already created the seed of this unified social front, the small brooks which we will make huge rivers that will bring forces in the large popular front.
Our “prize”, the “prize” for the people will be a centrally planned economy, having the basic and concentrated means of production as popular property that will operate and produce under our own labour control, having as a sole criterion to satisfy the popular needs.
We call you in this way, in the way of the necessary defence and resistance to the war launched by the capital, its parties and the Troika. We call you, all the workers and trade unions, in the way of counterattack and perspective to offer your support.
In this way the sacrifices that are needed, are worthwhile and well spent.
We suggest (our organizations are being prepared for it) to continue our action through a unified strike response to the capital, government for the above mentioned issues, in the end of January or in the beginning of February.

Η Εκτελεστική Γραμματεία του ΠΑΜΕ χαιρετίζει τους δυνατούς, δυναμικούς, ταξικούς αγώνες που έδωσε η εργατική τάξη τη χρονιά που πέρασε ενάντια στις αντιλαϊκές πολιτικές του κεφαλαίου, των κυβερνήσεων της ΝΔ και του ΠΑΣΟΚ, της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.
Αυτοί οι πολύμορφοι αγώνες, αποτελούν σπουδαία παρακαταθήκη. Φέρνουν το ταξικό συνδικαλιστικό κίνημα ένα βήμα πιο κοντά στο ύψος των περιστάσεων και των αυξημένων αναγκών της ταξικής πάλης σε μια στιγμή που η επιθετικότητα των δυνάμεων του κεφαλαίου και η αντεργατική επέλαση της κυβέρνησης προδιαγράφεται σε όλους τους τομείς, πιο σκληρή και πιο στυγνή.
Το Πανεργατικό Αγωνιστικό Μέτωπο εύχεται και παλεύει για να γίνει η νέα χρονιά, το 2011 που έρχεται, η χρονιά της αποτελεσματικής αντεπίθεσης, η χρονιά των αποτελεσματικών νικηφόρων ταξικών αγώνων, η χρονιά που η εργατική τάξη, η πρωτοπόρα κοινωνική τάξη, μαζί με τα άλλα λαϊκά στρώματα θα ανοίξει το δρόμο για να γίνει πράξη η ιστορική αποστολή της.
Τη χρονιά που φεύγει, εμείς οι εργαζόμενοι, όλα τα λαϊκά στρώματα, είδαμε ξεκάθαρα το αποκρουστικό πρόσωπο του βάρβαρου, απάνθρωπου καπιταλιστικούς συστήματος που ζούμε. Βιώνουμε τις συνέπειες από την γενικευμένη κρίση του. Βιώνουμε τις πολιτικές της κυβέρνησης, της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, του ΔΝΤ, των εργατοκτόνων μνημονίων τους, γενικά του κεφαλαίου που το υπηρετούν και για το ξεπέρασμα της κρίσης του, ρίχνουν στον καιάδα τα μισθολογικά, εργασιακά, κοινωνικοασφαλιστικά δικαιώματα της εργατικής τάξης, όλων των εργαζομένων, των φτωχών λαϊκών στρωμάτων και μας οδηγούν σε πλήρη ανασφάλεια, αβεβαιότητα και εξαθλίωση. Αυτές οι συνθήκες γίνονται αντικειμενικά η λυδία λίθος όπου κρινόμαστε όλοι για το παρελθόν, το παρόν και το μέλλον. Αυτές οι συνθήκες δείχνουν και τους αίτιους, συναίτιους και συνένοχους της πρωτοφανούς αντιλαϊκής κυβερνητικής επέλασης. Και αυτοί είναι τα κόμματα της πλουτοκρατίας, το ΠΑΣΟΚ, η ΝΔ, το ΛΑΟΣ τα νέα μορφώματα που απορρέουν από αυτά, αλλά και αυτές οι δυνάμεις, όπως ο ΣΥΝ-ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, που μαζί με όλους αυτούς συντάχθηκαν με τη στρατηγική του κεφαλαίου, τη διαβόητη ανταγωνιστικότητα. Μαζί με όλους αυτούς και ο κυβερνητικός εργοδοτικός συνδικαλισμός σε ΓΣΕΕ και της ΑΔΕΔΥ, που με τη συναίνεση και τους κοινωνικούς διαλόγους, συνέπραξε στους εργασιακούς, μισθολογικούς και κοινωνικοασφαλιστικούς μεσαίωνες που ζούμε εμείς και πολύ χειρότερα η νέα γενιά.
Αυτή η ζοφερή πραγματικότητα που μας γεμίζει οργή και διαλύει τις ψευδαισθήσεις, τις αυταπάτες και τις θεωρίες για εξανθρωπισμό του συστήματος, βάζει αντικειμενικά επί τάπητος ιστορικά ερωτήματα που από την απάντηση που θα δοθεί σε αυτά θα κριθεί το μέλλον του λαού μας. Σ’ αυτά τα ερωτήματα η εργατική τάξη, όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι απαντάμε έμπρακτα με τους αγώνες που κάναμε ως ταξικό συνδικαλιστικό κίνημα όλο το προηγούμενο διάστημα. Απαντάμε με τη συμβολή μας στη διαμόρφωση της αναγκαίας κοινωνικής συμμαχίας της λαϊκής αντεπίθεσης που τα ελπιδοφόρα φύτρα της αποτελούν το ΠΑΜΕ, η ΠΑΣΥ, η ΠΑΣΕΒΕ, το ΜΑΣ, η ΟΓΕ, μια κοινωνική συμμαχία που προβάλει ως το αντίπαλο δέος στην κυβερνητική αντιλαϊκή επέλαση. Απαντάμε με το διεκδικητικό πλαίσιο για τα άμεσα δικαιώματα των εργαζομένων αλλά και για την προοπτική των γενικότερων κοινωνικών αλλαγών. Απαντάμε αγωνιστικά δυναμικά για την παρεμπόδιση και αποτροπή της καθημερινής κυβερνητικής αντεργατικής επίθεσης. Απαντάμε με ταξικό πόλεμο στον καθημερινό αντεργατικό οικονομικό, ιδεολογικό και κοινωνικό πόλεμο που δεχόμαστε από την κυβέρνηση, τα μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης και όλα τα άλλα ενεργούμενα του κεφαλαίου. Απαντάμε αποκαλύπτοντας και καταδικάζοντας το συνένοχο πολιτικό και συνδικαλιστικό υπηρετικό προσωπικό του κεφαλαίου. Είμαστε πιο καλά εξοπλισμένοι από την πλούσια πείρα των προηγούμενων αγώνων μας. Όλα αυτά είναι η δύναμή μας, η απαντοχή μας. Από όλα αυτά απορρέει η βάσιμη αισιοδοξία μας και η σιγουριά μας ότι τελικά δε θα αργήσει να γίνει πράξη το σύνθημα μας ΝΟΜΟΣ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΤΟ ΔΙΚΙΟ ΤΟΥ ΕΡΓΑΤΗ. Το 2011 μπορούμε να κάνουμε ό,τι πρέπει και θα κάνουμε αυτό που πρέπει για να είναι η χρονιά που θα το φέρει αυτό το σύνθημα έμπρακτα, πιο κοντά στο προσκήνιο.

