The position of the class trade union movement of Greece at the Referendum
Dear comrades,
We forward to you 13 of the measures of the two drafts of anti workers-anti people’s measures, prepared by the European Union-IMF-ECB the one, and the other prepared by the Greek Government of SYRIZA. In the referendum of July 5, the Greek Government calls the people to reject ONLY the Memorandum of the EU-IMF-ECB. This way, the Government of SYRIZA wants to promote its own anti workers’ proposal, to be accepted by the people as an alternative.
The class trade union movement of Greece, PAME, rejects both options
We call the working class to demand its own rights
We do not reject ONLY the one memorandum, so as to accept another
We call the workers to put in the ballot their own demands
And not the marked cards of the SYRIZA Government

The EU-IMF-ECB Memorandum:

Retirement age raised at 67 for all workers, imposed by 2022

Τα συνδικάτα να οργανώσουν την απάντηση στην τρομοκρατία εργοδοσίας και κυβέρνησης
Το ΠΑΜΕ καταγγέλλει την προσπάθεια επιχειρηματικών ομίλων να τρομοκρατήσουν τους εργαζόμενους, να αξιοποιήσουν το κλίμα φόβου που διαμορφώνεται με ευθύνη της κυβέρνησης μετά το κλείσιμο των τραπεζών, για να εντείνουν την επίθεση στους εργαζόμενους και να προωθήσουν τους αντεργατικούς τους σχεδιασμούς.
Κάθε ώρα που περνάει πληθαίνουν οι καταγγελίες για επιχειρήσεις που ανακοινώνουν ότι δε θα πληρώσουν τους εργαζόμενους τους. Ανακοινώνουν διαθεσιμότητες, ακόμη και απολύσεις εργαζομένων.
Καλούμε τους εργαζόμενους να απαντήσουν οργανωμένα, μαζικά και μαχητικά στη νέα αυτή επίθεση των εργοδοτών. Να μην υποκύψουν, να μη δεχτούν την απλήρωτη δουλειά και τις διαθεσιμότητες. Να μην απολυθεί κανένας εργαζόμενος.
Δε θα πληρώσουμε εμείς τις συνέπειες της κρίσης και των ανταγωνισμών του κεφαλαίου.
Καλούμε τα σωματεία να βρίσκονται συνεχώς κοντά στους εργαζόμενους, να πάρουν αγωνιστικές πρωτοβουλίες για την προστασία των δικαιωμάτων των εργαζομένων. Κανένας εργάτης μόνος του.
Με ταξική, αγωνιστική απάντηση, να μην πληρώσουν οι εργαζόμενοι τα σπασμένα των διαπραγματεύσεων που συνεχίζονται μεταξύ Ελληνικής Κυβέρνησης και ΕΕ-ΔΝΤ-ΕΚΤ.
Απαιτούμε
- Να διασφαλιστεί η πληρωμή στην ολότητά τους των μισθών των εργαζομένων, του επιδόματος ανεργίας για τους ανέργους, των συντάξεων. Εδώ και τώρα!
- Καμία απόλυση ούτε υποχρεωτική άδεια άνευ αποδοχών για τους εργαζόμενους με πρόσχημα το κλείσιμο των τραπεζών.

A los sindicatos, federaciones, centros regionales, sindicatos de primer grado
A la clase obrera, al pueblo trabajador, a los desempleados, a los jubilados, a la juventud
Compañeros, compañeras
Levantamos la cabeza a los chantajes y el terrorismo quese está desarrollando y se intensificará los proximos días, frente al referendum del domingo. El miedo, el fatalismo no nos merece.
¡ Hemos pagado suficiente, hemos sangrado suficiente ! No aceptamos nuevas medidas antipopulares, nuevos memorandos, nuevos sufrimientos, cualquier que sea su nombre !
Los monopolios, la UE, el gobierno, su gente, sus mecanismos, los partidos que apoyan la UE comenzaron a bombardear con una ¨campaña de miedo¨ afín de hacer a la clase obrera y el pueblo arrodillar para aceptar nuevos sacrificios adicionales.
Con este crudo chantaje, quieren que nuestro pueblo elija su sólo el nuevo memorando sus cadenas que llevará al pueblo a la pobreza y miseria para la recuperación de las ganancias.
No vamos a convertirnos cómplices en su política antilaboral, antipopular
En un gran parte del movimiento obrero popular y combativo debe apoyar nuestra posición y se expresa también en el voto de domingo en varias formas. Un red de resistencia y de rechazo a los memorandos y la Unión Europea que la impone a nombre de nuestros explotadores.
¡No vamos hacer ni un paso atrás ! ¡No retrocedemos ! Exigimos la abolición de los memorandos y de las leyes de implementación que hacen de nuestras vidas un infierno. No a los nuevos sacrificios para la plutocrácia. El futuro de los nuestros hijos no está a las cadenas de la UE, de los banqueros, de los industriales.
¡Ruptura de la UE y del camino de los monopolios!
¡Trabajadores adelante, como un puño, a derrocar memorandos y patrones !
Todos los trabajadores organizados en sus sindiatos y en las fuerzas de PAME, los pensionistas en sus sindicatos, las mujeres en sus asociaciones, los desempleados, la juventud en sus organizaciones , junto con los comités populares en los barrios, organizamos, fortalecemos la solidaridad laboral popular, ningún su solo .
Demanadmos, exigimos :