Όχι στην εκχώρηση του σχολικού βιβλίου στους ιδιώτες – Δωρεάν όλα τα σχολικά βιβλία για όλους τους μαθητές
Το Πανεργατικό Αγωνιστικό Μέτωπο καταγγέλλει και καταδικάζει την πρόθεση της κυβέρνησης που εκφράστηκε σήμερα από την υπουργό παιδείας για τη διάλυση του Οργανισμού Εκδόσεων Διδακτικών Βιβλίων (ΟΕΔΒ). Με αυτόν τον τρόπο η κυβέρνηση εκχωρεί μια ακόμα δραστηριότητα του δημοσίου στους ιδιώτες. Αυτό συνεπάγεται ότι το σχολικό βιβλίο μετατρέπεται σε εμπορεύσιμο είδος στο βωμό της κερδοφορίας του κεφαλαίου. Έτσι ένα ακόμα τμήμα της δωρεάν παιδείας ιδιωτικοποιείται σε συνθήκες δραματικής μείωσης του εργατικού εισοδήματος με αποτέλεσμα την παραπέρα επιδείνωσης του βιοτικού επιπέδου της εργατικής οικογένειας.
Άμεσα, οι εργαζόμενοι στον ΟΕΔΒ κινδυνεύουν με απόλυση ή στην καλύτερη περίπτωση την υποχρεωτική μετάταξη που επιβάλλει εκβιαστικά η κυβέρνηση.
Το ταξικό συνδικαλιστικό κίνημα, το ΠΑΜΕ, θα πρωτοστατήσει για να συντονιστούν οι γονείς, οι εκπαιδευτικοί, οι μαθητές, οι εργαζόμενοι, οι αυτοαπασχολούμενοι και μέσα από δυναμικούς αγώνες να αντιμετωπιστούν οι συνέπειες αυτής της πολιτικής και να δημιουργηθούν οι προϋποθέσεις για μια δημόσια – δωρεάν – αναβαθμισμένη Παιδεία, με κατάργηση κάθε επιχειρηματικής δράσης και το βιβλίο κοινωνικό αγαθό.

Συναδέλφισσες, συνάδελφοι,
Οι εκατοντάδες συνδικαλιστικές οργανώσεις (Ομοσπονδίες, Εργατικά Κέντρα, Πρωτοβάθμια Σωματεία και Επιτροπές εργαζομένων) που συγκροτούμε το ΠΑΜΕ, το οποίο πρωτοστατεί στον αγώνα για την ανασυγκρότηση του συνδικαλιστικού κινήματος και την απαλλαγή του από τα βαρίδια του εργοδοτικού και κυβερνητικού συνδικαλισμού, απευθύνουμε κάλεσμα συσπείρωσης και κοινού αγώνα σε όλους τους εργαζόμενους της χώρας μας.

Καλούμε σε γενικό ξεσηκωμό, οργάνωση και συγκέντρωση δυνάμεων για να βγούμε νικητές στον πόλεμο που μας έχουν κηρύξει κεφάλαιο, κυβέρνηση και τρόικα.
Η κυβέρνηση, η ΕΕ εξόπλισαν τους εργοδότες και συνολικά το μεγάλο κεφάλαιο με ένα βάρβαρο αντεργατικό νομοθετικό πλαίσιο, το οποίο το επόμενο διάστημα θα το ενισχύσουν με νέα αντεργατικά νομοθετήματα.
Η καπιταλιστική κρίση και οι συνέπειές της φέρνουν νέες δεκάδες χιλιάδες εργαζομένων σε κατάσταση μακροχρόνιας ανεργίας, ένδειας και εξαθλίωσης.
Το αποτέλεσμα θα είναι ένας ανελέητος πόλεμος χωρίς χρονικό όριο από τους εργοδότες που θέλουν να καταργήσουν κάθε εργατικό δικαίωμα και κατάκτηση, να ρίξουν όσο πιο χαμηλά γίνεται τους μισθούς, τα μεροκάματα και τα στοιχειώδη κοινωνικά δικαιώματα σε Ασφάλιση, συντάξεις, Υγεία, Πρόνοια, προστασία από τα εργατικά ατυχήματα και τους επαγγελματικούς κινδύνους.
Εργοστάσια, γιαπιά, γραφεία, σχολεία, κλινικές και γενικά οι τόποι δουλειάς θα μετατραπούν – και αυτό δεν εμπεριέχει κανένα στοιχείο υπερβολής – σε μεσαιωνικά κάτεργα, σε αντεργατικές γαλέρες, αν δεν οργανωθούμε και δεν οργανώσουμε τον αγώνα μας.
Οι εργαζόμενοι θα δουλεύουν σύμφωνα με την κερδοφορία και τα σχέδια των μονοπωλίων, του μεγάλου κεφαλαίου, όταν θέλει ο εργοδότης, τις μέρες, τις ώρες που συμφέρει τον εργοδότη, θα αμείβονται όσο θέλει ο εργοδότης. Τα μεγάλα θύματα αυτής της άγριας επίθεσης θα είναι οι γυναίκες και τα παιδιά μας.
Σε αυτόν τον πόλεμο που θα γενικευτεί και θα κλιμακωθεί μπορεί να υπάρξει αποτελεσματική άμυνα και να εξασφαλιστεί σχέδιο νικηφόρας αντεπίθεσης από τους εργαζόμενους, από την εργατική τάξη και τα άλλα λαϊκά στρώματα της χώρας μας.