Que se garantice el pago en su totalidad, de los salarios de los trabajadores, del subsidio de desempleo para los desempleados, de las pensiones. Aquí y ahora !

Que se garantice completamente el suministro de atención médica y de medicinas gratuitamente para el pueblo con responsabilidad del gobierno. Ningún recorte a los hospitales públicos.

Ampliación y generalización de la medida de transporte gratuito a todos los medios del transporte. Abolición de los peajes.

Ningún despido ni descanso obligatorio no renumerado para los trabajadores con el pretexto del cierre de los bancos

Congelación de los plazos de los impuestos, del consumo préstamo.

Congelación de los pagos de electricidad, agua, teléfono. Ningún corte de suministro.
Hacemos un llamado a la preparación militante y alerta para la defensa de los trabajadores, el apoyo de los trabajadores, del nuestro pueblo.

PAME’s Call to the Working Class for the Developments in Greece
To the Trade Unions, Federations, Labour Centres, Industrial Trade Unions.
To the Working Class, the Working People, the Unemployed, Pensioners, Youth!
Colleagues,
We raise our heads against the blackmails and terrorism, which are underway and will intensify in the coming days, before the referendum on Sunday! Fear and fatalism are not for us!
Enough blood we have shed! Enough we have paid!
We do not accept new anti popular measures, new memoranda,
New sufferings and new burdens
No matter how they present them, how they name them.
The monopolies, the European Union and the Greek Government, their people, their mechanisms, the political parties that support the EU as one way, started bombarding with a “fear campaign” so as to kneel the working class and the people, to accept new, additional, heavy sacrifices.
With raw blackmail, they want our people to choose ourselves the imposition of a new memorandum that will tie us hand and foot. a new memorandum, which will convict us to lasting poverty and misery, so to have recovery of profits.
We will not become accomplices in their anti-workers’, anti-people’s policy!
Our position must find expression in a great, workers’, people, fighting movement, which will lead at the voting stations on Sunday in various ways. A fighting movement against the memoranda and the EU that is imposing them, on behalf of our exploiters.
We do not step back! No retreat!
We demand the abolition of the memoranda and the implementing laws that make our lives hell
No new sacrifices for the plutocracy!
The future of our children is beyond the shackles of the EU,
the bankers, the industrialists and the shipowners!
Rupture with the EU and the path of the monopolies!
Workers forward! Destroy memoranda and bosses!
All workers, rallying with their trade unions and with the forces of PAME, the pensioners in their unions, the women in women’s associations, the unemployed, the youth in their organizations, along with the people’s committees in neighbourhoods, we organize, we strengthen the working people’s solidarity! We leave none alone!
We demand and we fight for:
• Ensure payment in their entirety, the wages of the workers, the unemployment allowance for the unemployed, the pensions. Right Here and Right Now!
• Fully ensure the provision of healthcare and medicines, free of charge to the people with the government’s responsibility!