Συναδέλφισσες, συνάδελφοι,
Μόνο ένα τέτοιο ταξικό συνδικαλιστικό κίνημα, όπως προτείνουν οι δυνάμεις του ΠΑΜΕ, μπορεί να πρωτοστατήσει ή να ηγηθεί ενός τέτοιου σχεδίου δράσης, άμυνας και αντεπίθεσης των εργαζομένων.
Το ΠΑΜΕ με τη δράση και την εμπειρία του και κυρίως με τις θέσεις του και τη συνέπειά του είναι έτοιμο να δώσει όλες του τις δυνάμεις για ένα τέτοιο ικανό και φερέγγυο συνδικαλιστικό κίνημα.
Οι πλειοψηφίες της ΓΣΕΕ και της ΑΔΕΔΥ ούτε θέλουν, ούτε και μπορούν να ανταποκριθούν σε αυτό το καθήκον. Ήταν και παραμένουν από τα πιο ενεργά τμήματα των κομμάτων που εφάρμοσαν στο παρελθόν και εφαρμόζουν και σήμερα αυτές τις βάρβαρες πολιτικές. Οι ηγεσίες αυτές, στην πλειοψηφία τους αποτελούν μια οργανωμένη γραφειοκρατία με στενούς δεσμούς με την εργοδοσία. Είναι η εργατική αριστοκρατία που έχει και συμφέρον και σκοπό να συντηρεί την άθλια κατάσταση που επικρατεί στο συνδικαλιστικό κίνημά μας.
Μας καλούν να διορθώσουμε το ΠΑΣΟΚ και την κυβέρνησή του, μας υπόσχονται μια καλύτερη ΝΔ και μια δήθεν λιγότερο αντεργατική ΕΕ.
Σε συνθήκες καπιταλιστικής κρίσης η στάση τους, ο ρόλος τους είναι εξίσου επικίνδυνος από ότι ήταν τα προηγούμενα χρόνια που αφόπλισαν ιδεολογικά και οργανωτικά την εργατική τάξη.
Όσοι ισχυρίζονται, ότι οι ανατροπές του συνόλου των εργασιακών σχέσεων και η επιστροφή σε μεσαιωνικές συνθήκες δουλειάς επιβάλλονται για να σωθεί η Ελλάδα από τα ελλείμματα και τα χρέη, είναι ψεύτες, υποκριτές και κοροϊδεύουν συνειδητά. Τα μέτρα αυτά υπηρετούν το μεγάλο κεφάλαιο, τα μονοπώλια, τις πολυεθνικές. Είναι προσχεδιασμένα από χρόνια από την ΕΕ, το ΣΕΒ, τους τραπεζίτες, τους εφοπλιστές και τώρα τα προωθούν με πρόσχημα το χρέος, τα ελλείμματα. Είναι αποτέλεσμα της ενιαίας στρατηγικής που έχουν επεξεργαστεί όλοι μαζί στα πλαίσια της ΕΕ. Δεν είναι μέτρα κατοχής, όπως ισχυρίζονται διάφοροι, μέχρι και η Ιερά Σύνοδος της εκκλησίας, αλλά μέτρα που υπηρετούν την αστική τάξη, το μεγάλο κεφάλαιο.
Συναδέλφισσες, συνάδελφοι,
Σας καλούμε να σκεφτείτε και όλοι – όλες μαζί να κουβεντιάσουμε. Ποιο μπορεί να είναι το μέλλον, η διέξοδος από αυτή την κατάσταση; Θα θυσιάσουμε τα δικαιώματα τα δικά μας και των παιδιών μας για μια ανάπτυξη που θα είναι και πάλι ο προθάλαμος μιας ακόμη χειρότερης καπιταλιστικής κρίσης; Οι αγώνες μας, το μέλλον, η προοπτική μας θα εξαντλείται στο να αμυνόμαστε από τις αλλεπάλληλες αντιλαϊκές ομοβροντίες των δυνάμεων του κεφαλαίου;

Εμείς λέμε όχι. Ούτε μπορεί, ούτε πρέπει να είναι αυτό το μέλλον και η προοπτική μας. |
Έχουμε τη δύναμη να αλλάξουμε αυτή την κατάσταση, γιατί σε τελευταία ανάλυση εμείς είμαστε η συντριπτική πλειοψηφία, εμείς παράγουμε όλο τον πλούτο και γιατί χωρίς εμάς γρανάζι δε γυρνά.
Επείγει η δημιουργία ενός μαζικού, ρωμαλέου και καλά οργανωμένου κινήματος αντίστασης για:

Να εμποδίσουμε το χτύπημα και τη διάλυση των κλαδικών Συλλογικών Συμβάσεων Εργασίας, τη μείωση μισθών και ημερομισθίων.

Να εμποδίσουμε απολύσεις, αλλαγές ωραρίων, τη δουλειά χωρίς ασφάλιση.
-
Να εμποδίσουμε την κατάργηση των Βαρέων και Ανθυγιεινών Επαγγελμάτων, τη μετατροπή των Νοσοκομείων σε ληστρικούς μηχανισμούς σε βάρος της υγείας του λαού.

Να εμποδίσουμε τη γενικευμένη πια ιδιωτικοποίηση και την αξιοποίηση από το κεφάλαιο όλου του δημόσιου πλούτου και των υποδομών (μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, ενέργεια, τηλεπικοινωνίες, λιμάνια, δάση, παραλίες, κλπ.)

Να υπερασπίσουμε τους ανέργους και τις οικογένειές τους από τα αρπακτικά των τραπεζών, από όσους επιχειρούν να τους κόψουν το ρεύμα, το τηλέφωνο, από όσους αρνούνται να τους περιθάλψουν, γιατί δεν έχουν ένσημα.
Μπορούμε γιατί υπάρχουν οι δυνάμεις για να το κάνουν, που μπορούν και θέλουν να ενώσουν την εργατική τάξη, τους αυτοαπασχολούμενους, τους μικρούς εμπόρους και βιοτέχνες, τους φτωχούς και μεσαίους αγρότες, τη νεολαία και τις γυναίκες σε ένα ενιαίο, λαϊκό κοινωνικοπολιτικό μέτωπο ενάντια στο κεφάλαιο και τα κόμματά του, τον ιμπεριαλισμό και τους μηχανισμού του.
Είναι το Πανεργατικό Αγωνιστικό Μέτωπο (ΠΑΜΕ), η Πανελλαδική Αντιμονοπωλιακή Συσπείρωση ΕΒΕ (ΠΑΣΕΒΕ), η Παναγροτική Αγωνιστική Συσπείρωση (ΠΑΣΥ), το Μέτωπο Αγώνα Σπουδαστών (ΜΑΣ), η Ομοσπονδία Γυναικών Ελλάδας (ΟΓΕ) που έχουν δημιουργήσει ήδη τη φύτρα του κοινού αυτού κοινωνικού μετώπου, τα μικρά ρυάκια που στην πορεία θα τα κάνουμε μεγάλα ποτάμια που θα φέρουν δυνάμεις στο μεγάλο λαϊκό μέτωπο.
Το «έπαθλό» μας, το «έπαθλο» για το λαό, θα είναι μια κεντρικά σχεδιασμένη οικονομία, με τα βασικά και συγκεντρωμένα μέσα παραγωγής να είναι λαϊκή περιουσία, που θα λειτουργούν και θα παράγουν κάτω από το δικό μας εργατικό έλεγχο και με αποκλειστικό κριτήριο την κάλυψη των λαϊκών αναγκών.
Σε αυτό το δρόμο της αναγκαίας άμυνας και αντίστασης στον πόλεμο του κεφαλαίου, των κομμάτων του και της τρόικας. Σε αυτό το δρόμο της αντεπίθεσης και της προοπτικής σας καλούμε, εργαζόμενους και συνδικάτα, να «βάλετε πλάτες».
Σε αυτό το δρόμο οι όποιες θυσίες απαιτούνται και αξίζουν και πιάνουν τόπο.
Προτείνουμε (οι οργανώσεις μας προετοιμάζονται για αυτό) να δώσουμε συνέχεια στη δράση μας με ενιαία απεργιακή απάντηση για τα παραπάνω ζητήματα σε κεφάλαιο, κυβέρνηση στα τέλη του Γενάρη, αρχές του Φλεβάρη