• Expansion and generalization for all public transportation the measure of free transport. Abolition of tolls.
• No lay offs or compulsory unpaid leave for workers on the pretext of the closure of banks.
• Freeze doses for taxes, mortgage and loans.
• Freezing of payments for electricity, water, telephone. No interruption of connections.
We call for fighting alert to protect our rights, to support the workers and the people.
Κάλεσμα του ΠΑΜΕ μπροστά στο Δημοψήφισμα και τις εξελίξεις
Προς τα εργατικά σωματεία, ομοσπονδίες, εργατικά κέντρα, πρωτοβάθμια συνδικάτα.
Προς την εργατική τάξη, τον εργαζόμενο λαό, τους άνεργους, τους συνταξιούχους, τη νεολαία!
Συνάδελφοι, συναδέλφισσες
Σηκώνουμε κεφάλι στους εκβιασμούς και την τρομοκρατία που βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη και θα ενταθεί τις επόμενες μέρες, μπροστά στο δημοψήφισμα της Κυριακής! Ο φόβος, η μοιρολατρία δεν μας ταιριάζουν!
Αρκετά ματώσαμε! Αρκετά πληρώσαμε! Δεν δεχόμαστε νέα αντιλαϊκά μέτρα, νέα μνημόνια, νέα δεινά, νέα βάσανα όπως και να τα παρουσιάσουν, όπως και να τα βαφτίσουν.
Μονοπώλια ΕΕ και κυβέρνηση, οι άνθρωποί τους, οι μηχανισμοί τους, τα κόμματα του ευρωμονόδρομου ξεκίνησαν με ομοβροντία την εκστρατεία φόβου για να γονατίσουν την εργατική τάξη και το λαό, να δεχτεί νέες πρόσθετες βαριές θυσίες.
Με ωμό εκβιασμό θέλουν το λαό μας να επιλέξει μόνος του το μνημόνιο που θα τον δέσει χειροπόδαρα, θα τον καταδικάσει στη διαρκή φτώχεια και εξαθλίωση για την ανάκαμψη των κερδών.
Δεν θα γίνουμε συνένοχοι στην αντεργατική αντιλαϊκή πολιτική τους!
Η στάση μας αυτή να βρει έκφραση σε ένα μεγάλο εργατικό λαϊκό αγωνιστικό μαχητικό ρεύμα και στην κάλπη της Κυριακής με διάφορους τρόπους. Μαχητικό ρεύμα αντίθεσης και καταδίκης των μνημονίων και της Ε.Ε. που τα επιβάλλει για λογαριασμό των εκμεταλλευτών μας.
Δεν κάνουμε πίσω! Δεν υποχωρούμε! Απαιτούμε την κατάργηση των μνημονίων και των εφαρμοστικών νόμων που κάνουν τη ζωή μας κόλαση. Όχι νέες θυσίες για την πλουτοκρατία! Το μέλλον των παιδιών μας δεν χωρά στα δεσμά της Ε.Ε., των τραπεζιτών, βιομηχάνων, εφοπλιστών!
Ρήξη με την Ε.Ε. και το δρόμο των μονοπωλίων!
Εργατιά μπροστά τώρα μια γροθιά γκρέμισε μνημόνια και αφεντικά!
Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι συσπειρωμένοι στα συνδικάτα τους και τις δυνάμεις του ΠΑΜΕ, οι συνταξιούχοι στα σωματεία τους, οι γυναίκες στους συλλόγους γυναικών, οι άνεργοι, η νεολαία στις οργανώσεις τους, μαζί με τις λαϊκές επιτροπές στις γειτονιές, Οργανωνόμαστε, δυναμώνουμε την εργατική λαϊκή αλληλεγγύη, κανένας μόνος του!
Απαιτούμε διεκδικούμε άμεσα:
- Να διασφαλιστεί η πληρωμή στην ολότητά τους, των μισθών των εργαζομένων, του επιδόματος ανεργίας για τους ανέργους, των συντάξεων. Εδώ και τώρα!
- Να διασφαλιστούν πλήρως η παροχή υγείας και φαρμάκων χωρίς καμία επιβάρυνση για το λαό με ευθύνη της κυβέρνησης!Καμία περικοπή στα δημόσια νοσοκομεία!
- Επέκταση και γενίκευση για όλα τα Μέσα Μαζικής Μεταφοράς του μέτρου της δωρεάν χρήσης. Κατάργηση των διοδίων.
- Καμία απόλυση ούτε υποχρεωτική άδεια άνευ αποδοχών για τους εργαζόμενους με πρόσχημα το κλείσιμο των τραπεζών.
- Πάγωμα των δόσεων για φόρους, στεγαστικά και καταναλωτικά δάνεια.
- Πάγωμα των πληρωμών για φως, νερό, τηλέφωνο. Καμιά διακοπή συνδέσεων.
Καλούμε σε αγωνιστική ετοιμότητα και επαγρύπνηση για την προστασία των δικαιωμάτων, την στήριξη των εργαζόμενων, του λαού μας.