Θεσμοθετείται η ανασφάλιστη εργασία!
Ταυτόχρονα ετοιμάζουν νέα άνοδο των ορίων ηλικίας συνταξιοδότησης και νέα μείωση των συντάξεων! Σπρώχνουν τους ασφαλισμένους στις ιδιωτικές ασφαλιστικές εταιρίες. Ανοίγουν το δρόμο για την ίδρυση επαγγελματικών ταμείων. Το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των ασφαλισμένων θα αναγκάζεται να δουλεύει μέχρι τα βαθιά γεράματα και να ζει με συντάξεις πείνας. Ελάχιστοι εργαζόμενοι θα μπορούν να καταβάλλουν υπέρογκες εισφορές και ασφάλιστρα για να εξασφαλίσουν μια στοιχειώδη σύνταξη.
Η κυβέρνηση του ΠΑΣΟΚ με τη στήριξη της ΝΔ ανακοίνωσε ότι από τα μέσα του 2011 όσες επιχειρήσεις θα είναι «συνεπείς» στις υποχρεώσεις προς τα Ασφαλιστικά Ταμεία θα έχουν αρχικά μείωση 10% στις ασφαλιστικές εισφορές, που θα φτάσει σε λίγο καιρό στο 25% – σε πρώτη φάση. Είναι ψέμα ο ισχυρισμός της κυβέρνησης, ότι με τον τρόπο αυτό θα αυξηθούν τα έσοδα των ταμείων. Γίνεται αποκλειστικά και μόνο για να ενισχύσει την κερδοφορία των μεγαλοεπιχειρηματιών.
Το μέτρο αυτό έρχεται να προστεθεί στη συνολική αντεργατική επίθεση, όπως η γενικευμένη μείωση μισθών και εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων, μέσω των Συλλογικών Συμβάσεων Εργασίας, η κατάργηση ωραρίων, κλπ. είναι μέτρο που οδηγεί στη διάλυση του Κοινωνικού Ασφαλιστικού Συστήματος. Ο στόχος είναι να φτηνύνουν την τιμή της εργατικής δύναμης για τη διόγκωση της κερδοφορίας του κεφαλαίου. Το κράτος ήδη με το νόμο 3863/2010 περιορίζεται στην εγγύηση ενός επιδόματος ανέχειας, της βασικής σύνταξης. Ακόμη, όμως, και αυτή η πενιχρή κρατική δαπάνη διαρκώς θα συρρικνώνεται!
Τα μέτρα είναι προαποφασισμένα!
Η απαλλαγή της εργοδοσίας από το «αγκάθι» της Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης προβλέπεται ρητά στη Συνθήκη του Μάαστριχτ, στη Λευκή Βίβλο και άλλες ευρωσυνθήκες που έχουν ψηφιστεί από ΠΑΣΟΚ, ΝΔ και ΣΥΝ από τις αρχές κιόλας της δεκαετίας του 1990.
Αφού κατασπάραξαν 50 δις εκατομμύρια από τα αποθεματικά των Ταμείων από το 1950, αφού καταλήστευσαν οι εργοδότες το μόχθο των εργαζομένων μέσω της εισφοροδιαφυγής, αφού το αστικό κράτος έκλεβε νόμιμα και παράνομα τον ιδρώτα των εργαζομένων μέσω της παρακράτησης των ασφαλιστικών εισφορών για να τις δίνει ποικιλοτρόπως στους εργοδότες, σήμερα έρχονται να χαρίσουν στους κεφαλαιοκράτες νέους πακτωλούς χρημάτων.
Νέα μείωση θα υποστούν στα έσοδά τους και οι Οργανισμοί ΟΑΕΔ, ΟΕΕ, ΟΕΚ, αφού βασίζονται αποκλειστικά στις ασφαλιστικές εισφορές. Αυτό θα σημάνει νέες περικοπές στα επιδόματα ανεργίας, στην επιδότηση ενοικίου, κλπ.
Ο νέος αυτός μποναμάς προς τους μεγαλοεπιχειρηματίες είναι η συνέχεια των 2,5 δις ευρώ που τους έδωσε το κράτος μέσω του ΟΑΕΔ για την επιδότηση των ασφαλιστικών εισφορών.
Απέναντι στον πόλεμο που έχουν κηρύξει σε βάρος μας το μαύρο μέτωπο κυβέρνησης – κεφαλαίου – ΕΕ – ΔΝΤ η εργατική τάξη και τα λαϊκά στρώματα πρέπει να απαντήσουν με πόλεμο.
Οργάνωση τώρα! Στους χώρους δουλειάς, στις γειτονιές! Συστράτευση με το ΠΑΜΕ, την ΠΑΣΕΒΕ, την ΠΑΣΥ, το ΜΑΣ και την ΟΓΕ, για να οικοδομήσουμε το αντίπαλο δέος στη συμμαχία του κεφαλαίου, τη δική μας κοινωνικοπολιτική συμμαχία!
